He liked to sit out in the sun. More than that he loved to sit out in the sun, it was a fun place to sit. Especially if you managed to find a flowery sunny place to sit and Ghandi knew the best places to sit with flowers and be in the sun.

With half lidded eyes the young duble winged god brushed a paw across the sun soaked flowers and sighed. He was a little bored but there was little for him to do, his natural tug wasn't leading him in any direction at the moment so he could just sit and watch the flowers.

Faline bounced up to Ghandi with a mouth full of tender shoots and smiled. She swallows and raises a brow "Why don't we find something to do?" She questions, her tiny tail twitching.

Roz wondered how long he was wandering the lands outside his pride now. Somewhere in the last few days he had lost track. He had been worrying again and that was probably why. When Roz worried over things he never seemed to be able to keep time straight and lost track of what was important it seemed. He brushed a bit of dirt out of his little mane tuft on his chest and stretched before he rose.

It was time to stop worrying, stop feeling lost, and get back to why he was out here. He could not change some things, and if he ever wanted to get back to the pride, he needed to work on what he could do. And what he could do right now was keep moving and hope he found a nice female that he would not blow his chances of winning over for his own. A female he could love and cherish and take back to his family. He sighed wistfully.

Roz hoped he did his family proud with the female he brought home, but more than that he hoped he could find a female that would be proud to be HIS. The juve kept walking as he mulled over his situation, with less worry than before. He was not aware that he had crossed paths of someone else until he brushed past the tail of another lion. He gave a start and looked over to apologize, stopping short at the sight. "I..." That lion had WINGS. "I am sorry... I did not mean to bump into you..."

Ghandi opened his two pairs of wings wide stretching them out, he sometimes liked to do this, not to be intimidating, but more to show that he was a god. He liked being a god it was fun and less stressful than being a mortal. "Don't sweat it little dude." He smiles flickering his floppy ears and smiling broadly.

"You look lost little dude, do you need some directional help?" Ghandi actually wasn't great with directions, he just flitted about, as was his way, but he knew which way was north so if worst came to worst he could direct anyone north.

The little klipspringer at his side snorted and shook her head. "Ghandi why would you ask if he was lost? Do you know where you are?" She snickers and pounces up to sit on the broad back of the young god. "Trust me, don't ask him for directions young one he doesn't know eher he is." She smiles, a very fond but amused smile settling in to a comfortable crouch between Ghandi's wings.

Roz tilted his head to the side to look at the winged lion. He was... different. What he was, was not something Roz knew, but it was certainly interesting to see. He was distracted from his worry and the thought of having disturbed the other for a moment. Without any thought, the adol reached out and touched one of the wings with his paw to make sure they were actually solid and not just some pretty decorations.

"Your.. ah, wings... are interesting?" The wings seemed quite solid and were even slightly warm, so they must be real. The adol took a moment to consider the question about direction "I would have to know what direction or where specifically I wished to go before directional help would really be helpful." Roz sighed and looked around him. "I know where I came from, that is good enough for now."

He smiled at the klipspringer. She was quite cute for something that looked like it was probably pray half the time. "That makes two of us then, little friend. I only know where the pride lands I came from lay, and what I am out here searching for. I do not even know if I could tell you how long I have been away from the pride so far. Things blend together after a while. I do hope I did not disturb either of you in my absent mindedness. I am just worried I will not find what I must to return to my pride and family."

Ghandi's wings moved as the young male touched them. "That tickles dude." He grins flapping his double set fo wings and rustling the air around them. "Well usually gods have wings little dude." He beams a toothy smile.

"Oh yeah I should say my name right?" He tilts his head his flopped over ears becoming almost alert for a moment before he puffs out his chest and holds a paw in the air "Names Ghandi, god of Pacifism, son of Palahala god of prey and Sanaa goddess of crafting and my little dudette here is Faline." He chuckles "Gimmie four little dude"

Faline snickers. "i think you're freaking the little mortal out Ghandi" She sighs "You should ask him what he is looking for. That would probably be helpful." She rolls her dark brown eyes and shakes herhead. "He's a bit over eager, bear with him." She sighs a fake exasperated sigh rolling her eyes though her smile was clearly a loving best friendly smile.

"Oh right, what are you lookin' for little dude?" He asks suddenly "Hey don't leave me hangin' little dude!" he states looking at his own still raised paw.

Roz shrugged at Ghandi. "I never met a 'god' before. What does being a god mean anyway?" Either the lion was crazy or it was yet another thing that he should have probably asked his father about before leaving the pride on this quest. Either way, the adol was pretty sure he should be nice and try not to make Ghandi angry. He smiled in return at the god. At least, they guy was cheerful!

"I am Rozmačkaný, son of Pad Nav'hian and his Banu Furaha'hini. I am pleased to meet you, Ghandi." The lion looked past Ghandi's wings at the little creature on his back. "And you, Faline." If the little thing was an equal tho this god, then Roz would address her as such. She seemed as nice as Ghandi, and she made more sense. "Over eager is not always bad..." He chuckled and relaxed a little.

Roz looked up at the paw and finally stuck his own paw up to touch the other's. That was the only thing he could think to do with it, though he was not sure that was correct. "I have to find a banu to take home... to prove I am an adult and worthy of my place in the pride." He just hoped he could find a female willing to be his banu. Suri was, but Suri was already in the pride, so he had to find another.

Ghandi chuckles "Very good question little dude." He puts his paw down, having been satisfied with his 'high four'. "Myself, I don't do much, but I do have certain powers I can use to calm situations. Being pacifism, makes me well, peaceful in nature." He pauses for a moment, he didn't feel he was going a very good job of stating what a god was. "My domain is kinda hard to explain, but my pa, he is Prey, he protects all prey beasts. He's like, their patron." He raises a brow, well this was going well.

