Nuishan sat on a rock, her three sons resting by the base of the boulder, two asleep while Rush stayed awake to survey. Today she had asked Rendo to bring her boys to her, and he had accepted. Both knew that they were not good for the other anymore. At one time they were perfect together, and then he left. Then she had children and felt alone.
What she wanted was not to bond with Rendo again. No, she wanted to bond with her sons. To curl up and love on them, ask them what they wanted to be in Lunarie, and have her three boys bond with the three Rendo took. This was a dream come true, finally.
Her ears flicked as Rush let out a low hiss, a sign he heard something, She looked down to smile at him, tail wagging.
"Rush, what is it?"

"I smell that....that man." He snapped back, growling deep in his throat. His brothers stirred at his side, and he shifted his modifications out of their way so they could sprawl. Kaoru was the first to extend his limbs, open his eyes, and yawn to look at Rush, fairly annoyed. Rush clicked his tongue back. Yes, the twins didn't always get along perfectly with Rush, but today they were working together. All three wanted to see their brothers, and all three wanted to kill their father. Oh, they wouldn't! But still, this certain Panda-Boy was not happy with Rendo, and hated his guts.
"Wake Hikaru up." Kaoru clicked his tongue back, shrugging lazily. "He's awake. We wake at the same time." With this, he jerked his head to show an open eyed Hikaru who was attempting to glare at Rush. Hikaru did not like being woken up.
"What do you think they are like?" He asked, eyes blinking when Hikaru rested his head on his leg, looking over. "Probably like Rendo." Hikaru mused. "Being raised with him an all. Where is Hatsu?" He asked. Nuishan grumbled from the rock, though Hikaru caught what she said.
"You didn't invite him? I bet he'll show up. Even if he doesn't, oh well." Hikaru was pretending not to care, but he actually liked Hatsu! He stuck around! At first, the twins had given him living hell. Now? Well, they still did, but they liked him more.

A sigh escaped from Rendo's lips as he walked in front of his own children. He remember how Nuishan had made the request, or order, that he would bring his boys to her. How could he refuse the mother of his children a simple request? But the problem wasn't what he wanted, its if his children would do it. He knew Kishen wanted a relationship with his mother. Although with his pattern Rendo wasn't so sure if it would be so easy for his son. An almost exact copy other then the youth and darker eyes. No his "problem" child wasn't a issue, not if his older twin agreed to it. That was were the issue lyed. Trump had a certain style and air that didn't take much to nonsense, and he even gave a through argument why this was a complete waste of time. Only a order from him made Trump agree, something neither was used to giving or receiving. As he looked back he could see Trump at the head his a strange smirk on his face that caused Rendo to worry. "I don't want a scene, that means Razor and Trump." "Depends on how were received father. If their is hostility to you then I dare say it shall not do." Trump's voice carried proper like always but their was a hint of resentment in it. His mother was something his father kept telling him he had to love as a child. An entity he never meet or seen. Worse still he knew of his other brothers having a unneccesary anger at him, that cannot do. He loved his father dearly and he also loved his true brothers dearly.
As he looked to Razor he lowered his voice so his father couldn't hear him "Razor, let's humor them for now. But...if you see fit let them know were not just pretty boys that will take mistreatment willingly. Their is one that has a specific distaste for dad I want him for myself." Trump already knew if it went to violence they were prepared, he had to be prepared. Razor didn't take much even with Trump discouraging him.
Finally Trump turned his head to Kishen. Growing up Trump always wondered how his other brother fully handled himself but he never got the chance to find out. "Kishen, when we first arrive stay behind me and Razor. Since you look like Father they might want to react differntly to you. I won't stand for either of you being mistreated unfairly."Rendo gave a sigh at hearing Trump's orders to his brothers. He didn't know either to feel proud for having such a strong sun or worried. Finally coming into the clearing first he looked to Nuishan. He didn't feel the pain anymore, his past loves helped numb him to it. "Nuishan, as you wanted. Our three boys."

