Though he may not be the nicest around, India is far from mean. In reality, he's simply introverted, doesn't show much expression around strangers, and can be wary of a new face at first. He has a great sense of self, however, and is usually very supportive of the idea that everyone should be allowed to do as they please as long as it's not harmful. Anyone who does act threatening, especially towards him or his family, is met with dry wit or sarcasm, depending on the situation. And unless it's a close friend, physical contact is something he doesn't seem exceptionally comfortable with, but once he gets to know someone, it becomes less of an issue. Falling in love with the touchy-feely Chroma probably helped quite a bit in that department.
A majority of the time, India can be found lounging around the realm hq, in the corner he's claimed for himself and those important to him. One of his favorite pastimes is sleeping, an inherited love helped along by the family's 'sleepy gene,' which can cause those who suffer from it to fall asleep without warning at unexpected times.

Energetic and friendly, but also very childish, Nadeshiko is usually rather easy to get along with. When she's not being jealous or pouty, that is. It's hard for her to really get what it means to share, and that everyone can take turns, especially when it comes to her adoptive brother India's time and attention. A minor mental slowness made it difficult for her learn at first, but over time her manners and etiquette have improved, along with her vocabulary. However, she still speaks using full names, rather than substituting 'I,' 'you,' or something similar, which can make her speech long-winded. She wears a necklace strung with four feathers at all times, and it's very important to her, because they were gifts from two of her winged friends. The three jet black ones came from Crow, while the one black and pink one came from Kira-kit.

Just as hyper and energetic as his adoptive sister, Nadeshiko, he loves to pounce and chase things. For a kitsu stuck in a kit's body, he's pretty fast and loves to race, challenging everyone and everything who'll take him up on the offer. While Naki doesn't like to lose, he's usually a good sport about it, unless he somehow feels cheated. Try to pull a fast one over on him and watch out, he's enough of a spitfire that he'd call it out and make accusations until a rematch was decided on.
Usually as cheery as can be, there are times when he's prone to fits of anger or sorrow or general disinterest, though. This is because, despite his size, his mental age continues to increase with each passing year. He has all the thoughts and feelings of a full grown adult at this point, and it can be extremely difficult to handle when others don't take him seriously or his body can't keep up with his emotional needs.

As an egg, Sere was often safely tucked in his father's tails, which some might say was a sign of things to come. Even now, despite being an adult, he spends a lot of his time hiding wherever he'll fit and watching the world nervously, as if everything were out to get him. Extremely wary and easily frightened, when snuck up on he'll take off running and continue blindly until he hits something, ends up trapped, or finds a good spot to hide. Despite being way too large to fit under his father's tails now, every once in a while he'll still give it a try, since it's one of his favorite spots, but he usually ends up shooed off. It disappoints him a little each time, even though he knows the outcome is generally the same, but he'll try not to get too down about it. Sere truly doesn't want to upset or anger his father, or anyone else for that matter, and does his best to remain quiet and out of the way.

Harsh and judgmental, Ikuinen is a difficult kitsu to get close to, especially for anyone who isn't a small child. After waking up one day at the base of a tree with no memory of who he was or how he'd gotten there, he was quick to blame the overarching idea of 'the world' for taking his life from him. Since then he's become an advocate of his own ideals, finding and preaching to young kits in order to enlighten them about the disgusting world they live in, the world of lies and deception, coated over with a sheen of sugar. He seeks to reach them when they are little, before they are set in their ways and no longer open to new ideas, unchangeable. Iku believes adults, including himself, are foolish and hateful creatures that are to be blamed for creating this existence of great falsehood. And so, he never lies, but hypocritically, he often twists the truth into return questions and round about answers to avoid speaking on things he'd rather not.
Afraid to sleep, he often has tired eyes and shows little emotion. Recently, however, he's come to feel more than he ever used to, a fact that causes him great pain and uncertainty. His beliefs and rejection of other adults are much of what sustained him through his journey, the very last thing he could grasp to keep from breaking, but as he slowly awakens to his dormant feelings, something triggered by an empathy session with the only adult he truly cares for, Nahanni, he's had to come to terms with the fact that he's not completely hardened and invulnerable.

Unfriendly would be an understatement. A single glare from this Kitsu could send you running and he's more than willing to give one. His dislike of 'sweet things' isn't limited to simply food, but also naïveté in others (especially Bean Sprout). His cold nature allows him to execute missions without fail, as he's ever willing to leave a teammate behind if he considers them a hindrance (or at least that's what he claims). However, being anti-social doesn't mean he can't act cordially. Under certain circumstances, usually if it has something to do with a mission, he's able to converse without snapping. In his free time between missions, he can often be found training.

At first glance, Cope may seem rather childish and overly playful. However, that is not always the case. In fact, he's very thoughtful for his age, as well as being friendly. But no matter how mature he may be, he's still susceptible to fits of insanity. These occurances, for some strange reason, are easily influenced by his sister, Nyh. He also has a compulsion for biting things, especially other Kitsu. It may be an instinct to rid himself of poison, though he doesn't actually have any, having not inherited feathers from his father. Going long times without biting makes him fidgety and more likely to latch onto a complete stranger without permission.

Avel is the perpetual 'good girl.' She hates upsetting anyone, at least anyone older than her, and will do whatever she can to help. One thing she'd like to do someday is explore the world. A gentle soul, Miu holds herself with quiet dignity. She enjoys quiet and the relaxed feeling that comes with it. Thus, she often chooses not to speak, instead communicating with body language or her soul, if she's friendly enough with her company. While she finds her feathers beautiful, she is hardly conceited and can find beauty and inspiration in almost all living things. The closest of her siblings, her half-brother, Terasu, is her greatest inspiration and she enjoys spending time with him above all (though she tries to keep that biased opinion a secret). Brash and sometimes thoughtless, Marlo can be difficult to get along with. He likes to wrestle and plays for keeps.
