Sayre was back home. In the desert, curled up in her cave. It's been a awhile since she last saw him. 'Come back...' She heard him in her head and she smiled and blushed. Then frowned. She craved to see him again... but her son Aero said he would be coming by for a visit. Perhaps she could leave a note and run off to find Jack. Yes! That is exactly what she would do. She ran out of her cave, pounded across the desert sand. "Jack!! I'm coming!" When she gathered enough speed she lept into the air and flew into the air, leaving a trail of sand behind her.

Jack was waiting for Sayre, or rather had been for awhile. He couldn't know if she was coming, all he knew was that she hadn't. Sometimes, Jack knew she'd never return. Other times, he knew she would. She wasn't like her, Sayre was honest. Or so he believed. However, Jack wasn't one to just wait. Currently, he was attempting to shoo a fox out of its old den, deciding that his little hole in a tree was not good enough for him anymore. He wanted a den.
Sayre. A "Daeva that he had met awhile ago. He was a vixen that greatly confused him. He found himself wanting to spend time with her, and yet Jack wasn't the kind to seek out others. He was a solitary person. Yet, here he was. Desiring her company.

With a thud Sayre landed into the jungle. 'Dont burn down the place looking for me.' She nodded to herself as Jack's reminder went off in her head. Her tail flicked and she sniffed the air. She narrowed in on the sent and followed it to a tree. Then to a den. Jack was apparently trying to claim the den for his own. She smiled and hid in a bush nearby. If things went wrong she could just carry the older fox away and drop him off else where. Or just merely scare him away with her devilish looks.

Jack and the fox glared at one another. This wasn't a Modifox. No, this was a fox. Jack and the fox bickered, until finally Jack managed to point out that said fox didn't even use this damn den anymore, and he wanted somewhere warm while the winter came. The fox, with a quick snort and sneer, wandered off, and Jack went into the den, rubbing his side against the edges.
It'd take time to make it his, but when he left he seemed triumphant, tail wagging back and forth to scare off the leaves surrounding the area. Of course he won~ Jack always scared off anything daring to stand up to him.

Sayre snickered to herself. "Another point for Jack. Brava." She snuck out of the bush when he wasn't looking. She sat outside of his new den. She wasn't rude enough to walts on in to his new home. "Did ya miss me?" She knew she missed him. Alot. She sat there grinning, flecks of sand falling from her coat.

He turned to spot Sayre, eyes widening. Finally, he responded with a : "Sayre." He glanced at her, scanning her. She had come back. To see him. Jack. Jack the weirdo. He approached her, eyes noting the sand and whipping some sand off. "That's a secret." He commented about the missing part.
He looked at his den, smirking slightly. "By the way, course I win. Damn fox isn't going to beat me." He commented, pride causing his shadows to curl around his legs and extending to the tip of Sayre's feet.

"Is it?" She laughed and gave him a nudge. She looked around his new den. "Nice." She smiled and gave him a silly grin."If I knew you were moving I would have brought you a cave warming gift." She sat down and shook off the sand. "Sorry it took so long. I was worried. My son was supposed to be visiting and I wasn't sure if he was bringing his boyfriend or not."

Jack took the nudge graciously, looking at her with a raised eyebrow. He looked over at his den, shrugging. "Like what? Flowers aren't my thing." He laughed lightly, not really surprised when the female mentioned her son having a boyfriend. He looked at her, raising an eyebrow, again.
"Yeah? Well, did you see him or not? What will he think when he see's Mama dearest is with a guy?" His ears flicked, hearing sounds nearby. He turned his head, eyes narrowing as his shadows expanded.

"Flowers? Pffft... how 'bout me spread across the floor." She let out a playful growl, only half kidding. "All I hope is that he doesn't try to steal you." She chuckled abit. Aero really wouldn't care who or what she ended up with. He was a good boy. "Really now Fakir... I know mom said that she'd be in her cave but the sent leads out here!" Aero rolled his eyes and clicked his tounge. Fakir was growing impatient. He spotted a Daeva and a normal male fox talking. "Momma! Is that you!?"

