Sora and Riku were back, the islands were at peace and the worlds were in tact. The two best friends joked and competed as usual, play fighting and randomly building stuff. Kairi was so relieved that they were both safe, both back to normal. She'd often just sit back and watch them goof off, a serene smile on her soft face. This was home. It felt so utterly perfect that Kairi didn't know what she'd do if things were disturbed again.
She'd soon find out though. For her whole world collapsed once again.

The massive hole closed in on itself, sucking in everything it wanted...including Sora. Kairi couldn't believe this was happening again! Sora and Riku had already been snatched from her once, already went through a living Hell. They'd already battled endless darkness, already went through so much. Now...Sora was being dragged into all of it again. Kairi knew Riku would do anything to save Sora, his best friend. That meant...he'd be leaving her behind too.
Everything settled out. The winds stopped, the trees became still and the sand was cool to the touch. Kairi dropped down onto her knees, her head bowed. She had no words. Her hands grabbed handfuls of sand and she made a sound of agony, frustration. Angry tears, fearful tears fell from her blue orbs. This just couldn't be happening again! "Sora..." She muttered to herself, her eyes closing and her chin quivering. "...why? Why must I lose you again?" Her voice was shaky, cracked.
Silent moments passed before Kairi stood up and looked out at the sky. "I'll find you, Sora...this time...I'm coming too." She looked over to Riku, her eyes filled with determination. Her steps had purpose as she walked to him, stopping in front of him. Kairi grabbed onto his vest and stared up at his sea-green eyes that were covered by his silver hair. "Riku...I know you're going after him. Take me with you! I refuse to sit back and let you two go this alone. I'm not going through that again." She gripped his vest a little tighter, her vision blurring.

яιкυ ____________________________________________________ ❝If the world is made of light and darkness... ...we'll be the darkness.❞ ✩✩✩✩✩ Silence filled the air and all Riku could here were the blurs Kairi was speaking to him about. He looked down as the waters edge covered the sand of their precious island. He got on his knees, hands in the sand. The sand got wet again.... but this time with his tears of rage.... "SORA" he scram at the top of his lungs. It was so loud that the echo could be heard for miles on end.

He stood up, his hair was in his face. He felt something inside of him. This feeling he knew it from somewhere. Suddenly a dark aura began to surround his body. He looked at kairi ...Hair still in his face... with a determined voice he told her, " Im sorry but i have to go alone " Extending his arm towards the sea he made it so a portal appeared. His power of darkness, for reasons unexplainable had returned. He started walking towards it.
" I'll find him " he mutterd to himself.

What? This was crazy! Riku was supposed to have gotten rid of this! Now...it was back? Why was it back? Kairi lowered her eyes her hands letting go of his vest. Oh...that's right. The darkness dwells within every heart and in Riku's it has a strong home. He can control it, knows how to use it and it knows how to use him. Riku and the darkness had a complicated relationship.
Kairi watched him open a portal and she took a step closer to him. "Riku, no! Let me go with you! Don't leave me here!" She balled up her fists and huffed. He wouldn't listen to her, she knew he wouldn't. So, with a leap of faith, Kairi bolted past Riku into the portal. Now, he would have to take her with him. It was dark inside and Kairi had no idea where she was. She could see the light of her islands, the portal remaining open until it's master stepped through. Where would they be going? Kairi was both frightened and a little excited to be accompanying Riku on an adventure. "Hold on, Sora...we're coming." She said in a whisper, her hand going over her heart.

The portal close without warning and the darkness left Riku once again. The portal had been wrong, the worlds weren't connected by the door to light anymore. The room was empty filled with darkness. The feeling surrounding and consuming them. He snapped out of it. "Kairi what are you doing I told you it was to dangerous and now i cant send you back. We are stuck here now ...but this is all wrong" Riku had darkness returned than taken away.... Suddenly the room got even darker...

Riku and Kairi couldnt see anything at this point. "Kairi give me your hand." He put his hand out. "I cant lose you too", he thought to himself.

Her eyes went wide and she couldn't even see her feet in front of her. She could barely make out Riku because of his silver hair. Walking closer to him, she stood close, afraid to venture far from him now. "Riku...where are we? What is this?" Her voice was shaky and she felt around for Riku's hand. She took it after he offered it and held on tightly. She would be okay...because Riku wouldn't let anything bad happen. Right?
Kairi, with her heart pounding, began to tug Riku along with her as she just started to walk. She didn't know where she was going, couldn't see anything...but she walked anyway. There had to be something in here that would get them out. And she was right. After a long time of walking in a straight line, a tiny speck of light shined in the distance. Kairi squinted but couldn't make out what it was. "Riku look." She pointed to the light. "I think it's...a way out. Maybe to another world? This is a portal, right?" She looked over to him, barely able to see his face.

As they walked towards the light it seemed to get farther and farther away. "Whats going on?" Suddenly something caught Riku's attention. Then light was getting small it was disseminating. "Kairi! We have to hurry or we'll get stuck in here". They both ran as fast as they could, hand in hand. When they finally reached it Riku tossed Kairi inside ,as if she was a doll, then Riku jumped in right after barely making it in time.

"What was that about?" he said while remembering about Kairi. She was still on the ground. He rushed twords her side. "You ok?" Kairi looked at him in a sort of menacing way. Riku looked around, "We made it" The world that my portal was leading us to. "So now that that the world are connected by darkness it really means connected by darkness". Who could be doing this, Riku asked himself. OOC: World 1: Reversed Wonderland smile

She landed with a thud and groaned at the pain that shot through her side. She was alright though. Trying to push herself up, she shot Riku a little glare but nodded at him. "Yeah, I'm fine." She finally stood up and wobbled a bit, brushing her clothes off. Riku's words made Kairi's eyes widen. The worlds were connectd by darkness instead of light now? Who was behind it all this time?
Kairi started to walk further into the world. The sky was a dark purplish color with specks of black all over. The shrubbery was no longer green but pitch black. Everything was warped. "Riku...what is this?" It was like they were in a totally different dimension. Where were all the people and creatures? Everything seemed so empty here.

Riku new that these world had to be fixed in order to move on to the next. The faster they get to the world where Sora was vassaled to the better. "Kairi" Riku turned and faced her. " In order to proceed through these world we must fix them". The Keyblade was the key to locking up all the darkness of the inversed worlds. "C'mon, and stay close we dont know whats out there. Riku started walking and Kairi followed, very close behind him.

"This is not the world I remember"... he thought to himself. Suddenly, Riku fell into a hole that was on the ground. Kairi falling right after. While in mid-air Riku grabbed Kairi and quickly summoned his Way to The Dawn which he stabbed it into the walls of the hole and slowed down their descend. However they still had a harsh landing well, at least Riku did from having Kairi land on top of him. Kairi had an expression of fear in her face, but Riku landed face first.
