Lily Kydd's parents mansion

"I guess. Im never around. Let's go upstairs" she said as she led Vincent up the stairs to her room. She closed the door and started to unpack. "Hey--i forgot to tell you. There is a event tonight at the house and its kinda fancy. But it'll make a good impression on my father. So I will tell the tailor to send over some suits and you pick, Ok?" she smiled and kissed him lightly.

"Of course. Its big enough to share." Lily kissed him one more time. "I'll be back in an hour. I need a dress. But...you can come if you want." she said, doing her puppy face again.

"Thank you." She walked to the another end of the house and knocked on a white door. A man answered and let Lily and Vincent in. "Lily! Its been so long since I saw you. How are you? the man said. He glanced at Vincent. "Damian, this is Vincent...and he needs a suit for tonights event. Im sure you're busy with everyone else's attire, but I also need a dress. Vincent has to make a good impression on my father. Very well. Damian started bustling around the room, looking for things. He found Vincent a suit and then looked at Lily. All-right. Your turn. What would you like?" "Something nice, I suppose. To match with Vincent. He's my date." Damian started running around the his workshop and found some fabric for Lily. "This is suitable for you. I'll start right away on it. Lily smiled. They waited and finally her dress and Vincent's suit was ready.

"Thank you" Lily said then kissed Vincent on the cheek. "Your very welcome, Mr. Vincent. Enjoy your stay at the Kydd Manor." Damian left the room to Lily and Vincent. "You'll look the great tonight. In the past, none of the others have gotten past the house. Im sure my dad will love you. But watch out for my stepmom, Gail. She is a witch."

"I have to go see my dad before tonight. So you can relax in my room. I won't be long." Lily kissed Vincent one last time and left to her dad's office.

She walked to her dad's study and knocked. "Dad?, its Lily." she opened the door and found her dad. "Lily! I didn't know you would come. he hugged her and she sat. "Dad, I've brought a guest home." she said happily. "Well, who is Lily?" "His name is Vincent. He is from school, and he'll be accomying me to the event tonight." Her father gave a stern look. "Lily. what about Zane? You haven't told him that you weren't going to school here anymore. "Zane, is out of the question. I have Vincent know." she angrily left the study and went to her room.

"My dad is on my case. I don't have time for this. I have to get ready and you have to get ready. But not here. My stepmom and her wicked daughter are coming to get ready here."
**later that night**

Lily smiled. Vincent looked great. "You look great. And all you need to do is make a good impression on my dad." Lily guided Vincent to her dad. "Vincent this my dad, Henry."Pleasure. Henry said. He shook hands with Vincent. Tell me. What do you plan on majoring in college? "Dad..." Lily murmered.