The little klipspringer knikkers and shakes ehr head. "It's hard to explain. Ghandi rules his domain but he also enforces it. Don't worry too much about it." She smiles at the young male.

Ghandi laughs "What she said" He shrugs his shoulders a little flickering his double wings his flopped over ears twitching. "What exactly is a banu dude?" he raises a brow. The young male assumed he knew what a banu was, it could be anything, "You're not looking for Faline are you? She's a klipspringer not a banu." He beams

Roz chuckled and smiled up at Ghandi. He was pretty cool, and while the explanation may not be the easiest to follow, it was good enough for the young lion. "It sounds like a lot of responsibility to be a god. I do hope it is not too stressful for you. Though I would imagine with your -'domain' was it?- it would not be very stressful." He was suddenly very glad he was not a god. It did not sound at all easy.

"I try not to explain what a banu is in detail... I had a female get very upset because of realities that I have nothing to do with. A banu is a female that we take home to keep for ourselves... a mate. Some males force females, which is something that I think is horrible." Roz sighed. "I doubt it is only my pride that has that problem, though." He could not imagine forcing a female to be one's banu. They were precious and wonderful.

He did hope that the god and his companion would take it better than that old lioness did. Just because SOME forced females did not make him a bad guy. "No, Faline is no banu, not for a lion anyway... well, I guess you could take Faline home as a banu, but that would be rather useless for the idea of having cubs and adding to your family." Roz grinned at that and laughed. The idea of someone taking the little klipspringer as a banu was just too amusing.

"Dude it's mostly yanno, relaxing. My domain isn't too stressful on the old membrane." He chuckles and flickers his ears. "Ohhh you're looking for a lady friend. I dig it." He nods sagely, though he didn't fully understand the whole 'forcing' or taking a lady home it didn't much matter, he understood the concept.

Faline nickered and shook her head, a smile bracing her face. "Just as well really I am no banu to anyone. Though theres plenty of males around that like the affections of many females in a herd. You know Ghandi, like your dads herd where they have one male and lots of females."

Ghandi nods sagely "Righhttt I see, only you don't take hime klipspringers you take home lionesses right?" He raises brow. "So hows the search going little dude? You seem sort of melancholy." He raises a brow curiously.

Roz chuckled at himself and gave a half smile at the question. "Yeah, not so well. The only female out here I have encountered so far was an older lioness that I helped by offering a meal. She was not exactly what I was looking for, and my good deed was not well appreciated when she found out my purpose in these lands." He shrugged and tried not to dwell on it too much. There had to be a female that would like him.

"I only have one female that likes me back home... I asked her father if I could be considered for her when I return with this one.. but unless I find a female outside the pride, I cannot even return to have Suri." That was a big worry for the male as well. It did not make the young male feel any better to think that by failing to suit another female, he would be failing Suri as well. Suri deserved the best he could give him. He HAD to try his best if not for his own sake, for hers.

"I could take home a leopard, a cheetah, or a halfbreed... but a lioness is preferred in the pride... I am not picky so long as she likes me. Is that such a bad thing? I am starting to wonder if it might be." Roz just was not sure anymore. There was so much that he should be certain of, but he went from confident of everything one day to questioning it all the next. Maybe it was just something with his age? Or something wrong with him?

Ghandi looked deeply thoughtful "You know little dude you might want to head towards one of the big prides. Theres always lots of girls in them and they don't all wanna stay in the pride." It was fairly good advice from the laid back male, he didn't know what else he could offer the young male. Except maybe..

"Look little dude, I can give you a lift." He raises a curious brow at the young male. "I'm stronger than I look and maybe if I put you down in a highly populated area you might have more luck?"

Faline shakes her head. "He better not get sick, flyings not for every one Ghandi." She chuckles "Does sound like a good idea though. Theres a really big pride we flew over coming here. pridelands if I remember right."
PostPosted: Fri Aug 19, 2011 11:51 am

Roz listened to the other male and blinked in surprise. He was not sure if he should try flying. A bird flew, a lion like him not so much. Faline's comment about getting sick made him wince a little. He did not get sick often, but if flying could make one sick, it might do it to him. The idea was one he would have to mull over a little. That much was definitely true.

The god had made a good point about the chances being higher if Roz was closer to a well populated area. Ghandi had also made a good point about the fact that not all the females in a pride wanted to stay there. The problem was if the pride was like his, he would have a rough time actually getting the female away. His pride was not very nice about letting females come and go as they wished.

Not all prides could be like his, though, so it might be a good place to start. Now to the question of flying. Did he want to risk this flying thing and maybe getting sick? The answer was a little difficult, but in the end he decided that perhaps flying should be left to the birds. "I appreciate the offer, but I do not wish to impose on yourself and your friend. Nor do I wish to risk ending up sick. I think Birds and gods should be left to the flying in this case. Could you point me toward these pridelands though?"

Ghandi chuckles quietly "Thats cool little dude, I had to convince Faline the first time, of course that was before my wings all moved correctly." He grins a silly grin and points a paw "You go thattaway little dude for two sun sets and you'll be there. Its faster flyin' but I do understand. Theres nothin' in this world like flyin'"

Faline sniffs and rolls her eyes. "yeah when you were younger you mean, you couldn't fly properly, only a fool would have flown with you then." She sniffs settling down "Are we off then?"

The young lion god nods and spreads his wings "Yeah dudette." He beams and winks at roz "Good luck in your search little dude, I hope it proves to be yanno, fruityfull." He chuckles and crouches, as if he was about to pounce, but instead of pouncing forwards he snaps in to the sky his double wings beating as he rose towards the clouds.
