Quotia Zelouche are the sacred grounds of the quincy as well as the headquarters of the quincy's ancestors who came before them. These meadows were chosen as the main choice of headquarters for many reasons. The first reason is because the unusual great saturation of spiritual particles in the area. In return the quincy are allowed Centered in the middle of the meadow is a large fortress that serves as the quincy's main headquarters. The fortress extends for miles of continuous contruct, connected by four mansions in which the members of the four great houses reside. Because of the high concentration of spiritual particles in these meadows, these grounds serve as one large bait for many malevolent intruders such as hollows. However hollows are the only ones who are unwelcome in on these sacred grounds. Shinigami are extremely abhorred, as well as their pseudo counterparts, the vizards. The quincy are still bittersweet about the genocide they brought upon their ancestors so many years ago, and it is for this reason that should any shinigami spotted without first without a proper reserved appointment will be shot down.

Dimitri sat still as a statue for a moment against his desk, his hand poised with his bow and violin in position to begin a piece. Slowly, as if he was handling something that could blow away any moment, he drew his bow against the strings of his violin. The melody could be heard through the entire Butsuku mansion, and never once had anyone complained about the beautiful noise that would come from the Head Quincy's office now and again. Dimirti did most of his playing while he was in thought... The movements were so natural it was almost like a mantra that helped him concentrate.
He had been hearing words of war spoken about the Quotia Zelouche... Though truth be told in many Quincy's eyes there had never been a stop to war... They always seemed to pit themselves against someone, if not everyone. Dimitri never liked that about his people. What happened was a tragedy, yes, but to pursue such a grudge against the Shinigami after so long was both hard-headed and foolish beyond measure. He had also heard that one of the other House Heads was out and about spying on other spiritual races, though if rumors were to be believed she was doing it for teaching purposes which the Quincy could understand.
When the song was finished Dimitri placed his violin in it's case and closed it gently. He was considering going to investigate which of the Heads had gone out out of curiosity, but he didn't want to make things complicated. Instead he simply decided to wander the grounds and oversee his House's training. He always liked to help where he could and make sure his people knew he was one of them, not some faceless authority figure. ┏━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┓ If the stars should appear but one night every thousand years how man would marvel and stare. ┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛

Finally reaching the mansion with her young charge still in tow Quinn would take what brief moments of rest to allow her passenger to catch her breath. Given Quinn's ability in this said ability and the Lilith's rather new introduction to something like this Quinn wasn't blind to the point that it might be a little much for the the first time. Though hopefully in time Lilith would no longer need o be carried but full well capable of performing a variant ability much like Hirenkyaku. the words for all of this would come but Quinn would follow the sound of the violin echoing trough out the compound and move to see who'd been playing. She'd thought that in introducing Lilith to something of a kindred spirit when it came to music she'd better introduce her to the Quincy's more humane side. Though in truth they could be just as militant as any other race when the need presented it's self. "Come now we've business to attend to Lilith. Lets not revel." With a nod of her head Quinn would turn and begin to walk into the estates the massive mansions growing as they'd come closer. and the sad violin's music would grow loader.

Dimitri felt one of his fellow Head Quincy return. It was Quinn, and it seemed that she was headed toward him. He changed his direction from the training ground back to the direction of his office. He felt something else with Quinn... It definitely wasn't a Quincy... Perhaps it was one of those Advent Humans. He rarely had the opportunity to sense one because their reiatsu were usually so weak and far from him, with the exception of one up and coming Advent. This person's was soft.... like some kind of gentle flame that was threatening to be blown out by the wind around her.
Eventually Dimitri saw them both coming up the hall toward his office. He smiled softly, his grey eyes scanning the young girl that traveled at Quinn's side. His eyes caught on the violin that she held and his appreciation for the instrument was visible in his eyes.
"Hello Quinn, I heard you were out and about... I'm afraid I have yet to meet you're young friend. My name is Dimitri Veretennikov... It's alright if you can't pronounce my last name, few people can. You may call me Dimitri."
Dimitri's voice was soft and gentle, with the smallest remainders of what was once a thick Russian accent hiding in his voice. He had been away from his home country for almost seven-teen years now and he still had issues pronouncing his "r's" every now and again. Suddenly he remembered that he had an engagement elsewhere.
"Ah, I do hope you forgive me, I have something I must attend to, hopefully we may have time to speak another time. Excuse me."

"Make fun of my height one more time.... |Remi Rahzel Shiki|| Head of the Onmyou House| |Quincy| Remi waltzed in and spotted Quinn right away, "Quinn!" She called out breezily, walking closer,"Would you take a walk with me? I have somethings to discuss with you..." She glanced at the girl next to Quinn, "Alone if possible. No offense hun, but it's official Quincy business." Remi smiled at the girl then looked at Quinn, waiting for an answer. "Of course if you don't want to I could just find someone else but then, you'd probably like to know."
Remi's hair was in a high pony tail with her bangs curled lightly so they framed her face better. Her outfit was a short sleave cashmere sweater dress, with gorgeous white and black designs. She wore near knee length soft leather black boots with a 4 inch spike. She had black cashmere arm sleeves on leaving about 4 inches between the dress and the sleeve topping the outfit off. She was proud of the outfit, especially after having to of spent good money to have it custom made to her specifics. Most people wondered why she bothered wearing such clothing that wouldn't be possible wearing in combat and thought she got her spot due to nepotism but they'd yet to see her in action, as the times were rather peaceful when she ascended to her seat. They'd be in a world of shock when they learned her true colors and her ability to fight in her fashion clothing, if they had the chance because they may very well be incapacitated by the time they realized her pretty and air-headed exterior carried a deadly force. ...You'll be six feet under my feet."

