The Courtyard is for all patients to get outside and get some air. There are seats to sit in and basketball courts to play with. Basketballs are given out freely for the amusement of the patients. In the Courtyard, patients are expected to mingle and be friendly. There is no escape from the courtyard as well since there are 50 ft wired and barbed fencing enclosing the yard and guards stationed around as well. A guard tower over looks the area as well.

1. No large groups
2. No fighting
3. No flying if you can fly since you will be shot down or 'fixed'
4. No throwing basketballs over the fence or trying to
