To answer your first question, I have masturbated in front of partners in person, and I have masturbated with friends on web cam. Some people really enjoy masturbating with another person. I personally don't like it as much as most other sexual activities, but it's ok, especially when people can't be there in person right then.
As for your second question, this guild (and all of Gaia) is strictly PG-13. So we can discuss sexual education here, but looking for people to masturbate with here is a bit inappropriate. Think of this kind of like a classroom.

Asking for people to masturbate with is a guild (and Gaia-wide) PG-13 violation, and will result in you getting kicked out of the guild because I don't want this place shut down.
