I'm curious to know....
I'm a lot more picky with pairings that are not slash then the ones that are...... >.>
The only non slash pairings that I'll even take are:
Hermione/Snape
Hermione/Lucius
Tonks/Lupin
ehhhh......erm....-scratches head- o~o
Oh dear I think that's it....XD
And really the only reason why I even ship Hermione with then is because I see a lot of myself in her.....

How are we defining Non-slash?
If it's canon:
I like a lot of canon.
James/Lily
Arthur/Molly
Lucius/Narsissa
Ted/Andromeda
Bill/Fluer
Ron/Hermione
Albus/Gellert
Those are all fantastic.
If we're talking just heterosexual pairings, then that's a lot more.
Percy/Hermione
Snape/Tonks
Sirius/Luna (if done right)
Plenty more that I'm willing to read if done well.

Ron and Hermione forever. I cannot imagine one without the other though I do love the graphics tumblr people make of Draco and Hermione, but for me, Ron and Hermione. Yeah.
