Second Chances is a club that provides people with their fantasies. It is open to most types here at Nirvana, but refuses to serve Angels and others who are not fantasy type creatures. Second Chances allows for the few accepted in to have wild, fun nights full of dancing, mingling, talking, and flirting. Violence erupts a few times but not a wide problem here. It's just a club to drown in your dreams.
