Colonel Jackson, being the Base Commander, has the largest office on Ebinay, complete with a full latrine, shower and all. All over the walls are pictures from his past as well as the various Zoids he'd piloted. And centered above his desk on the back wall, was the American Medal of Valor, the highest award for heroism in combat that the PAC had. To his right was the latrine. To his left, facing west, was a massive window, opening to the tundra.
((Think of the American Medal of Valor as the Medal of Honor.))

As Alpha Team marched up to the door, they waited for Bathsheba. All stood at attention as they did no. Not one word was said, not one sound was made.
It was eerie to see this group so quiet...

⊰𝔅𝔞𝔱𝔥𝔰𝔥𝔢𝔟𝔞⊱ A few minutes behind then, Bathsheba walked to the door, glancing at Alpha Team. She was surprised to see them quiet, even outside the Colonel's office. Maybe they're finally getting it. She thought as she walked to the row of seats waiting outside the Colonel's office, taking the one right next to the door. She knew she wasn't allowed in, not while Jarid and the others were going to be chewed out. So, she would wait for her turn to be called in, for whatever purpose there might be.
"Thanks for waiting." She muttered under breath to Jarid as she stared at the ground, now starting to wait for Hell to break loose via Colonel Jackson.

Jarid gave a nod as he looked at the door before knocking three times, waiting. The other four were anxious. For good reason too..."

((I forgot to put this out...Sorry. Proper procedure when reporting to one's CO is to knock three times on the door, then wait for the command of "Enter." You then march inside to the front of the desk, come to attention, then salute. "Sir, Rank, First name, Last name, reporting as ordered!" Then go back to attention when he salutes you back.
I know this drill all to well. Standing in front of one's commander is NOT fun. That was a bad day. XD))

"Enter."
Colonel Jackson's voice was very formal. That meant this was to be on the record. Jarid and his team already had records a mile long.

Alpha Team entered the room, Jarid to the left and one step in front of everyone else. They all stood and saluted. "Sir. Sergeant Jarid Caymen. Reporting as ordered!" he barked, waiting just as long as the others.

Colonel Jackson sat in a large leather chair, hands clasped in front of him. A step behind, and to his left, was Tobias. Though instead of wearing a duy uniform, he too was in full Dress. Tobias' Dress Uniform was the Sky Blue of an Air Pilot. As an officer, he had a gold stripe running down the outer seam of the trousers. The Crest of the 101st Storm Sworder Flight wass pinned to his left shoulder. But instead of the crest of Ebinay, his right shoulder carried the crest of the 10th Special Operations Task Flight. making Tobias Special Forces. Rank was pinned to his collar, though his Captain's Rank was larger than normal, signifying him as selected for promotion to Major. On his sleeve was one broad golden cuff with a crimson border. The left side of his chest carried four rows of ribbons and awards, one more than even Colonel Jackson, making him the most decorated pilot on Ebinay. Below the ribbons was a gleaming silver medel, the Hero of the Motherland medal, the highest award one can receive for heroism in the Russian Military. Tobias had decided to show Jarid exactly why he was the most respected Pilot on Ebinay, even though he'd only been there less than 24 hours. After all, nothing speaks of a Soldiers accomplishments and actions louder than the awards he wears. Col. Jackson returned the salute. "Sergeant Jarid Caymen, you and your team are here for a multitude of reasons, the very least being your behaviour in the DFAC. The full list of accusations are as follows." He picked up a sheet of papaer and read off of it. "Violation of the Rules of War. Murder. Lack of Discipline. Fraternization. Inappropriate Relations, Disrespecting an Officer, Threatening an Officer, Failure to Discipline your Soldiers, accessory to Murder, Accessory to Rules of War violations, and Conduct Unbecoming of a Soldier." He set the paper down and slid it over to Jarid.

Jarid returned to standing in attention, looking at Tobias once, not daunted by the medals.
Jarid then listened to the list go on and on, looking down at it as he was passed it.
"I understand the Lack of Discipline, and Failure to Discipline. And Conduct Unbecoming of a Soldier, sir. I did not Disrespect the Captain, nor did I threaten his rank. I only acted like a family member would in the sight his arrogance. If one could hide behind a rank for everything, humanity is already doomed." he replied calmly, staring straight at the Commander.
"Murder coincides with war to the point that this violation is nothing more than to make the act of our survival just a game, sir." he added before taking in a deep breath and exhaling.
"And with all due respect sir, if it was 'Fraternization and Inappropriate Relations', why is it only looked at five years after it began?" he asked, still staring ahead.

