Personality: Hael is a sardonic, calculating, self-server with a penchant for backstabbing (Both literally and figuratively). He is relaxed to the point of almost seeming to be bored with everything which gives him a "seen it all done it all" attitude. This leads also into his neophilia, or the love of anything new or novel. This is where Hael gets is profession, as a Procurer he has an excuse and a living being made to go anywhere interesting and getting things that are original and interesting.
Outrageously sarcastic and manipulative, he does however have a soft spot for a few close friends to be made. He isn't exactly loyal but he hates to owe favors and so will repay them in full quickly to whomever he owes them.

Character Race Traits:
-His wings give him the ability to float long distances.
-He can turn invisible if he stays still
-As a Pixie is a member of the Fey he has access places that others might not be able to access
-Glamour: The fey ability to illusion themselves differently. Hael may use this to pass as human (most all with any magical ability can see through this weak glamour)
-As a fey he has a deathly weakness to cold forged iron. It is poison to him, and even touching it can cause him to become violently ill.
-Being a member of the Fey species, Hael is incapable, physically incapable of telling a lie. (That however won't stop him from not telling you all of the truth)

Description of Appearance: Hael is fair skinned with pointed fey ears. His eyes are amber and larger than a humans. His hair is dark brown almost black and wavy to the point it almost becomes curly. His hair is parted down the middle the left side covering his left eye and the right folded back (the length is down to his shoulders). His ears are pierced three times each with silver bands. He wears a dark brown shirt with sleeves that go down just past his elbows and dark brown leather gloves. He wears a worn black leather vest over his shirt with silver designs. He has a thick black belt which has five pouches for carrying various materials. His pants are dark brown like his shirt and are made of a soft of warm material. He wears knee high boots of worn black leather. He carries a shoulder bag (much like a bag) of dark black leather. Across his right thigh is a buckle holding his dagger.

Skill Set: Propagation
Limitations: -Can only propagate to twice the size of the original
-Can only propagate three replicas
-Propagated (of the multiplied type) can only be 25ft away from the original before they disappear.
-Objects propagated only last for 10 minutes before needing to be re-propagated.
-Can not propagate anything in two different ways at the same time (size and number of objects propagated/ ex. Can't make my knife longer and have three of them at the same time)
-Objects take 10 seconds to fully propagate.
-Takes no time to reverse what is propagated back to normal
-Can not propagate more than 4 times at once

Background Story: Hael grew up in a minor noble family of the Seelie courts. He wasn't someone important and this worked to his advantage to gain information and things he wished without having the spotlight on him or for having people come to him.
When he reached 14 he left his familys home out of boredom, deciding that the court life of half truths and intrigue would only get him killed and that there were many more interesting ways to die out in the rest of the world just waiting there to be found.
He has spent the last 11 years wondering around finding new things to entertain himself with and to enjoy because as a selfish b*****d, that is what he does. He entertains himself.