Quinn confronted by two of her fellow head Quincy found herself wondering about what all this was about. Remi for one was further abrupt and straight to the point with little need to feel estranged or awkward by the single presence that she didn't know of in her presence. Quinn with a nod or rather a slight bow in respect to her fellow Quincy would continue to react to their words and actions with simply a puzzling twitch of the brow and a bit of a step back to think as she'd glance over at her attending acquaintance in Lilth. Thinking on what to do with Remi beckoning her to follow Quinn had no true reason why she shouldn't make it her business to follow her and find out what she had to say. "Okay Rum-ie...." (as in it's a pun on her personality coming something close tot he air headedness of a drunk with no care for what's going on around them. Not the whole slovenly part she's more in order than that.) " Lets move on to where this little meeting of ours can't e herd. Dimitri dear would you mind watch lilith here for a moment Rum-i has soemthing on her mind she has to share. Common lets exchange notes."
Pulling up along side Rumi Quinn would briskly fallow along with her pace towards an area in the mansion where they wouldn't' be over heard by Dimitri or Lilith. " So now what's your subject. is it about the hollows or the shinigami and what craziness do you have in min when it comes to dealing with them."

"Make fun of my height one more time.... |Remi Rahzel Shiki|| Head of the Onmyou House| |Quincy| Remi grinned, "Lets talk over some ice cream." She began to lead the way, linking arms with Quinn as she did. She hated the contact to be honest but she wanted it to look natural, not that she was about to impart upon the other head Quincy, some important detail of work.
So carrying on she began to speak in a low voice as they head to Remi's favorite ice cream spot in uptown Karakura, "I'm only telling you this because I've determined that none of The Heads have anything to do with this, but I think I've uncovered some suspicious... acts among our kind. The only reason this came to my attention was that I found some old records in my home that my father left something about experiments on humans, but the paper had been so deteriorated that even I couldn't restore it. With this in mind though, I took the liberty to do a little digging. I think some of the old timer Quincy were experimenting on humans with some rogue Shinigami. The exact reason unclear but they were planning on some kind of weapon."
Remi straightened and released Quinn as they walked closer to the shop, "My research has shown that a few from each house was in on the act but the majority were from my own." Her face was set in light frown, not showing the intense emotion she was really feeling, "You're the first I've told as I've just found out most of this, and I've also managed to confirm that you others had had nothing to with it." Her heels clicked on the cement as she precisely stepped in the previous foots landfall, something the Native Americans had done in the snow time attempting to cover the numbers they had with. Remi did it to be sexy as each step swayed her hips, causing the eyes to stray from her sharp, intelligent eyes down to her hips, where they wouldn't see a punch coming from above. ...You'll be six feet under my feet."

Quinn wouldn't keep Remi waiting and she'd only make a bit of a nervous chortle from the rather out of place physical contact on Remi's part. Though it was fair to remember her character of keeping up appearances. Illusion or rather the prestige of the illusion was something Quinn regarded Remi to be an expert in. As they made their way towards uptown Karakura and found themselves well out of ear shot of those who'd pry Quinn take in the information she'd herd from Remi. It was shocking yes, but some where deep down Quinn wan't so surprised given the history the Quincy had and with what differences they had from normal humans it was only human nature that some complex of free right to explore and experiment with in their own interest. A "lesser" human life trade for the "greater" human life and bla bla. .. it aways spelled out the same and Quinn couldn't hold the Shinigami completely in contempt for their treatment of the Quincy due to their own natural faults as well. Quinn would look at what evidence Remi would show her , but she was sure from the clear tone of certainty in her voice that this was just what she'd scraped together to be the crux of the evidence she'd must of dug up to get to this point of thrusting Quinn to share this information with. One thing was that Quinn wasn't too sure on how to feel about this the scientist in her was intrigued in what the findings and specific experiments were about but then the humane and ever prevailing leader felt compassionate shame and regret for the sins of their past. With a heavy sigh Quinn would bring her fingers to her temples and try to contemplate her answer or rather her proper reaction to all this and what she'd do in helping Remi with what coarse of action she may take from this.
"Thank you for sharing this with me and this is a serious bit of information, but tell me how far or recent have you tracked the logged dates of information on these exchanges of inhumane experimentation on humans. If theirs any lingering connections our jobs as the heads are to cut them completely. Also what were the listed effects of the experiments other than what I'd assume to be obvious in a fair causality rate. Knowing the Quincy and shinigami it must of been something they needed use for and that means it had to have been some use for the human body's capacity for spiritual particles and its adaptability. Given the number of human variations of spiritual abilities including the Quincy I'd assume we facilitated these experiments out of the fact that we're a well off and organized earth bound organization that could easily take these people and have it covered with out disturbing the everyday...Remi we need to tell the other heads." Quinn's mind was working like a machine breaking trough motives and directions of thought that might of been plausible for these actions and also keeping it's self open to what information Remi would provide her she'd pause as she'd give a unsteady smirk of uncertainty and open the door to the shop and head over to the counter to order.
"Vanilla please..." Quinn order with no change in tone to alarm those around her but she;'d look back at Remi with a serious look of grimace. "Lets keep this only among the heads and conduct things as normal you. I'll look into my groups involvement extensively, but we have to consider that...we might be one of the reasons the Advents have arrived...and if that's true, heaven help use."

Alex found himself wandering into the vicinity of the Quincy headquarters, unaware of where he really is, having been drawn by a mixture of his curiosity and the intense spiritual pressure. "This kind of energy can't be naturally occuring. I wonder whats causing it."