Jack blinked, shocked. He turned red, covering his face and looking once more away. "Tch!" He almost gave back his own comment when he spotted a red male approach, call out to Sayre, blinking.
So this was her son? Jack looked at Sayre, wondering if she had meant for this to happen. Hell! He was meeting her kid? s**t, s**t s**t s**t. Was it that serious already?!
"Steal me? Wait....what?" "Well, she never asked you to follow. What if we come upon some sex scandal! I don't wanna see that!" Fakir yelled back to his boyfriend. Ah, boyfriend. Fakir was strange with the idea of having a boyfriend, having tormented Aero at first by stealing his first kiss then ditching him. Aero had found him, made Fakir feel like an a** (which nobody did!) and Fakir had become his boyfriend. Of course, with some filler in-between.
So here he was, following his boyfriend as he rambled about his mother. When Aero stopped and called out to a red 'Daeva the purple male slipped into the clearing, waiting for his boyfriend to come out and speak to his mother.
"Sayre." Was the only greeting he gave, still awkward seeing her. Then, he looked at Jack. "Stranger."

Sayre jumped abit. "Aero. Fakir." She smiled and snuggled her son, then gave Fakir a nudge too. "You know you could have waited." She smiled at Aer then eyed Fakir. "Then again. Maybe not." She chukled a bit.
"So who;s this momma?" Aero circled around Jack. "He your man?" He eyed him, his yellow eyes, his odd aura. He wanted to question him. Make sure he wasn't like the other that knocked up mom... aka.. his dad. But he really didn't know if they were 'official' yet. After another circle around Jack he sat down next to Fakir.

"Man?" He asked, watching the boy circle him. He raised an eyebrow, yet again, and made his shadows follow the boy out of amusement. "And if I am?" He murmured, letting Sayre answer this question instead. His eyes fell onto Fakir, who was also eying him. Sheesh, what was he? Some threat to the boys? He looked at Sayre, unsure what to do, so instead he just flopped confidentially down onto his stomach, yawned, and choose to let her deal with these boys. He could sense the sons eyes, deciding to give his name for now.
"Names Jack."
Fakir was not used to "families", having not really had one himself. As Aero circled he merely nudged Sayre back, rested, and greeted Aero when he returned with a quiet flick of his tail. The dark male looked strange, yet so did he. What with his cap and all. What was with Aero's family and choosing the weird ones, anyway?

Sayre frowned. "Don't worry Aero. He his nothing like him..." She hated talking about it. Aboout the guy who knocked her up. About the son shes only met once. She shook her head. Now quiet.
"Then I would take mom home right now and wouldn;t let you see her again.... She deserves someone good..." He hated seeing his mom when she was depressed. "Oh. And I'm Aero. and that is Fakir. My boyfriend."

So he was the protective type? It seemed if Jack was Sayre's man then he'd take his mom away. This irked Jack, making him glare at the boy. "So if your mother had a "man" you'd kidnap her? That seems selfish." He stated, not caring if this angered Sayre. No, this boy was selfish, and needed to learn to let his mother have some happiness for once. He was not amused, turning to Fakir now and nodding.
Fakir nodded back, tail flicking in silence before he said: "Interesting eyes." Fakir commented, apparently for once deciding to aid his boyfriend in upsetting someone. Jack did not seem to like that, looking away in seconds.
"Interesting cap."
Ah, maybe he had deserved that. Fakir soon realized that both him and Aero were harassing a man that had done nothing wrong to either. He sighed, not enjoying being wrong, and grumbled; "Sorry."

"I would if he was an a**. I would if he would leave her with her kids. I would if he broke her heart." His eyes narrowed. "As long as this 'man' never hurt her... then her may keep her." He let out a sigh. He wasn;t selfish. Just worried. He leaned against Fakir. Yeah him and Fakir bickered, but they never fought. Aero didn;t like to fight.
Sayre shuffled. She knew Aero had the best intentions but must he interogate Jack now. She really liked Jack. And she prayed to the Dieites that nothing would go wrong.
