Yes, I am allowing very few guild members to add the Rinnegan to one of their rpcs. There will only be a total of seven members who will possess the Rinnegan.

These guild members have already claimed the Rinnegan:

For the rest of you who would like to claim the Rinnegan, please post here. You might want to add-on saying why you want it, and why you deserve it, which will make it easier for me to choose who truly deserves it.

Also, you may hold discussions here about the Rinnegan, and you may ask questions for others to answer.

Question: Does anyone think Madara knows how to use the Rinnegan? It'd be kinda funny if the most evil guy in the Naruto universe was an incompetent jackass. XD

Yeah, he'd try and use Bashin Tenin on Naruto and fail miserably and grab Kabuto or a log instead, causing everyone in the vicinity to die laughing. rofl

That would be truly hilarious. But there is always a special place in my heart for the competent all powerful jackass villain. Especially if they just use their power for comic purposes until the very end.
