If you are a captain or lieutenant, I ask that we find another way to communicate other than just on gaia. This is for decision making and quick important info transfer. This can be like skype or email or things like that.

I'm usually on all day 24/7. In the event of an emergency, I would not suggest emailing me since I check it once every month. If it's really that important, head over to my Bleach guild, Fall From Grace and tell the members in the OOC. Some of the people there have my phone number for txting.
