Well, I'll give you some better move-set ideas. You're choices for natures aren't bad, however Volcarona can benefit from a modest or timid nature. But more on her[him] later.

I'm assuming you want Umbreon to wall-n-stall. Toxic was a good choice, and for stalling, protect is also a nice idea. However faint attack and wish are the moves that bug me. With faint attack, it has dismal power on top of Umbreon's lack luster base atk stat. May I suggest Pursuit or Payback? Both moves double their power if you meet their criteria; pursuit if the opponents pokemon switches upon use, or Payback if Umbreon is the last to move in the turn. Wish isn't so bad, however if you're not to worried about healing your other team members or just don't want to wait a couple turns for wish to activate, Moonlight makes for a much more reliable recovery move.

Volcarona needs a lot of help. There are several ways you can use Volcarona, however your set up is not a very effective one. Volcarona does not have noteworthy physical Atk. It's Special Attack is what you want to focus on if you want an offensive set. So scrub off those atk EV's and invest them in one of Volcarona's other stats (I suggest either HP or Speed). Now then, its moveset. Flare Blitz is great, but not on Volcarona. Volcarona has access to several options that are just better for it. Heat Wave or Fiery dance (I like Fiery Dance) take advantage of Volcaronas much better special attack stat, and are both STAB. Struggle bug should be replaced with Bug Buzz because the latter is just better. Magnet Rise is unnecessary. Maybe try Morning sun to recover damage.

Looking back on Volcaronas suggested move-set, I realise that is the set I run on my own Volcarona. D:

Oh well. xD

First of all, both your walls are weak to Fighting, a very common attack type too. You'll probably want to drop one.

Should you use Umbreon, I prefer the Curse + Payback set. Curse bumps up that low attack to pretty good levels after a couple boosts and lowers your Speed so that it ensures you'll get the full power of Payback.. Perhaps Curse/Payback/Wish/Return, Toxic, or a filler like Heal Bell would be your 4 moves. It's honestly hard to use Umbreon in general though. Its movepool isn't good in the least. And you're gonna have problems with Steel types no matter what you choose. The only option is Dig, but never use Dig. It screams for them to switch in a Flying type or Levitater. And it's gonna be devastating should they switch in Hydreigon for free on you to Draco Meteor like nobody's business. Basically, don't use Dig. And of course you can go for the generic Cleric. (Rhyme ftw?) Heal Bell/Wish/Payback/Toxic or Charm. Payback is still likely to get the full power, unless you're up against something slow like Snorlax or Ferrothorn. Impish is probably the Nature you'd use on the Cleric. And Careful would fit the Curser best.

And if you go with Snorlax, you can easily be the best Gengar counter ever. He'll never OHKO you with Focus Blast and being immune to his Shadow Ball is very welcomed (Though, he will 2HKO you with Focus Blast and Life Orb, should he manage both attacks to hit you.). Personally, I've seen a nice 252 Attack/252 Sp. Def/ 4 Def (If you want perfection, but you can drop the 4 EV's in Defense, they aren't doing much...). Adamant or Careful work nicely. For moves, Rest/Sleep Talk/Body Slam/Crunch. Crunch is obviously for Gengar and coverage. Which, btw, should you go with EQ over Crunch, Gengar is completely immune to your attacks. And of course, Leftovers for an item to complete the set. Also, you could use a Resto Chesto set. Basically, Chesto Berry over Leftovers, thus eliminating the need for Sleep Talk to take a moveslot. Curse fills in that spot should you go with this set. But honestly, I wouldn't recommend this set, because you lose Leftovers recovery and a way to move while sleeping should you need to Rest again. Btw, Snorlax is a beast Special Wall, and will tank unboosted special hits like a champ. Only being weak to Fighting, that Gengar's Focus Blast is the most damaging move you'll see from the special side, which only does a max of 64.6% with an Adamant nature and the above EV's. Careful will lower that max to 59%. No other Special Attacks will hurt you as bad as this besides the rare Specs Lucario which still isn't a OHKO.

Anyhow, I would use Snorlax over Umbreon. And I'll give some more help later. I have to go for now. Good luck though.

Magnet Rise is unnecessary.

Just wanted to note on this. The move MIGHT do you good every once in a while but it isnt going to help you that much.

Instead of having it, replace it for a different move and carry a flying type on your team. If you think they'll use Earthquake or even the occasional Earth Power then you can switch your flying type in to avoid that damage. Gyarados might be a good idea since the user might be likely to be a physical attacker and you will probably have the intimidate ability. Also, if your opponent is a ground type, you'll have a STAB waterfall at your disposal to counter. I'm sure there are other options to look at but it's just a thought
