Name: Wyatt Flannery Nickname: 'Red Man Flan' Age: 21 Birthday: November 13th Sign: Scorpio Gemstone: Opal Blood Type: AB+ Fav. Food: Baked potato with lots of butter. Hated Food: Chili School: Graduated. Does insurance repair construction from 6AM-4PM Mon-Fri. Helps at the dojo from 5PM-7PM Mon, Wed, & Fri. Hobbies:
MMA - Wyatt likes to compete in local MMA tournaments, although he has no aspirations of going pro. This hobby started when he first got in to Karate tournaments, but wanted something a little more...style lenient. Mixed Martial Arts is, as the name states, a combination of styles all thrown in to one octagon ring. He is an average fighter, dedicated to keeping up his training a physique, but not without his grudges here and there against certain opponents. This, as stated earlier, is something he does for fun - and a little extra income if he is lucky. Sometimes he ends up putting more money in to this than he gets out of it. Wyatt competes in the Welterweight class, weighing in at about 160lbs.
What-up, Cueball?- Wyatt likes to go out and shoot some pool from time to time. He enjoys the setting and the environment, and while he is only an adequate player, he is willing to play with just about anyone....so long as you're not a total a** and a cheat.
Call me Sensei - Wyatt is Isshin-ryu assistant instructor. The dojo is a small hole-in-the-wall place, but the style is what got Wyatt his interest and eventual start in MMA. Wyatt has been involved in karate since he was 15. Wyatt dedicates his time to helping the dojo's owner instruct the students that come there, whether they come to learn basic self-defense, or a true interest in Karate. Over the past two years attendance has gone up due to the dangers in Destiny City. Wyatt is a good sport when used as an example in the classes, and is also patient and understanding of the students, younger and older. He is also working towards his San Dan(third degree black belt). ((I should note, this isn't something I am just pulling out of my a**, even though I only got to my second degree yellow belt. ;< I at least know the basics here.))
Virtues:
The Strong, Silent, type - Wyatt doesn't usually say much. He is the kind of guy who's actions speak louder than his words, whether it be in a smile, a sentimental pat on the back, rushing to help that old lady cross the street, he lets his actions define him. Wyatt grew up in a household that believed firmly in 'children should be seen and not heard' and it is a lesson that he still lives by...even though he isn't a kid anymore. You often have to ask his opinion if you want it, because he isn't going to speak out of turn. He sees it as disrespectful.
Dedicated - If it is something worth doing, then it's worth doing well, putting your heart and soul in to. Your blood sweat and tears. That is how Wyatt feels about the things he does, and the people and things he cares about. You'll never hear from him that he doesn't have time for you. If you're his friend, he'll make time. It also take a lot for Wyatt to give up on something, or someone, and sometimes it takes others sitting him down and pointing out things to him before he'll let go.
Patience is a virtue - It is very hard to disrupt Wyatt's zen. He seldom if ever gets short with people, and is content to wait for opportunity to present itself when he decides he wants to do something. He doesn't get very ruffled by things getting in the way. Like wise, if things go wrong, he isn't one to get mad, it just wasn't his time, or whatever excuse he comes up with. All in all, his patience helps him at the dojo with the kids, and when it comes to fights, he is hard to provoke.
Flaws:
Use Me, Abuse Me - Wyatt has a hard time telling people 'no' when they want him to do something, or need something. Especially friends or people that he respects or holds higher regard than himself. Because of this he often gets taken advantage of and imposed upon. Even if you're a stranger, he is hesitant to give a flat out 'no.' And what more, because he is a dedicated friend, it's easy to abuse his kindness. It takes an epic act of douchebaggery for him to tell a friend 'no.'
Technologically Challenged - Unless it is a power tool, Wyatt and technology don't take well to one another, and in a world where technology practically rules, it is a pretty big problem for him. This iPad, Kindle, and fancy phone stuff baffles him. He'll stick with his Walkman if you ask him! Computers warrant pretty much the same befuddlement. He grew up without these things for the most part, so it's no surprise he's not well versed in this sort of technology. He also really doesn't show any desire to learn how to operate any of it. In fact, he quite adamantly refuses. He's learned to text, isn't that good enough!?
Dense - This guy really doesn't catch on well to subtlety and hints. In fact, you have to be very blunt with him. Those who know him best might come off as rude when talking to him because of this, but quite frankly, after a while you find out you have to be. Well, not rude but... Wyatt has a hard time connecting the dots when people are trying to allude to something. If you're trying to keep something a secret between he and yourself, and the person the secret is about is right there, you might as well just not say anything. He won't get it. This..might also explain why he's never kept a girlfriend for any length of time...
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION Eyes: Narrow, dark lashes, pale green-gray eyes. Hair: Sandy, ruddy, brown, crewcut. Also sometimes sports a goatee. Face: Square jaw, strong chin, average nose that tends to take some abuse. he has a nice smile, although a few of his teeth have been capped/crowned. His skin tone is a ruddy tan from working outdoors. Clothes: Usually sports some jeans, usually worn and a little hole-y, with a belt and a wallet chain. Leather 'biker' jacket, and plain t-shirts. Work boots.

