A new student was in the hallway heading toward the cafeteria. She had feline ears and tail as well as large feathery wings pressed against her back. She looked at her claws as she walked, making sure they were still nice and sharp from her last scaricure. Long black hair wished along with her hips.
Nefertari sauntered her way to the cafeteria in search of a delicious meal. Lion tail swishing back and forth, she wondered what kind of food they served here. Gernealy she enjoyed hunting for hers, or at least fighting her brothers for a portion. But all she asked was a good source of protien! She needed to maintain her figure! Her wings ruffled a bit as she entered the room, looking around at the decor. Interesting was all she could say, especially after seeing the Lunch Lady.
She walked over to the line, got a tray, and began to look over the selections. She finally made a few choices, grabbed a drink, then walked to an empty table in the sun. She missed the desert and did her best to always stay in the warmest place.

It was right around time for lunch, so Jericho had made his way to the cafeteria to grab a bite to eat. He didn't really feel like going into town today, so the school's food had to make due for the time being. Something better could be grabbed later on if he was up for it. Maybe Riley wouldn't mind coming along as well. He did vaguely recall one place known to have some interesting brain dishes and all.
After grabbing a burger with teacuplet bacon, as well as a drink, he looked around to see what table he should grab. There was one in the sunlight, which seemed pretty ideal. Though, just as he approached, another student had grabbed it.
He didn't recognize the girl at all, so he guessed that she was new around here. Either that or she was pretty good with keeping a low profile but he had a feeling this wasn't the case.
Letting out a huff, he looked around with his tray to see what other empty tables were about. There were a few, but no other ones were in a nice and warm spot. And well, there were some other seats at that one.
"Mind if I sit here?" he decided to asked the feline.

Ah nice and sunny, the cat couldn't have felt better soaking up the rays. She could be such a lap cat when it came to a nice sunbeam. But her attention was suddenly drawn to a voice. Tari looked up as a boil addressed her, a bloody piece of....something....on her fork. Her chocolate feline eyes were slitted in bright light. She gave him a quick once over, couldn't help it, he was nice looking. So how could she say no to him? She motioned to one of the chairs.
"Sure. Always happy to share a sunny spot," she chomped down on the bloody meal, sipping on some water rather than any other drink. Her tail flicked back and forth as she looked at the boil. Hmm, scales and wings. Some kind of lizard. Maybe even a dragon.
"I'm Nefertari, newly arrived here at Amityville," she grinned with glistening fangs. Her feathered wings looked almost like caramel with the black tips deep and rich. Her white linen mid-drift was accented by her egyptian collar. Her dark midnight hair was only interupted by her ears and the golden glint of the anhk headpiece she always wore.

With a sort of smile, Jericho sat down in the seat across from the feline, setting down his tray of food as he did so.
"Oh nice. Welcome to the school then," nodded the dragon, "I'm Jericho, a knob. Pleasure to meet you, Nefertari."
Grinning, he went on and took a sip of his drink before looking over the new student. There were a few things she could have been, having some feline and avian features about her. Gryphon and sphinx were the two biggest options, though considering the assortment of jewelry she had, the latter was probably more viable.
"Those are some pretty nice accessories you have there," he complimented. He kind of had an eye for these sorts of things after all. The shiny just drew his attention.

Ah leave it to a dragon to notice accessories. She had a smile inwardly at the idea. Dragons and their shiny things. Jewelry was just something she enjoyed; from earings to arm bands, to her neck collar. It made her feel pretty and in a pinch they helped when punching someone!
"Thanks, never without some but always looking for something new. Only time I'm not wearing any is during Bruteball or Roughby," she cat grinned at him.
Ah sports, how she loved it. Her predatory nature really came out during sports, especially anything to do with tackling. Tari was not a delicate desert lotus, oh no! She could roll just as rough as any male! She was forced to learn considering her older and younger brothers were all rather rough. No one was treated as delicate or weak. A guardian animal couldn't been seen as such. They had to be strong, fierce, and make humans quake in their sandels. At least that's what her mother had said.
"Any good teams here?" she looked to the older boy. With him being a knob he would know more about the sports programs. He also looked pretty physically fit himself.

It made sense that she wouldn't wear them during sports. There was the chance they could get snagged onto something and whatnot if she did. But, Jericho was mildly surprised that she played those sorts of sports though. While she seemed relatively fit, she just didn't strike him as a sports type of girl at first sight.
"Kind of. The Bruteball team hasn't actually played anything yet for whatever reason so I'm not sure if they're any good. Don't know what the problem is but apparently there's some hiccups in getting things together," he shrugged, "I believe the skinwalker, Nuk is the one in charge. You could probably get a better idea of what's going on with it if you manage to get a hold of him."

"Hmm, I'll have to talk to him. Maybe I can help get the team going," she grinned with her fangs flashing. She loved a good rough game; blood pumping, sweat pouring, and claws flashing. And maybe she could start a school Roughby team for ghouls and boils. Ghouls must not be well known sports players around her.
"So what else is there for a ghoul or boil to do around here?" she continued eating the bloody stuff she had picked. It was ok but she missed her mother's cooking. She could make a mean lamb dish. As in it could still attack you if you didn't pounce it just right. Ah that was perfect.

Eating away at his burger some more, Jericho paused at the new question.
"Depends on what you like. There's a bunch of other clubs around as well. There's the library if you're into that. The nearby town as a number of things to do. The Maul, scarecade, movie theater, and a few other things," he listed off.

The ghoul listened to all the dragon boil talked about that could be fun. The clubs defiantely sounded fun! She loved to dance, well she loved to do anything that involved a lot of physical movement. Plus she didn't have her parents and older brothers around to stop her from dressing up however she wanted. So she definately was interested in the clubs. Next he said the library. She did enjoy a good mental challenge, her kind almosted lived by it. But it wouldn't be her main hang out.
Ah the maul, the promised land! Shopping was always a great passtime, she'd have to write her parents for a seed allowance. She soooooo had to get some make up that wouldn't come off when she was playing bruteball. She could also use some new outfits. The movies would be great for dates, nice and dark for cuddling and a soft mauling. She took a few more bites of her meal as she thought about it.
"Well definately the maul and a few clubs," she smirked, "Speaking of what kind of clubs does the school have?"

Jericho took a moment to think about what clubs there were.
"Hm... of the ones I know of, there's a music club, arts and crafts, fitness club, Nap club, and... the host club. That's all that I can think of off the top of my head in any case," he replied before taking another bite of his burger. Thinking for a little longer, he just shrugged. He was sure there were others, but right now he was having trouble coming up with them.

The guy didn't talk much but then again he was eating and she was a stranger basically. She continued munching on her food as she mulled over the other clubs. She wasn't sure she liked many of them, prefering sports over clubs. But then she thought of one question she had to ask.
"What about places to fly? I'll go nuts if I can't get a good fly around in," she stretched one feathered wing. She thought the dragon with his own wings would know where some of the best flying spots were to either stretch your wings or just have some diving fun.
