Alice's sight faded from the presence to look into the future, she had dreamt a vision two nights ago about standing in this field below the night sky to meet a troubled stallion. She hadn't told Jasper, knowing all too well that he would be jealous of her interaction although she knew that it would be nothing romantic.... no, far from that. He needed advice. Advice about his attitude towards women.
Of course the encounter was subject to change, dependant on his will and her own will throughout it... but one thing was for sure.... he would be here.
Her eyes focused on the world once more. He would be here soon.

Racardo found himself wandering... he didn't really know where he was going just that he was headed there. Part of him had wanted to return home, to settle down his Ma and Pa, his two brothers... yet part of him had longed to stay alone, at least for a little bit longer.
It didn't take long for him to notice someone was in his path, looking his way.... it was strange, almost as if they were waiting for him. Expecting him to arrive. He shook his head to dislodge the notion, it was a silly idea.
As he appraoched he noticed she was a pretty winged mare, though in the light he neglected to count them, if he had he would have discovered she was a Angeni... not that it would have changed what happened next. Putting on a wide grin he smiled, "Hey there pretty lady. Your prince charming has arrived!"

Alice rolled her eyes, she has been expecting the line but as it hit her ears in reality part of her wanted to slap him. Still she held herself with the dignity of her kind. She sighed and shook her head. "I am afraid you are not my type little boy.... and my mate would be most upset with me should I ever leave him." She loved Jasper far too much to ever leave him. They completed each other.
"But...." She said with a roll of he tongue as she tilted her head softly to examine his handsome features, he was far nicer looking in reality than in her visions and he hadn't exactly been considered ugly there either. She was sure that one day he would make a good mate for someone.
"....I am here to help you. Racardo." She knew he had not given his name in reality, but she had heard it in her dream... it was always nice to use her ability to catch someone of their guard every now and then. Especially when she was trying to help them.

Racardo gulped and suddenly felt very small.... how had she....? This was turning out to be the strangest encounter of his life, he had met a mare who spoke to ghosts, raced with kelpies and sea creatures, danced in a river with beautiful woman.... but nothing had ever taken her quite as off guard as this mare!
"A clever trick you have there beautiful," He commented, trying his best to keep up his cocky attitude, "Perhaps you could explain how you did it?" He raised an eyebrow in expectation.

Alice huffed a little, it was more than a 'trick' but she had no intention of sharing that with this stallion.... not yet at least. It seemed he had so much more to learn about woman than she had first imagined.
"Perhaps you could use my name?" She said, her eyes shining bright as she looked at him directly. "It is Alice, Alice Cullen." She smiled then, flashing her little vampire fangs. Since she and Jasper had adopted the way of a 'vegetarian' she only hunted small animals for their blood rather than grown soquili or foals.

Racardo felt like she was his mother giving him a lecture, his ears automatically flattened on his head. "My apologies. Alice."
He raised an eyebrow then, taking in her features. The trinkets that doned her wings were not cheap... and he would know since he had stolen and sold a few in the past. The roses in her hair seemed fresh, given by this mate of hers perhaps? And her eye.... well it seemed to be much older than the mare appeared, as if the soul trapped within the body was different somehow. Four wings... an Angeni.
Rare jewels for a rare creature. He had heard stories, mostly from his father when he would settle them down to sleep, about angeni's having powers. Was that how she had found his name? Attempting to tread carefully he spoke again, "So Alice.... what is a beautiful Angeni doing out here all alone at this time? Surely your mate is worried? Or does he not care what his pretty little mate is up to?"

Alice rolled her eyes again, part of her could see why some may be flattered by his word and advances, his charming smile and his wicked ways.... but she wasn't interested. No, she had Jasper for all those things, and she was more than happy with her lifemate. "He trusts me." She found herself saying, smiling softly. She could tell already that she was going to have her hooves full with the task ahead of her.
She moved her hooves on the ground, a soft pitter on the ground. Adjusting her wings to add an extra blanket of warmth and comfort from the breeze she simply looked at Racardo for a moment. Her eyes wiser and older than her appearance. "Plus... I can take care of myself. I may be a mare Racardo but I am not weak." She stepped towards him, getting into his comfort zone for a moment and sniffing his neck. "I am here for you though. It was your troubled ways that summoned me here this night." Stepping back she let her words sink in.

