╫Fighting Style╫
Because of her lack of a strong defense, Aria tries to operate by sneak attack. She has a strong preference for poisons and enjoys experimenting with them on targets. If she is faced with using a weapon, she is more than capable and takes full advantage of her lithe and limber body that can easily perform dazzling aerobic feats that some could not dream of to make her a more difficult target and her attacks are quick and precise. But she avoids direct conflict unless absolutely necessary. Whether with weapon or poison, she likes to make her target suffer rather than die quickly.

╫Character Description╫
Personality: Aria is distant and cold. She is angry and moody. So different from how she was as a girl and a young woman. She nurses a deep hurt and it makes her bitter and sharp tongued. She does enjoy the more material things that she remembers from her past, dresses, plays, galas, and jewelry. She enjoys sex but generally kills the man after she is done with him. She picks men that she finds despicable despite their physical beauty so she feels justified in killing them. On the occasion that she sleeps with a good man, it is only once and she disappears, leaving them alone but alive. This is difficult for her, so she does it rarely.
Talents: Aria was schooled as a proper young woman for court so she is adept at many cultural things such as court dancing, singing, painting with watercolors, speaking on politics and wine tasting. But she doesn’t get to employ those skills as often these days, though she does try. Currently her skill with making potions is the most used and most profitable skill at her disposal.
Theme Music: Only a symphony with powerful rising and completely breathtaking melody could encompass Aria’s beauty, both physical and her grace of movement, even when it is lethal.
Companion: Aria has a Soloban that stays at her home, cleans and assists her with brewing her potions. It is the closest that she has to a friend in the world. But she still treats him like a servant.

╫Background Information╫
Aria’s father was the chief strategist for the Sol Solis military and chessmaster. Her mother was raised at court and that was the extent of her professional life, a young woman of priviledge, kept by her parents until she was arranged into a suitable marriage and then kept by her husband. The same existence was intended for Aria and she welcomed it fully. However like any young person, she did have a thirst for adventure and excitement.
Probably because of this, she had a thirst to prove herself as an Assassin as worth as any other. A dark organization approached her, anxious to take advantage of her connections with the court of the Light Nation. She was asked to steal research from a young man…and that was all. Aria felt quite excited to step away from her parents carefully constructed plan for her to take on a job of her own. Just one before she was betrothed and a permanent court fixture. And stealing was so easy.
However, after a search of the house, it became clear that this strange man kept his research carefully hidden. Suddenly the situation was more complex. Instead of a simple snatch and grab, she had to get close to this man. However, rather than being upset, she was excited. The rush of getting to go undercover, use her feminine wiles and see just what she was capable of. However she never expected to be so drawn to her target. He was unique, the only one of his kind and more chivalrous than any man she had met. She fell for him almost instantly and thought that he felt the same.
However, being as Assassin is more than a job. It Is her nature. So when she finally saw him working on his research, her heart bristled that she might be able to fulfill her contract and have her great love. So, she lured him to bed, leaving his research out in the open. After exhausting him completely, he fell asleep holding her tenderly in his arms. She looked up at him, love and passion shining in her eyes while he was wrapped around her so manly and comforting. Then, he was alone in bed.
Her silent Assassin feet crept down the hall, took the research that he had left out and disappeared. She rode fast and furious to her employers. Delivering the information and turning back without even waiting to be paid. She had to get back to him. She knew that he would understand, it was her nature. She hadn’t known him when she took the contract. It was just business, they were just papers. He really loved her, she was sure of it. He would still love her after this. They could have a life together. She would even stand against her parents if they didn’t approve of the match. No, their union would never bear a lasting line, but she didn’t care as long as she could be with him.
However, she returned to an empty house. He had left in a rush. No note. Her eager eyes searched and her sweet voice called out to him. But he was not there to answer. Then she came upon her quarters. All of her clothes were destroyed, her books ripped apart, her jewelry smashed and thrown into the fire along with various other belongings. And her bed. He had taken his sword to it and feathers from the down mattress littered the room. The frame was in shambles.
Aria turned slowly in the room. Her face falling as the signs of his rage were surrounding her, screaming at her from the remnants of their life together that he had destroyed. Her exquisite face started to puddle with tears, she bit her lip and sunk to the floor. If he really loved her, wouldn’t he have understood? This was who she was. It was the only job that she had ever done and probably the only that she would do. She had just wanted to prove herself capable. And she was. Wasn’t he at all proud of her?
Sobbing heartily in her hands, she almost didn’t hear the guard advance on her from behind. Aria spun and a dozen men were advancing on her. The quarters were close and then men seemed determined to kill her rather than capture her. Only by throwing herself out of a window and running along the roof, she managed to escape ahead of the guard. Apparently her betrayal to the kingdom by taking a contract for the Shadow Nation organization was reported and she was an enemy of the state. Her father, always the strategist, decided to protect the rest of his family by distancing them from their disgrace of a daughter. He disowned her.
She was sure that her lover had been the one to report her to the guards. Caused her to lose her hopes for the future, her current stability and place in life and her family, friends and everything that she prized. She took a few papers from him and he took everything from her. Aria ran away to the Assassin’s Fortress in the Wastelands and nursed her wounds. Soon she started taking contracts. She picked through the assignments and was selective about her targets. She liked to take the assassinations on corrupt men. She would install herself in their life, extract the information that was needed and take great pleasure in killing them slowly.
Over the years she has become more and more bitter and angry. She takes great pleasure in her work and has only become more ruthless.
