Desmond black never had a easy life. He grew up in a bad area with parents that just didn't care unless they needed something from him. So he decided to get out of a life that would just lead to him turning into his parents. With no other job skill to get him by He decided to join the army and learn as he went which as it turned out ended pretty well for once.

Is a bit of a fatalist and world-weary but seems to find joy in the little things especially explosions. Likes dark places,people watching,being alone and of course smoking. Dislikes Overconfident people,Rushing into an unknown situation and most of all optimistic people.
