Bio: James was born in 1925. He lost both his parents before the age of 12. His entire life he lived on a military camp, doing odd jobs and providing the soldiers with supplies that they normally wouldn't be able to receive. He received hand to hand combat training from British commandos. After many years he befriended a private named Steve Rogers. The two became friends and James learned of Steve's identity as Captain America. James kept Steve's secret in order to become Bucky, the Captain's sidekick. On the same day the Captain was frozen, James lost his left arm due to an explosion. James was rescued from the frozen waters by the Soviets. His memory was wiped and he preformed many missions for the Soviets. He trained the likes of the Black Widow and even assassinated Wolverine's wife. James preformed many missions for the Soviets until Captain America wished his memory back with the Cosmic Cube. With his memory back, James vows to help serve Captain America any way he can.
Extra: In order to fight crime, James uses many weapons. The weapons he uses are: a sniper rifle, fully automatic machine gun, modified pistol, combat knife, and his own personal shield (Like the Captain's but instead with a black background and a gold star in the middle)
