Using wind chakra to call chakrams back to hand.
Using wind chakra to manipulate chakarams so that they spin around body, can be thrown with precision or used as defense.
Throwing the Chakaram in a special way so that it turns in flight, curving so that it misses one target and hits another.

Use up to six chakaram now. Throwing the chakram, making it bounce off a surface if it misses and returning to the person’s hand to catch it carefully. Power throw. An increase of speed to increase velocity, allowing a single chakram to slice completely through muscle and bone instead of just being stuck in the opponent. Stacking method to throw any number of chakram. Stacked one on top of the other, they can be thrown in rapid succession at an opponent, easier. Special section for Wind and Fire wheels. Cannot be thrown, melee only, wheels worn on back. (Can use up to six chakrams now)
Basic defense, complex design within the wind and fire wheels, can block weapons and if locked in the metal, can pull and remove weapons.
Centrifuge defense, spinning the wheel rapidly enough so that it deflects projectiles sent towards it. If chain hits it, it becomes tangled and one can pull the chain or whatever out of the person’s grasp and pull them off their feet.
Basic attack to slice and stab.
Dual wielding, wielding two wheels in both hands, for double defense or offense, or one for defense and the other for offense.

Defense with chakram, use larger chakram to catch variety size of arms to bend and break.

Throwing more than one chakram, throwing them a certain way so that they curve and bend, hitting other intended targets instead of the ones it seems to be aiming for so opponent cannot guess where it is going to go.
Power throw, continuous speed used so that every chakram thrown slices through muscle and bone without slowing down.

Able to have ten chakrams now.
Throwing ten chakram in rapid succession, making them bounce off walls so that ten razor sharp rings bounce, come back at an opponent and bounce against if they miss. User able to catch them all now, meant for multiple enemies.
Speed throw. A chakram thrown so fast that when an opponent manages to see it, it’s too late. Does not pass through the opponent, meant to hit and do real damage, intended for a kill. To dodge, a person must be quite fast and have good eye sight.
Charkams worn on arms, good for grappling and person can move them to the fingers for a quick spin and to flick them for a throw.
Precision throw. The user throws chakrams one at a time until all ten are bouncing off surfaces. Meant to miss at first to fool the opponent, then when all ten are bouncing, they converge on the opponent at once from various directions, very hard to dodge.

 Background ___The History of the Vulcan Clan is a complicated one. It was one of the many clans thought to have been decimated in the last Great Shinobi War. You see,many clans deal with organic traits,Shadow Manipulation,Bone Growing,Even Mass Distribution;All organic traits. The Vulcan Clan members were one of a kind in the fact that their gifts game from their inorganic qualities. You see the could work wonders with technology. They could take an iron rod and turn it into a self sustaining energy source. Their technology became so advanced that they were among the first to be taken out in the War,along with all their technological marvels,sending them back to the proverbial Stone Age. A few members survived though,and through them they are starting to rebuild. They have since discovered a way to house electronics inside their body,using them as a regular ninja would jutsu. B a c k g r o u n d H i s t o r y : Recognied at a young age as the first heir to the Uchiha Clan in many generations,he was trained to keep fight and thrive since a young age. He opted to join the acadamy at the older age of 14 instead of 7. He spent those years traveling the world,learning all the secrets of the ninja world knowing that the true way to win a battle was in knowledge. The Uchiha clan have been grooming him since a young age,and since he graduated in a mere 8 months it seems they were succeding
The Trials of the Genin
Reiko started his journy as a Genin as most do,visiting the Hokages office as tradition dictates. What was unique about his request however is that he came to the man bearing him a request: Fight me. He asked him to,so that his Sharingan may be forcibly awakened. The Hokage abrubtly and wisely declined the foolish offer,setting the Young Uchiha off and causing him to flee the office for the solitude of training. He mastered all he could in the Element of Katon and has since returned to the Hokage to talk once more. Reiko completed a few missions at the behest of the Hokage before leaving once more to Train. It was there he learn the Seven Sword Style and Drunken Fist. After that,he sought out a training partner. It was then that he found Ichiro Senju. He fought Ichiro,defeating him through a hard battle. They then went over to the Acadamy to work on Ninjutsu. Througout all this Reiko had awakened his Sharingan. After training three Genin were sent by a clone he had sent to the hokages office to manage tasks,to fight him. Reiko defeated all three easily,going so far as to knock one out. Reiko then sent the three of them packing to train before sparing with a Girl he just met,October Night Starlight. He beat her quickly,but in the process saw into her inner soul. He asked her to join him at the hot springs to which she accept. When they arrived they stripped down and got in together. Evenetually they kissed and what will happen from this is anyones guess. It came to pass that after Stabbing a kid names Takebi and Dakkon that Reiko moved in with Night. They go on dates after a long day of doing missions and are generally. Happy. Reiko has been put up for promotion to Chuunin and has henceforth Accept his new role

Everyday the routine was similiar: Reiko would wake at dawn and go off to meditate and train. After a few hours he would start his missions then go to council with the Hokage. Towards the eveneing he would help out at the acadamy before coming home to Night everyday. She,of coarse, did he own mission's but his were considerably longer. He had not had one long mission since the cloud,something he was extremely happy about. You see,about a month ago Reiko had asked Night to marry him,and thankfully,she said yes. He had decided to skip morning training and sleep in today. As he groggily awoke he could hear the sound of frying bacon and the fridge opening[i]'Breakfast? Thats not like her'[/i] Night was...unique. She was beautiful to him but was NOT a housewife. She was a full fledged assassin with those blades of hers,thus Reiko's suprise. He arose and donned his Civilian clothing: A black shirt with high collar and black pants. He passed on donning his Wakazashi's right now,but as always strapped his emergency Kunai to his upperarm. He slid the door open to the bedroom and walked into the kitchen to find Night already cooking. He walked behind her and kissed her on the cheek[b]"Morning"[/b] He said before opening up the fridge and retrieving some orange juice and a glass. ╓ History ╖
Diadem grew up on a farm outside of the Rock Village. He developed muscles from the back breaking work but his I.Q. was over 125 and knew it well. He decided to leave behind the Farming life style and become a Ninja. When he came to the acadamy he found out that he was an Uchiha and that his Father was a friend of his real parents who took him into hiding after Itachi destroyed the Clan. He is now training to become a Full Ninja.
--Genin--
Diadem trained hard to easily become the Rocks top Genin.He beat every other Genin in the villag,Advancing his Sharingan to stage 3 by the time he was 12 years old.When he was 14 the Iwakage went rouge and started destroying everything.Diadem was one of the frontline ninjas geared to stop him.Diadem went one on one with him and managed to hold him until he suddenly escaped.Diadem then was left to ponder who would become the next Iwakage
--The Trial--
Diadem was named one of the Three most compible ninja in the village and was entered in The Trials.A test to decide whom would become the Next Iwakage.Diadem of coarse won,defeating a Chunin and Jounin to become the Kage at just 14.He then did something darastic.He signed the Rock away in a joining effort with the Snow!
--As of Late--
Diadem sent his people to the snow but could not go with them,The yukikage was in charge now.Diadem then instead choose to find a friend of his cousins in the leaf,a brilliant Shinobi whom he could learn things from.He arrived amid a crisis of epic proportions.The Hokage then asked Diadem to preform a task for him which if completed would be his passport to tutalage under the old man. Diadem is presently in the Sound battling Tensei with Kirama Hyuuga