"Tch, you think you gotta say it? Ain't nobody hurtin' Pops or Kishen, nobody."
The oldest of the entire litter, Trump and Razor. Twins, identical from the neck down, and from the neck up there was only a difference in eye and facial coloring. If anything it made the resemblance even more uncanny since the colors were perfect reversals of the other.
In attitudes the boys were something of a paradox. Both shared a love of family and very strong wills and determination, even had similar tastes. That was where the similarities ended and the differences picked up.
While Trump cultivated the air of a gentleman, Razor was like a mafia punk. He had never been able to hide what he was feeling or thinking so he turned bluntness into an art form and became the brawn to his twin's brain. Not that Razor wasn't smart either, but he tended to be more content and not overgiven to thought when it wasn't required. Trump never seemed to turn his brain off...
Razor was currently a bit off to the side of the group and towards the front. His brother got to lead cause he wasn't, "sneakin' around anywhere with that beacon like a pumpkin," as Razor put it, and his position was best for keeping out an eye for potential ambushes. He glanced back at his Pops and Kishen, then looked forward again.
Finally the quartet made it to their assigned meeting area. Razor kept his eyes firmly on the three other males in case they wanted to start troube, but still heard his dad talking. He snorted. "What are we, hostages? We came here cause you asked us to Pops, not cause we was summoned." For a moment Razor looked very cross. He had authority issues, and only Trump had any real measure of control over him.

Kishen walked with his head down. He was quiet, to many thoughts swarmed his mind. Will I look to much like Rendo to be accepted? What will the others think.... What will Mom think... He tried to shake the thought from his head, but they just came back. He sighed and shook his head.
Mom will accept me for me... not for my fur. He nodded, confirming his thoughts. He really didn't care if his other brothers didn't accept him.. as long as Nuishan... MOM... did. Her name was all he had. No image... of her. Nothing but the name he's held close to his heart.
"Are we almost there?" He was eager to meet them. Eager... and nervous. But he had Rendo and the twins. It will all be fine. Right?

Nuishan stood when she heard foot steps, leaping from the rock and moving in-front of her sons as Rendo emerged. She gave Rendo a blank look, something she had mastered after he left her alone. Unlike Rendo, she felt pain when she looked at Rendo, and it briefly showed when he spoke and her eyes flinched. She looked at Rush, who was staring straight at Rendo. He had gotten his anger out, though that stare could unnerve even a 'Daeva. Rush was a sweet, loyal, and gentle boy. However she knew his loyalty was strong enough to make him want to rid those that had hurt the ones he loved.
Since speaking to him Rush had sworn to be good, and as long as Rush was so were the twins by default. They fed off each other, though if both were neutral they would then feed off of Rush, or Nuishan.
Finally, her eyes flicked, searching for the three sons she couldn't see yet, for they hadn't slipped into the clearing. "B-Boys?" Damn that stutter, but she was scared. Scared they'd hate her. Scared the twins and Rush would fight. Scared.

Rush had to stop himself from snarling, head turning away when Nuishan glanced at him. He noticed the twins tensing, clicking his tongue at them sharply, whispering: "No, we'd only be hurting mom." With this he eyed Rendo more, then moved to protectively stand in-front of the twins and close to Nuishan. If the boys dared attack his mother they would find that this was a bad...bad idea. His modifications clanked as he walked, and the large male looked at his twins. He was almost the exact build of Shai, large and muscular. Speaking of Shai, if he was here....
Kaoru eyed Nuishan briefly, wanting to comfort the tense bundle that they called their mother. As kits, she had raised them without showing weakness as much as possible. They sensed it though, the hurt and pain. She tried her hardest to shelter them from it, and she still did. They knew if the twins and Rush weren't there Nuishan would be probably crying at this point, however maybe that was untrue. Nuishan was a tough woman, always had been.
As tough as she was, she gave everything to her sons. She rarely took for herself. So, when she had mentioned wanting to see her other sons they hadn't protested. They could care less. Well, Rush cared. The twins? They liked their world the way it was. Rendo was a sinful excuse of a father, and the other children they didn't know. Though, Kaoru wasn't opposed to it. It would be interesting seeing his brothers, perhaps they'd bond?
Hikaru wouldn't look at Rendo, sick to his stomach. How? How was everyone okay with this? Even Rush was holding his tongue. Kaoru... he was open to this! Hikaru? No! This was ruining their family! What if the other brothers hated Nuishan? She'd break! He knew it! Their mother would crumple and never get back up. She loved her family, she was the best mother he had ever seen or heard of! She was loyal. Hell, she waited for Rendo for a long time, only leaving him a month before he returned. That was long! And he knew, he knew deep down that if her sons looked at her with dislike she'd shatter.
He knew it. He also knew that the sons probably hurt Rendo by hating him. How couldn't they? A mother would feel hurt, so would a father. Though, Rendo had left. He felt their hate was justified when they saw that whenever they "pretended" to sleep, Nuishan would lower her shoulders, covering a shaky breath that was on the verge of sobs to not wake the boys up, and mourn.
And how in deities name was everyone okay with this shitty get together?! Where was Shai?! Hell! Shai would rip out Rendo's throat! He was so angry.... Shai was the one that held Nuishan whenever she sobbed, whenever she broke. He raised the kits when Nuishan went glass eyed when they first hatched, when she merely stared blankly at the sky. She had snapped out after a week, but they remembered.