Senshi: Sailor Prometheus, Menshi of Knowledge. Challenge: Knowledge is Power! Fuku Colour: Main Color: ██████████Secondary Color: ██████████Fuku:
Collar -- Bow -- Bodice -- Sleeves -- Brooch -- Bottoms -- Tiara -- Choker -- Shoes -- Gloves -- Accessories -- I honestly have no idea. I do think eventually I'd like to see more of a cowel than the classic senshi collar. Also maybe tying in some sort of karate gi elements would be pretty cool. Maybe his sash/buttbow would be more like a karate belt? Something edgey, or something...hmm~ rustic. Attacks: Sailor Scout Attack: Prometheus' Punishment Prometheus has to somehow manage to grab his opponent's head and call out his attack. Only after the attack has been called out does the headache-like pain sets in and he releases his hold. The attack effect lasts 10 seconds. The major downside to this attack is having an opponent actually let him get close enough during battle to let him grab their head. Also opponent can ideally break free during casting and get out effect-free. Effect: Headache-like pain. Duration: 10 seconds upon successful casting. Used once per battleSuper Sailor Scout Attack: Prometheus' Divine Punishment Again Prometheus has to somehow grab his opponent's head and call out his attack. After the attack is called out the effect set in, resulting migraine symptoms, which could be different based upon the opponent, since not everyone's migraine symptoms are always the same. The effect lasts 15 seconds. The major downside to this attack, again, is having an opponent actually let him get close enough during battle to let him grab their head. And~ again, the opponent can ideally break free during casting and get out effect-free. Effect: Migraine symptoms. Duration: 15 seconds upon successful casting. Used once per battleEternal Sailor Attack: Prometheus Eternal Torment! Prometheus calls out the first bit of his attack, then reaches out like he is about to grab his opponent's head and making eye contact. (The aim here is to bring the opponent's attention to him and by bringing his hands up eye level, tricking the opponent into making eye contact.) Once contact is made, he calls out the rest of the attack and the effect sets in, resulting in a sudden migraine for 30 seconds. The attack can be negated by absence of eye contact / closing your eyes or looking away before he finishes calling it out. The major downside to this attack is that it is very easily negated. Effect: Migraine Duration: 30 seconds total. Used once per battle

Why the DMC? 'Gotta change 'em all~" right, Ares? I suppose it could be considered a shame the DMC got to him first, cause whether he likes it or not, he's theirs. He'd be at odds with it at first and very, very confused, but at least coming in to something with some structure is prolly better for him than the even more distressing and confusing mess of being awoken as a regular senshi.
History: Wyatt did not grow up in Destiny City. He lived in a real low-income backwater country-bumpkin town, and if you ever met his parents you'd know it. Both his parents worked - father a construction worker like he is now, and his mother at a dry cleaners. They lived pay-check to pay-check. As such, Wyatt was far from spoiled growing up. He had a lot of chores around the house, and had a lot of responsibility - helping feed the animals (his daddy's hunting dogs, the chickens, and pigs) helping dad repair the house (which constantly needed repairs) mowing the lawn when he was old enough, and such things. He was also required to get a job as soon as he was old enough. It was no wonder the boy did poorly in school (C & D student.) His parents disapproved greatly when he got in to Karate at 15, paying with his own hard-earned money. When he was 17 he got involved in the wrong crowd and did some stealing, graffiti, and fighting/bullying other kids. He got straightened out eventually by the cops and his sensei and has tried to walk the straight and narrow ever since. He does take pride in the fact that he did graduate high school. As soon as he graduated he decided to move, and somehow landed in Destiny city, got a job doing construction, got involved in MMA, and found a dojo.
Random Info: Prometheus is a moon of Saturn. "Prometheus acts as a shepherd satellite for the inner edge of Saturn's F Ring." Prometheus in Mythology also was a Titan from Greek myth who stole fire from Zeus and gave it to mortals. He was a champion of mankind, known for his wily intelligence.

CIVILIAN
I checked out the requirements to hit San Dan, and it checks out! No worries there. His hobbies are fine, and it makes sense that he only has a few, as they would take up most of his free time.
Onto the personality!
Virtues
These are solid.
Flaws
There are a few issues to navigate here, primarily because of his largest hobby. As I'm sure you know, martial arts teach a lot more than physical techniques. They teach strength in the mind, body, and spirit, which you've highlighted in Wyatt's virtues. Some of the things mentioned in his flaws almost directly contradict the type of person you've represented him as in his virtues and hobbies.
Use Me, Abuse Me - If this was reworked to fall more under his 'silent/respectful' type of light, where he ends up being taken advantage of, I think it would flow better, rather than blaming it on an ambiguous childhood. Even his training should tell him that you listen to those above you in rank, even if you don't understand their request.
Conclusion jumping - It's hard to believe that someone that never asks for help, or voices questions would get so far up in rank, to the point of teaching others, particularly at such a youthful age. If he is constantly jumping to conclusions, and having things blow up in his face, it seems unlikely he would be where he is in life.
Sheep You give him the exception "if it goes against his values," but don't state what those values are/where he crosses the line. Since you are planning on having him be chaos-aligned, this is important to include, since otherwise, it just reads like an escape to get out of him doing bad things. Please elaborate!
In your additional info, you mention that his parents disapproved of attending martial arts. How did he pay for the classes?
POWERED
Reason for joining - I'd like to see some more effort and thought put into this.
His attacks have a lot going on. I'd like to see your proposal written more clearly, as in, exactly what effect they cause.
SCOUT: "Their mind is suddenly feels as if it has been filled with complex information, like you've just done 100 calculus problems in 15 or fewer seconds." - What do you want that to 'feel' like? Do you mean disorienting? Does it cause migraine symptoms? Be direct, be clear. Does it cause pain the entire 15 seconds of holding someone's head [which is a very long time to try and grab someone's head. Have you tried that out?], or is it only after holding their head for a successful 15 seconds, that it works? It's unclear in your write-up.
How often can he use this attack in battle? The more often he can use it, the shorter the durations should be. Keep in mind that a typical battle lasts 2-3 minutes.
SUPER: Obviously the same questions/concerns as above.
ETERNAL: Once again, more clarification on what, exactly, the attack does. Does it stun them for 30 seconds, with another overload of information? How long does the magical migraine last, after the initial attack? Does he only need to make eye-contact during initial casting, or is it continuous? How many times can he use this attack?
