I have looked through the guild and it would seem that, to me at least, things are a bit confusing. Many of the squads have captain's but the captain's have yet to post anything within them to permit new members to join their squad if they so choose. I have a few suggestions that could help this guild but will wait to indulge everyone on them until it is asked of me.
My question though, since I did state in the title that I had a question within all of this is as follows. I have seen, what appears to me to be a few people who have multiple characters and hold high ranks. I'm not sure the reason for this but it does confuse me a bit. Of course I could be wrong about it and simple reading things in correctly which is very possible. Although if this is actually the case, it would mean that it would put a damper on others joining who wish to have higher ranks. I am one of those few but I am comfortable with working my way up to the rank of captain, since it is something I have done many times before.
Although I am now getting off track and will end this post here. If any of the crew or the captain of this guild wish to hear the some what small list of suggestions I have that could better improve the guild I will gladly indulge you on them either here or in a pm.

I have noticed this as well and have found it from other guilds a bit over powering. I am thinking of trying to pass a new rule that if there is a new member that wishes to try out for a position held by a person who has multiple high characters, that the person with that extra character step down a level to allow newer members to go for that position.

I was thinking something along those lines as well but I am going to wait to make all the suggestions I have. They aren't big ones but they should be able to help the guild a bit lol.

I agree i got one character on here only he sqaud 9 captain that all i want to do people that use muitle character it get confuse who what you know.

will if you read profile set up LT can only have one bankai attack so yeah LT have an bankai but just one attack

Me and rayy have already discussed this we are going to make a system so that They must go throguh a training period for an Lt to get bankai. And they only get the training if they are worthy of it.

I would also suggest that a complete list of Captains be created and posted at least on the front page. Also, any who are captain, or have captain profiles should post captain of squad (insert number here) (insert name here)
For Example:
Captain of Squad 11 : Kisara Nightroad.
That is just an example but yea, that should give you an idea of what I mean.

Personally on that kind of basis I believe it is first come first serve. If there is already an LT in that spot then that LT can keep the spot until they go up to captain or give up their seat.

No that should not be done.. That would only confuse people. All Captain profiles can remain where they are. They just need to be titled in the topic title of "Captain of Squad (insert number)" and then the character's name.