The Colonel glared at Jarid. "I don't recall giving you permission to speak. You will hold your tongue until questioned or given permission to speak, or I will summarily judge you based on the facts I've received prior. You don't want that. Is that clear, Sergeant?" Even Tobias flinched. He knew what the Colonel's decision was as of right now. And he didn't wish that upon anyone. He looked Jarid in the eye, willing him to just shut up for once.

Jarid stood where he was, unflinching, as was the Rest of Alpha Team. "Understood, sir." he replied, waiting for the proverbial lashing.

⊰𝔅𝔞𝔱𝔥𝔰𝔥𝔢𝔟𝔞⊱ After Jarid and the Alpha team entered, leaving Bathsheba behind a closed door, she immediately got up and went to the door, pressing her ear against it. Even though she was angry beyond measure, she still loved and worried for her brother, and couldn't shake off this feeling of doom that things were worse this time around.
Despite her best efforts, she could only hear mumbles. Words couldn't come clearly, but tones did. So far... So good.. She thought with a sigh. Things didn't sound bad anyway. The Colonel started off talking, probably letting him know why he was in trouble (which wasn't really a mystery to Jarid, she was sure), and then Jarid argued. Always argued...
Bathsheba flinched back from the door, startled by the Colonel's sudden change in tone. Did Jarid say something out of hand? She didn't think he'd be so stupid and self-righteous that he'd deliberately say something to piss off the Colonel.
"Come on, Jarid..." She begged quietly. "Don't mess this up."
((Aw, yeah. s**t STORM!))

"We'll start with the three most serious offenses, the ones that attracted the attention of both the civilians and other governments." The Colonel picked up another piece of paper. "Violating the Rules of War, Accessory to Rules of War violation, and Murder." He set it down, then became informal for a brief moment. "Son, all three of those carry the death penalty. You might want to explain yourself. And in a hurry." He nodded almost imperceptably towards an inconspicious, raven-haired woman sitting in the corner of the room, a camera by her, notepad in hand. Her white blouse was covered by a black jacket with the letters "KGB" on it.

"The count of murder comes from Crosshair's training to end a fight in one fell swoop to keep allied casualties, damages, and funds from being too dramatic, sir. He was trained from Boot Camp to aim for accuracy and provision, as to not waste Government ammunition and money for more rounds." Jarid replied, still looking ahead.
"I take full responsibility for the death, as well as the violations. The reasons for my actions against the downed Gordos was out of rage. Unlike Crosshair and Heckler who confirmed that they were alright after being shot down, I received no more than static from Hack and Slash and assumed the worst. My actions too hasty and foolish, I was prepared to tarnish my name for their sake." he added, his posture not changing.
"I am glad that Redler stopped me, sir."

((Warning! AVISO! Long post. XD)) The woman began writing, shaking her head. The Colonel's head was shaking as well. "Son, since the days of the arquebuisiers, men have been trained to aim center mass. And though early Snipers were trained for headshots, those headshots were to cause the least amount of suffering. Gun Snipers are trained to hit areas that will cause a system freeze. It's in the manual. A Sniper only aims for the cockpit if nothing else will stop it. In the case of the Rev Raptor, the first hit it took was also the last. The Gordos was hit repeatedly in the head." The Colonel pushed a button, a screen sliding up from the desk, playing the feed from the sights of a Gun Sniper, the word "Crosshair" in the upper-left corner. The scene with the Rev Raptor and the Gordos played out clearly. "The Rev Raptor is where the murder charge comes in. Of that charge, only [Insert real name of pilot here] stands accused. That is a charge only he can take responsibility for." He then played a camera feed from the cockpit of the Blade Liger. Complete with sound. "You never once tried to get ahold of your comrades. You didn't even hear the supposed static. So, why don;t you tell me where the source of this rage came from. Because what this video shows, is that you attempted to murder that Gordos Pilot after he mentioned you should "fight with honor." TO which you responded with..." He played the radio feed again. "Says the man who was hiding behind a wave of fodder and steel." Jarid's voice came out clear, even through the soudns of battle. "Wanna talk to me about honor!? Keep your guns aimed at soldiers instead of civilians!" The Colonel killed the feed. That doesn't sound like rage over your fallen comerades to me. Unless you're inplying that your men are really civilians?" He motioned to a sentry, who opened the door, not surprised to see Bathsheba with her ear against the door. "Staff Sergeant Caymen? Please eneter quietly and stand behind Sergeant Caymen. The Colonel would like you to hear what is about to happen."
