As he walked down the path towards the next town, he thought. 'What pokemon would fill the void in me that craves power?' As the thought went through his head, a smirk came across his stern face. "Who knows, I might find the most powerful pokemon, none at all, the surpirse makes it that more satifying." His voice was heavy but calm at the same time. The Eevee at his side made made a nodding movement with it's head. He stops in his tracks sensing that someone was near. He swished his hair from his eye turning asking, " Who dares chllenge me?" His Eevee at the ready at his foot, growling , ready for a fight. A beedrill pops from the bushes to his left, with it's stinger up, rushing at them. He then raised his hand and said, "Eevee, swift" And as he said this, multiple stars emitted from Eevee's mouth, hitting the Beedrill, making it, keep it's distance. Ready for another attack ,Eevee pats it's paw on the ground a few times.The Beedrill then flew forward, at a lightning fast speed, and slammed Eevee into a tree with it's quick attack. Eevee sits in th tree for a few moments, to regain what it had left of it's consiousness. He then set his hand on his left, hidden, eye and said, "Use Shadow ball." A ball of darkness began to form in Eevee's mouth, sucking in the air for power. It then shot out in one powerful attack, Sending the Beedrill flying through a tree. His hand then dropped to his side as Eevee turned to his master and ran up his body, to his shoulder. A light shined from the left side of his face, that his hair cover as he chuckled lightly, "A foolish victim to my power."

[b]Character Description:[/b] A Lucario, with shackles on his legs, arms, and one around his neck. After he escaped a pokemon lab he was being held in. His talking skills became fluant and his journey began to find a good trainer to walk along side in battle. Followed by a small Torchick with a hyper and good nature.

Incased in a small glass chamber, in an unconssious state, a Lucario sits in captivity, while he was being tested on. A scientist and a Team Celestia member conversed infront of the containment block as the scientist said, "We have one final test for this one, then you can do what ever you want with it. " The Celestia member looked over with a smile and replied to the scientist, "Okay, but I would like to see this for myself. " As these words were spoken, the Lucario opened it's eyes slightly to see blurry figures outside of it's cage. He tried to get closer, but the shackles held him down. The place was horrid, and sicken him. He just wanted to be set free. The scientist then started to type on the consol, conected to the glass prison. "I will see how much he can take, by sending five pokemon into the cell to attack until he is passed out. " The scientist said this, making the Lucario's ears ears move. He was notg going to be a punching bag for any pokemon or human. His arms begin to move forward trying to break free of the hold the chains had on him. While he was struggling, Five Zubats fly in from above. "Poison sting." The scientist say through a mic by the consol. The Zubats then begin to shoot small poison needles from their mouths. Lucario looks up and gasp for the second he was in fear. The needles then stopped infront of Lucario's nose, surrounded by blue light. Lucario's mouth openned as the word came out., "Confusion." The stings shot back at the Zubats, as they fell down to the ground. The Celestia member looked at the display and ran out of the door to his right. The scientist looked around to see he was alone. "You can't escape, Lucario." He said with the ut most confidence. Lucario's chains glew blue, as did his eyes as he said, "Me, Sebastion." Breaking the chains from him, leaving nothing but the shackles around his neck, arms ,and legs. He knelt in an attempt to rest for a few moments. But as he did the scientist pressed a button, sounding an alarm. Sebastion looked up from his panting and saw the red lights everywhere. Sebastion final remebered a way out, and jumped up through the place the Zubats came in. Lucario lands beside the scientist as th scientist shrieked in fear. Sebastion then kicks the scientist into a wall, knocking him out. He casually strolls through doors of the labs, the sound and lights didn't bother him. But while he walked through the seventh door, an orange moving ball caught his eye under a fallen piece of rock. Sebastion picks it up out of curiosity and saw it was a small Torchick. Probably just hatched from it's egg. Sebastion put it in his palm and walked out of the final door, to a world he never got to witness before.[/quote][color=deeppink]

Why do you want to be this Legendary?: I was always fond of the power that Lugia held. Also the fact that it would be cool to swim and fly.
Prove you can handle the power of a legendary! (Give a sample RP using this Pokemon):Three Celestia boats ride slowly out into the blue sea in search of powerful water pokemon. The Celestia in comand relaxes on the bow as his men keep a look out fo a whallord or a pokemon of that sort. It all seemed to be going well, for them.A tune then began to play in the distance. A light wail from under the sea begins to draw their attention, as they began to get ready to capture what ever it was. A big splash came from the water as nets flew through the air. Celestia began to drag it towards them with intent of a struggle. But instead, were awe struck by their catch. The catch was a Magickarp, that had been picked up by the tides. The commander walked over towards the men as he heard the commotion. He was going to be very upset if all that was for nothing. But before he could reach his crew, the waves picked up,rocking the boat, making all the crew fall to the right of the ship. "What was that?" He shouts as he looked around the deck. A message came on the intercom from one of the other ship "Sir, the first ship is down, I repeat the fir-" The transmission stopped there as another huge wave shook the ship. The commander looked to both sides of the ship to see their ship alone. He didn't see any pokemon near their sights ir under it. He was confused at what was happening. He walked to the edge of the boat to catch a breath from the frightening events that happened in the past few minutes. He sighed looking at the sea, to realize, two blue lights next to each other in the front area of a shadow under the water. The wail from earlier was made once again, louder and closer. The commander falls back as he yells," Abandon ship!" But before the first man could, the ship was shot up into the air by a whirlpool.

Lucario sits under a tree with the wind blowing through his fur. His paws rested on his stomach. "Life is good," His very deep voices says as he inhales then exhales deeply. His ears then move slightly from a vibration on the ground. He felt a presence near. He smirks waiting for something to try to attack him. It was a game he liked to play with intruders, looking for a prize. A enraged Primape rushed through the bushes , with several Mankey, looking very angry. Lucario smirked and said, "Keep your eye on your target. ." Right before they reached him. He seemed to have dissapeared, But appeared behind the mankey in the back saying, "Extreme speed." He says as he thrust himself at one of the Mankey with lightning speed. The Mankey fell with it's eyes in a daze as Lucario says," One down, a few to go."His hand then glows as he punches the ground making all the place shake, knocking the Mankey's down, "Earthquake, for the win,and now." He then holds his hand to the side, as two power orbs form in his hand, "Take this, Aura Sphere." A sphere of energy shoots out and hits the Primape , knocking out on impact. Lucario laughs at his display of skill, "I'm the strongest."
