A bit of a break from the some ol', same ol' of the campus was most welcome. Simone, however, didn't really need anything to warrant shelling out much in the way of currency for things that would probably just end up in the back of her closet. A few accessories or hair accoutrement might be of some use, but other than those things, the little Lust demon was simply walking around window shopping and people watching. That was a favorite past time of hers, people watching. One could never quite tell when something interesting would happen or what scandals may be unearthed. Of course, there was just as good a chance of nothing interesting happening at all. Speculating and making up ideas about spotted people of interest was a fun thing to do, but generally it was even better when there was someone to chat along with and exchange ideas. Yeah, that was the best. Unfortunately, Simone had come alone, but that didn't mean that she couldn't pick up someone already here if she recognized them to be a student of the academy.
Oh, she was suddenly reminded that she needed to buy another handkerchief for the one she had loaned to Barth and Calder, by proxy. She hadn't had much interest in washing it with her delicates so she simply tossed it. Making a mental note to remind herself to go looking for one while she was here, Simone continued her easy meandering, pausing at windows and occasionally railings to look down on the folks below. After all, she was here for fun and had no intention on rushing through and not enjoying the place!

Another student, Raziel, mentioned to Bea there was a Maul for all your shopping needs. Bea was immediately interested but didn't managed to go until recently. Probably because she was too busy getting lost on campus. When Bea arrived to the maul, there were plenty shops around. Clothing, electronics, meat, whatever a ghoul could possibly need. Just like the campus though, the maul was quite crowded. People rushed from her left, going in the opposite direction, on to her right were windows upon windows of displays! It was wonderful! Her eyes were glued to the goods, gawking at the displays, as she walked from store to store. Her hair floated around happily behind her, like treading underwater.
Not paying attention to where she was going, Bea accidentally bumped into something. "Oof!" finally turning her head to the lust ghoul, "Ah! I didn't see you there." Bea's hair suddenly floated to a stop and immediately dropped to her back as if she was just drenched in water.

Simone had just finished working over a jewelry kiosk, walking away with a purchase of a few fine silvery bangles and ring that she could wear either on her hands or on her tail all tucked into a small plastic bag. Jostling with her little bag and tucking the receipt into the bottom, she paid no mind to the people bustling by her on either side, confident that they'd notice the very red little demoness walking with her head down.
Happening to glance up just as the drifty haired ghost ghoul collided with her, Lust gasped, dropping her little bag of silver goodies. "Oh!" She exclaimed in surprise. She had staggered slightly, but plenty of experience in heels helped her in catching herself. She shook her head with a grin as she bobbed to pick up her dropped jewelry. "Don't worry about it. I'm sure it's a bit of both of our faults. I was messing with my receipt and I didn't see you until it was too late." Simone chuckled and slipped her wrist through the handles so her bag would simply hang about her wrist. "Hey...Are you going to the Academy?" She asked, hoping that the school's proper name was implied enough. There wasn't any harm in asking, after all. If her answer was yes, then they could putter around the maul together and chat about the goings on on campus. If the answer was no, well, Simone could still start asking her about the other and offer to walk around with her!
"Sorry if this seems like a weird question, but why'd your hair stop drifting? It looked really cool floating around like that."

"Acad--- YES!" shouting happily at the ghoul, "I just enrolled! I was running for Public Relations for student council too... Until... My booth got destroyed..." Her eyes became a bit dull and unresponsive until she snapped out of it. "ANYWAY I assume you're a student too, yes? Are you here to shop? Oh, of course you are! How silly of me to ask," Bea waved her hands from side to side in front of her. She was certain the ghoul was a student. Why would she ask otherwise? She seemed interested in Bea to even ask right? Either way, Bea found this to be a great opportunity to get to know the ghoul.
"Uhhh. My hair?" grabbing onto a lock of it self-consciously, "it just does whatever on it's own. Not like it has a mind of it's own... It's not alive or anything... It just moves whenever I move, and stops whenever I stop." blurting words out rapidly. Bea stood there for a bit thinking. "Kind of like following my momentum, I suppose?" Bea seemed to be ranting for a bit until she caught herself, "Oh! Excuse me! I should introduce myself. My name is Beatrix Monroe, but you can call me Bea for short. I LOVE your heels by the way!" she stretched out a hand to greet her. Bea hoped that her speed talking didn't scare the ghoul off... Jack knows she needs friends in order to survive at the Academy. If she was a student too, all the better. If not, doesn't matter. Bea just wanted a new friend...

The happy shout for her answer was a little surprising, but Simone simply smiled brightly. Alright! Her inquiry was already paying off! "Well, welcome to Amityville," She chimed brightly, not minding the ghoul's speed talking. She was still following along fine. "Yeah...Random acts of destruction is kind of par for the course when there are major events or activities." She chuckled, hoping that by laughing she wouldn't frighten the new student with the idea of regular future chaos. "I am here to shop, but mostly just to kick around and have a good time off campus."
Nodding at the echo her question about the ghoul's hair, the demon nodded. "Oh, I see. So, it's kind of like an extension of your movement and motion, yes? Am I close?" She smiled a tossed a lock of her own hair casually over her shoulder. "Mine doesn't do anything particularly interesting unless I make it do so myself." Simone straightened up a bit at the ghost's exclamation and bobbed her head in greeting. "Pleased to meet you, Bea! My name is Simone Bonetti. Nicknames of all sorts are welcome, I'm pretty easy-going so far as they're concerned." Simone looked down at her shoes and cocked a heel to the side before refocusing on the other. "Hey, thanks! I picked them up from here before the start of the year. There are some stores that have some really great deals. But sometimes it's best to scope the stores out and wait for some really amazing discounts...Speaking of, your dress is adorable!"

Simone seemed extremely friendly! Bea loved the idea of having a ghoulfriend to hang out with. So far, she hasn't encountered many ghouls, surprisingly. Nicknames are all welcome? Bea looked at Simone for a bit, trying to figure out a pet name for her as she watched her flick her beautifully bright colored hair. "I suppose that is correct... erm... Red!" she giggled at Simone, "It might sound a bit strange, but do you mind if I tag along with you? I could use a shopping buddy! I'm going to need a second opinion, who knows if I might pick out a dreadfu---- Oh! Thanks!" Bea brushed her hand against the front of her dress, "I made it myself! It's quite simple, so it doesn't look too busy" putting a hand on her hip and shifted her weight to one leg.
"I'd love to see those shops you were talking about. If you haven't eaten either, maybe we can grab something to eat as well!" Bea's enthusiasm is growing more as more. Hopefully for her sake, she's not getting too ahead of herself.
