In order to learn jutsus you must post a certain amount of times, unless a circumstance comes in to play. We recommend you spar with a friend or another one of your characters to help these go by really fast =)
Basic Jutsu (E) - 3 posts
Genin (D) - 4 posts
Chuunin (C) - 6 posts
Jounin (B) - 8 posts to
Sannin/ANBU (A) - 10 posts
Kage/ANBU Capt/Organization Members (S) - 15 posts
Great Kage/Organization Leaders (SS) - In order to learn one of these you must speak with Demon. From there he will decide if you and your character are worthy enough to have these.
Note: Here a post is considered two full lines when finalized. So be sure to preview your posts before you actually count them wink These posting requirements also include your precious custom made jutsus, which of course have to be approved before you can learn them.
