Most Unfair Minis Move: A useless answer, but I've yet to run into any moves I've considered "OMG TOTALLY UNFAIR". There are obvious ones that are stronger, but all in all I don't recall any that I hate with a vigor.

Least Favorite Minis Element: Possibly Grass type since I can't find it when there's a quest for it, but it always kicks my a** with poison when I do find it
Most Unfair Minis Move: So far forbidden hymn is the only one I've encountered. And I flat out ragequit the fight 8C

Most Unfair Minis Move: Tricky question, really. Because any move used against someone can be deemed 'unfair' if they have trouble beating it.
