Personally I say no because I believe only Captain or high leveled members should be crew+ level. There is one exception we have but that is it. I personally would not approve this.

Personally I think non captain crew members should be voted on by the crew members and vc etc.

I Disapproved also. Just asking to be crew won't give you crew. Being crew is more then just rank. Crew got to keep forum clean, help invite members, and the got follow rule in the guild. Tenten told me this once reason ray and kron is Vice captain because she trust them. how they are doing thing she was right they are good Vice captain. The reason i was made as crew because i am on here all time so if people sent join request i can approve them. I also help keep forum clean. Tenten know me from my other guild so she know i can run a guild just fine. So basic is trust so just give it little time for people to trust you before asking to be crew.