Rendo held Nuishan's blank stare for a few moments before adverting his gaze when he started to feel his stomach turn. It felt so wrong to be here yet he knew it was right. The world around him felt tense and all attenction was turned on him as he looked Rush, he knew the anger the young male felt but what could he do? This was a chance for him to prove himself a little. A first step toward redemption.
Redemption, the thought brought a sudden cold and emptiness to his heart that took a moment to leave him before he could respond. He turned to his own children wanting to see how they responded.
Trump's eyes circled the new foxes immediatly feeling a distaste for the other males. The one he took much notice in was Rush who hate could be seen clearly. A smirk arrived on his face, time to get to work. Best part he had a nice size audience.
He walked clear passed his father and looked at the twins and Rush with a smirk that looked as if he just done something a kit would do. Trump turned his gaze to Nuishan as he walked toward her, "So this is the woman of the hour? Or I dare say my kithood. I must say father really did loss such a beatiful create." His voice came out energetic and good natured although he was just giving a act. Why waste his time being in a gloomy agressive area.
"The name is Trump my dear mother. I'm quite curious if you don't mind me stepping a few boundaires. Did you only join Lunaire to so you could be the most beautiful fox in it, or because your just a kind person?" Trump knew what to say to make a girl feel good. Isn't that what they were here for? Make her feel good while his father sucked it up then go cry later and feel like a complete failure.
No, this party was to fresh to go for answers and she was not in the emotional state to give him what he wanted. Just wouldn't due currently. For now he'll sit in front of her and let her enjoy herself. He turned to his true brothers and made a come closer motion with his tail.

Razor rolled his eyes, but moved forward anywhere. He watched his "family" through slightly narrowed eyes. Yes, he could see the judgement on the faces of all involved. And the tension, you could probably put up a paw and actually move it around it was so tangible. So he cast a brief, only vaguely apologetic look to his brother, then opened his mouth.
"This here is all stupid. So what, we're supposed to get ta know an' love our ma when yous guys is passin' judgement on Pops wit'out gettin' ta know him in return? You think you know everythin' there is ta know? You ain't never saw how broken up Pops was the whole frickin' time. T'roughout our entire childhood, fer cryin' out loud! Ain't natural."
Razor stopped his rant, and cast a general scowl over the whole grouping. A distant part of his mind noticed that Rush had the same patterns as Pops and Kishen. Another twin? Whatever, that was for that guy and Kishen to hash out.
"I mean come on," he said, looking back at his family for support. "From our point o' view you ain't been around either Ma. Ain't what anyone would have wanted, but it happened and here we are. So could ya please can the tension so we c'n try ta have this....whatever this is."

Kishen hid a bit. He was too nervous. The other boys looked too much like him and his brothers. And his mom... She was actually there. But the blank stare she gave Rendo... Would she give him that stare too? He hunkered himself to the ground. He wouldn't know what he'd do if things went horribly wrong.
He sat there and watched all his brothers. The mood in the area was tense, maybe when... if... it calmed down Kishen will say something. He glanced over at his Dad, then back at the boys.

Nuishan's ear flicked when Trump approached her, listening to him. She didn't smile, didn't even ackowldege him with anything more than a flick of her tail for a minute. Finally, she raised her eye, staring intently at Trump before saying:
"I know what you are doing." She whispered, not angry or sad. No, this was one of her sons, and what she wanted was to understand them. Wanted to see how they grew up, wanted to try and see if she could at least have a connection with them if they wished it, and more than anything had wanted to know they were alive. This trickery was something that would not help well for either.
"I don't need flattery, I've never required it. If you are angry at me or wary, it is fine to show it. You do not need to act this way. " With this she looked at Rendo, and finally offered a smile.
"Thank you. For raising them. For caring for them." Her head turned slightly, looking to the side. "I was so worried that they hadn't found you, that they got hurt..." Her head suddenly jerked when she heard another boy spit out words to her boys and her, ears flicking. She regarded him with uncertainty, then opened her mouth, cut off by Kaoru.
"You're passing judgment, too!"
"Kaoru!" Nuishan sternly called, looking over at him. "This is not helping anything. He has a point. We all need to stop this. Stop acting," She looked at Trump. "Stop judging." She looked at the twins and Rush. "And stop acting so hostile." This was a look that swept everyone, then turned to look directly at Rush. Now, she noticed Kishen, and heard Rush behind her shift. He was a colored version of Rush.
"Are you...nervous?" She asked, lowering her head to look at the hiding boy. She smiled softly, not moving. "Everyone is acting tense, I know. This is my fault. Sometimes I am a little stubborn. It's okay, we are all going to work on it." She looked at the twins and Rush until they nodded, sighing in relief before looking at Rendo.
"How are you?" Her voice wavered slightly when she spoke to him, then looked at the other boys, directing that question to all four.

