I have super sensitive skin, but also some pretty gnarly acne.
I can't use any sort of store-bought thing because it's too harsh. Does anyone have any good acne remedies? Especially good for stubborn adult acne?

I used to use a shea butter based soap to clear up my acne problem.

Tea-Tree oil is a natural astringent and is great for acne. I have oily skin and the tea tree does not make it worse.

Witch hazel. After you wash your face, apply the witch hazel with a cotton ball, and then follow with your moisturizer of choice. I have super oily skin and breakouts, and this keeps it pretty well under control.
One thing I can tell you is make sure your skin isn't being dried out by your cleanser. That alone can cause your skin to produce even more oil, and lead to more breakouts. A good moisturizing cleanser and oil free moisturizer can help with that.
