Tonks all the way!
But, if we are talking about a Hufflepuff during Harry's time at Hogwarts, then it would be Susan Bones.

Tonks actually really pissed me off from HBP and on.

Yeah, Susan was pretty good. She had all those family members die, but be kept on going with life, without complaining a lot about it to everyone.
