As a neutral state, the Tsardom of Russia uses its Armed Forces for defensive purposes only. However, lacking any air power, the Tsardom has requested that the Pan-American Coalition provide Air Defense assets in the event of an aggressor nation engaging in active warfare with the Tsardom of Russia. As such, the 101st Stormsworder Flight, a Flight of the 82 Raynos Squadron, Whale King Romeo 22, and Whale King Alpha 02, will mobilize to Moscow as Task Force Spearhead, and will fall under control of Russian Spetnaz. Upon arrival at Moscow Airfield, the Whale King Alpha 02 will be loaded with GBU-1 Nuclear bombs. TF Spearhead will conduct anti-air operations as well as CAS support for Russian Army assets. Upon successful repelling of invading forces, TF Spearhead will re-deploy back to Ebinay Air Base, Beringa, for debriefing and reintegration into the 452nd Strike Force.
