Lupin had been riding his horse for over 4 hours straight, he thought to himself I will have to stop for a break in a while''. he carried along for as long as he could until he finally have to stop, he was so tired and set up camp in the Forest Of Forgotten Souls, it was a very gloomy place nothing was seen as the fog was so thick and all sorts of noises were heard. Lupin was fearless he feared nothing''Better start a fire, i'll get enough firewood to last us till morning'' said Lupin speaking to his horse. He had gathered all the firewood he needed and at the click of his fingers a flame emerged, he eased his finger down towards the fire to get it going. Suddenly out of no where he heard the snap of a twig.

Lupin turnt around and realised the stranger, ''Speak your name, why are you here'' shouted Lupin. He had felt as if he was being watched since he got deeper into the forest but he just thought he was being paranoid because of the fog and from the rumours he has heard about this forest. Lupin was preparing himself for a sudden attack, ''What buisness do you have here?'' asked Lupin. The stranger was just stood still gazing straight into Lupin's eyes this made him feel uncomfortable, Answer me! shouted Lupin, he waited for a reply when the strangers lips began to move.

My name is Lupin I am checking all towns over the region recruiting soldiers for the kings elite squad to help in the fight against the darkness monsters, I smell of death as I have killed alot of these monsters on my way''. Lupin turnt back to sit at his campfire he had flash backs of all the family he had killed because of these monsters, he stood back up and stroked his horse called War, Good boy we have traveled far together and you have not let me down once Lupin said whilst smiling, he had calmed down now after he was spooked by the stranger that goes by the name Aitan.

''No I don't mind at all, anybody and everybody is welcome to tag along. Yes it is a task for one man, but on my way i hope to find as much recruits as possible as the darkness is closing in and everybody is hearing stories, people will want to protect there families and will join the fight to do so''. Lupin was expecting any sort of sudden attack from Aitan.

The next morning Lupin was up early ready, sorting out the saddle on war and packing everything he had used the night before. 'He woke up Aitan' Morning ready to get going we start out early as we can get further this way explained Lupin. Eventually they got moving and they saw the town in the distance which meant they had nearly got through this forest.

As they got out of the forest and the town because closer and closer they both felt better, they even spoke and had gotten to know each other a little on the way. ''Will you be joining me in the fight against the darkness Aitan, you will be a trustworthy ally to have in the battlefield'' asked Lupin waiting for a reply...

Aitan was always giving the appearance of a lazy person. Relaxed, hands in his pockets and walking with a slow stride that seemed as if he was not effected by gravity. He was about 6 years into his cycle, recovering from his memory loss was never easy. Waking up not knowing anything about the land around you, not knowing what you are or what potential lays within you was always a troubling feeling to him.

Lately he noticed he had more of an awareness of his body as well as what was happening around him. He liked to think of it as his body remembering who and what he is, though he would never. His sense of smell, hearing, sight, and even feeling the vibrations in the ground through his feet or hands became more noticeable throughout the days. Even a sense of sadness, happiness, anger, and even exhaustion would over come him at times.

At times he would think about looking into his past and what happened to make him this way. After each time, he figured it was more trouble then it was worth. But even if it was worth it, Aitan felt that there was some parts of his past he wouldn't want to remember. It might be for the best. Even if it meant that time and time again he would have to forget... Maybe... 'Maybe next time I'll search for answers.'

They finally arrived at the town. A small run down place that despite it's appearance carried life. The people there seemed happy enough and to his surprise, he didn't get a sense of violence or aggression in the town. He could tell by the smell the humans gave off.

"Hey, Lupin I'm going to head to the bar. Do your thing and when your ready drop by to get me." He waved casually and walked off shivering. 'Damnit, i hope I'm not catching a cold'

Aitan made his way to a small but warm looking pub and smiled slightly at the sound of laughter coming from inside. As he made his way in, he was hit by the smell of smoke. He winced being a bit overwhelmed but continued to a stool by the bar and sat down ordering from what little selection they had. After a short wait, a young woman arrived and placed a... rather large glass in front of him.

He smiled respectfully at her when she handed him the glass of what smelled like Vodka. She nodded when he looked up at her curiously and said "It's made here in town. Our own brand so it's cheap. I promise your not being drugged. It's strong so take it slow."

She walked away when another patron called for her. Aitan looked down at the drink and sniffed it. His nose twitched as he whistled when the smell went straight to his head and laughed. 'That's going to have it's way with me if I'm not careful.' He sighed and lifted the glass to his lips taking a swig. To his surprise his tongue was met with a sweet taste of what could have been strawberries mixed with something he couldn't put his finger on. He fell in love with it and so he stayed and waited there until he was called on by Lupin. 'Maybe i should get a barrel of this to go for the road if it's cheap...'
