Panarcia (Pronounced Pan-AR-sha)-- A small planet, inhabited primarily by refugees looking to start over. Consists largely of open stretches of land well-suited to farming, speckled here and there with (mostly) non-poisonous lakes. The climate is surprisingly temperate, with only mild seasonal changes. The vast majority of exports from Panarcia are botanical in nature-- plants used for food, landscaping and decoration, and medicines often get their starts here. Because of the presence of a few poisonous lakes, the planet is generally viewed as ill-suited for raising livestock.
