According to someone on Pokéfarm it would take 392 licks xD
So even though, like Bluebelle said, it varies per person, I guess it would take around that many 3nodding

Twinkies are most likely the worst thing anyone could ever eat. It's a tiny yellow cake filled with a sugary frosting type substance.

Not to mention that in terms of caloric value - it's roughly the same as having a nice steak. I would rather have a nice steak than a Twinkie.
