Ever find a REALLY bad movie, but absolutely ADORE the music on it? Do tell.
One of my favorite examples is Spawn. I hated the movie, but the soundtrack is really good.
Also, Underworld. Gawd I hate that movie. mad

Mr. Malaise Ever find a REALLY bad movie, but absolutely ADORE the music on it? Do tell.
One of my favorite examples is Spawn. I d the movie, but the soundtrack is really good.
Also, Underworld. Gawd I that movie. mad Underworld had a good plot..just..they overplayed it. >.< Vampires do not just simply bite you to transform you dangit!!!! I think....the movie that isn't that good that has a great soundtrack is....Ninja turtles II.

I think....the movie that isn't that good that has a great soundtrack is....Ninja turtles II. Actually, A lot of those "flaws" were actually based on the White Wolf gaming RPG Vampire. The whole thing actually netted a big fat lawsuit against the person who wrote the screenplay for Underworld, as it was indicated that the story was actually ripped wholesale from the work of a writer who does have the licensce to use White Wolf Vampire theme--which incidentally, does have a long standing vamp vs. wolfie story line. Also, in that world, not all of the standard vampire mythology holds up--hence the alternatives to the usual vampire storylines. The other things in the story are very easily id'ed as White Wolf tropes, too. *shrugs* But yeah, the movie was not so good.

I've never seen Moulion Rouge, but I adore the soundtrack. I also like the soundtrack for Wicked, but I haven't seen that either.

I've never seen Moulion Rouge, but I adore the soundtrack. I also like the soundtrack for Wicked, but I haven't seen that either. Ooo, I love the Moulin Rouge soundtrack! The movie's pretty good too, worth setting aside two hours of your day. =)
I've never seen Wicked either, but I really like the song called "Defying Gravity". In fact...I think that's the only song off of the Wicked soundtrack that I've ever heard. Oops.
I never did like There's Something About Mary. But I bought the soundtrack after watching it, some of the original songs were great. Plus it has "Build Me Up Buttercup" on it. <3

My g/f did "Build Me Up, Buttercup" in Choir. heart It was so cute.
Umm...hmm, well I've heard the Bloodrayne movie was ******** awful, I hope the soundtrack is good at least. I'm not gonna go see it to find out. XD

About Underworld: Kraven was hot... except when he opened his mouth. I hated his lack of accent. If I had the chance to get in his pants... I'd be like "shhhh, don't talk", and if he tried to talk again I'd bish slap him. ^_^

Moulion Rouge -- Worst movie in the history of the galaxy. But a fantastic sound track. Only Hollywood could make a movie about STRIPPERS so completely, utterly, unappealing and awful.
Lost Boys -- The first 2/3rds of the movie looks like it's going to be a great vampire movie. And then...the awfulness comes. But the sound track kicks a**.
