This is more of a song than a poem, but I hope you like it. I don't know what inspired me to write this, but I entered it in a competition and it got first in it's category so I'm posting it. Be honest please. ^^

Verse One: Broken Glass, a shattered past, a demon's eyes. Devils and angels battle for control. No direction. All these evil things hide and lurk in my reflection. Black Wings, shrouded in mystery. They guard me. A silver rose, it's thorn puts me to sleep. A gray sky to hide. All are a part of me.

Chorus: This foggy glass can't hide the truth from me. The other side, a black hole. Into the nothing. I don't fear the dark side of the mirror. But you should fear the dark side of me.

Verse Two: Heaven's light shy’s away from me. Demon's claws tearing at my skin. A fire dims, the flame in my soul. I try to scream, but the darkness takes it's toll.

Chorus: This foggy glass can't hide the truth from me. The other side, a black hole. Into the nothing. I don't fear the dark side of the mirror. But you should fear the dark side of me.

Bridge: Despite the gripping cold I feel a burning inside me. I'm too young to loose my heart and soul. Someone please save me. Nevermore will I fade away.

Final Chorus: This broken glass can't hide the truth from me. The other side, a never-ending hole. Out of the shadows. I won't fear the dark side of the mirror. Please destroy the dark side of me... My enemy.