Hikaru snarled when Razor spoke, shocked when Nuishan spoke enough to make him take a step back and stare at her. His ears flicked, eyes averting their gaze when she finished her little speech, grumbling under his breath. However, finally, he looked at one of the boys, Kishen, and then to the ground. "....Fine." He grumbled, however his twin was slightly more enthusiastic.
"Okay~." Kaoru said, leaving Hikaru's side much to his twins displeasure, and approaching to stand beside Nuishan. He eyed Rendo, not hostile and yet curious. He heard Hikaru trudge up beside him, leaning on him for support. Good! Hikaru was here! He suddenly laughed, shaking his head. Time to break the tension.
"No girls? Seriously! I was hoping for some pretty girl~ Such a drag with so many guys."
Rush ignored Kaoru, looking straight at Kishen. This would trouble anyone due to Kishen being Rendo's copy, and it troubled his mother. He could tell by her anxious clicks at him, the way she was trying to distract him. He didn't care. He stepped closer, eyes narrowing.
"Are you..." His head tilted, mods clinking as he walked further, then laid on his stomach, making himself as small as possible, which was hard since he was a big male. "You're my twin." He said, and suddenly the calm male wagged his tail, just once. "I'm Rush. Despite my size I'm the second youngest. Kaoru is the male with orange eyes, Hikaru is the male with blue eyes. Your mother is the only girl." He tensed, looking at his other brothers now, and then Rendo.
He had promised to try and not be tense, though he struggled. Finally, with a low voice, he looked at Rendo. "And you're our father." He noticed that in a way, he was a black and white copy of Rendo. His tail flicked and he looked at Nuishan for support, receiving a nod.

Rendo couldn't tell which was worse. The stomach turning of how quickly Nuishan figured out Trump's attempt with flattery or the sudden headache he got from Razor blunt speech. God those two were so opposite. As he looked at the glares directed at him he started to feel the headache increase. He got those often after dealing with his sons, age starting to mix with stress.
As he sat in the background oblivious to the world other then the pounding pain in his head he was snapped back by Nuishan. "Alive... just alive lately." His voice was tired as he spoke and he felt it as he watched her for a moment noting her look. Was this a chance to make amends.
As he looked forward he caught Kaoru looking at him and gave him a small adventure smile, something he gained from his travels.
Trump wasn't surprised at either Razor or Nuishan. He did look over at his brother a small smile on his face. "Bravo Razor, another to the point speech. Although I must say it was effective." He couldn't lie, although it lacked finase it was good enough to make him feel proud of his younger brother.
Turning back to Nuishan his eyes narrowed slightly, "if I showed my true emotions right now I wouldn't be here. Sounds familar doesn't it? Not being their when you were actually wanted." Trump voice was still carriesd proper but it was obvious he was venting.
"Since were getting to the point in the family I want to let you know something...that man over there, the one you let your own children learn to hate told me growing up that I had to love you. Why would he tell me that? I asked him and he never answered. Know this though...if I see it unfit I will leave and you won't see me again" his eyes stayed on her.

Razor cast a glare at Rush, but it was a token guesture more than anything else. Razor glared at everyone. But Kishen wasn't a baby, no matter how protective Razor was with his family, and he'd just decided earlier to let Kishen hash things out with the black and white male on his own. So he snorted and turned his attention to his mom and the other twins.
"Tch, would it matter? Not like yer gonna be datin' any of us, pretty girls 'r not." Razor shoot a look at his twin. "So we gonna meet 'n' greet or jus' stand here chattin'," he asked, showing his impatience with all the manners and dancing around.
