Hiding in Mist Technique- This displacement technique is a speciality of the ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dÅjutsu.
Water Replacement- When the user is hit by an attack this technique will transform the user into water to avoid taking direct damage from any physical attacks. Unfortunately, this technique seems to require some time before the user can return to a solid form.
Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death- Using this technique, the user gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. Then directs them to a specific target at high speed, leaping backwards before impact so the user doesn't get caught in the crossfire. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route. Users are most likely able to perform this jutsu with one-handed seals, allowing them to pin an opponent's arm and attack while they cannot use any techniques themselves.
Tornado of Water- A technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Water Clone Technique- The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.
Water Release: Black Rain Technique- This jutsu creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.
Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave- The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used

Reason(s) Why They Joined Akatuski: Kimiko couldn't stand living with regular people in the village where she was named Melanie. When the Akatsuki killed all of her clan, at that moment she let her old self die along with them and went on her own. She had a tough life at first, adapting to surviving on her own but eventually learned how to use her anger against her old clan to help her in using her unique power to kill and murder and be hunted down by everyone. Hearing of her strong powers and seeing a big chance, Pein had found her and brought her into the Akatsuki. At the time, she had no name and he had given her the name Kimiko.
Bio: Kimiko loves the Akatsuki so much, even when they destroyed her clan and made her go through a tough life. She was always seen as the outcast anyways, due to her unique powers and all, always picked on, always tormented and felt a sick happiness when the Akatsuki killed them all. She eventually ran into the leader, Pein and he invited her to come join the Akatsuki seeing her potential in helping out the S ranked killers. ~{A long time ago, Kimiko started getting sick. No one in the guild had really noticed since she was good at hiding it but since she seems to always be near someone, people start to notice. Something inside of Kimiko is slowly killing her but no one knows and she doesn't even know what it is.
Personality: When she's around the Akatsuki she's very hyper and bubbly, cleaning most of the time since she hasn't been asked to do missions yet but when Pein sends her out for missions, she get's nasty and pretty brutal when it comes to killing people. Around anyone she doesn't know she puts on a mask and is usually pretty mean or just is quiet and reserved.