"For me?" His mouth must have been hanging low for it was growing drier and drier by the moment. He didn't know what he had done to attract the attention of an Angeni, and normally he wouldn't have questioned it... but something told him this one wanted nothing to do with his charms and casanova appeal.... so what?
To say he was confused would have been an understatement. He simply didn't know how to process what she was saying.
After a while he cocked his head to the left and looked at her more closely, "Why exactly?"

Alice wasn't at all surprised that only half of what she was saying seemed to be sinking in, and it was hard to resist speaking super slow simply so he could keep up... after all, that would likely only hinder her cause. "Yes for you," she repeated, smiling to reveal two rows of perfectly white teeth with the addition of two fangs on the top. They disturbed some, but in truth she could do nothing about them so why hide? Alice was done with hiding.
"As for the why... it is a little hard to explain." She took a deep breath and released it through her nose sending slight steam clouds floating up from her nostrils. "...I get visions of the future," There seemed little point going into the fact that she could only see what a person was planning to do at that moment... if they changed their mind then the vision also changed. So she simply skipped over it, "And recently I had one about being here, meeting you, and helping you with your problem." She let that sink in for a moment... and even as she did she was sure she could predict his next question -what problem?

Racardo was stumped. He had heard of Angeni's with magical abilities but never seen or heard of any specific ones. Yet here before him was a future seer?
He blinked, and again, knowing he was likely coming across as slightly retarded, but it was hard not to. "You saw me? In a vision?" Then catching himself he caught up with the conversation and found some of his cocky attitude returning through the stunned mist that had become his mind around this mare. "What problem beautiful? I am the perfect male specimen, strong, charming, fast, playful... the perfect combination."
Of course, Racardo had nothing to truely back this up with, flirting only got you so far but since he wasn't interested in a proper commitment -or at least he told himself that- one night stands were great, but something deep in his heart wanted more.

"Racardo.... stop." She said, her anger at his constant flirting starting to rise. He was irritating her, there was no need for all the constant... she sighed, centering herself and ridding herself of such thoughts. Alice was here to help.
"Just.... be yourself." She flicked her tail softly, "Why don't.... we just talk." She smiled softly, looking around at the beautiful greenery around them. The world was truely a beautiful place.
Calm and centred she look back at Racardo. "Tell me about yourself."

Racardo felt suddenly uncomfortable. His movements betrayed him, and he found he couldn't look at the angeni. Couldn't find his words. Couldn't even think straight.
He frowned, the wrinkles creasing his forehead.
After a moment Racardo decided he couldn't simply stay put, and so he turned to walk away.

Alice felt a twang of guilt at making the stallion so uncomfortable... after all, she only wanted to help. With a swift leap and a flap of wings she was gliding over his head and landed before him with a delicate 'thump'. Her golden brown eyes shone out of her head as she watched him, before she bowed low and humble before him. "I am sorry Racardo, please forgive my forcefullness." She lifted her head and smiled softly at him, "I am truely only here to help you."
She took a moment to look at the markings upon his pelt, "Your pelt is very much like you.... you hide behind fancy words and actions, never really allowing anyone to see the real you." Her eyes stopped on the delicate star like design upon his shoulder, "But deep down, the real you just wants to shine out."
Returning her gaze to his face. "Please allow me to help you."

Racardo was stubborn. His own mother had said as much, but that just made it all the more harder to accept that he actually needed help let alone actually accepting the help offered. It took him a while, simply staring into those enchanting brown eyes before he caved.
With a swift nod he found himself unable to actually say any words.
