The door of the try out room turned club room was open, and taped to the wall next to it was this sign: Clearly Roch was the one that wrote it this time. Inside the boil was lounging on his beanbag chair, playing his guitar softly. There's a piece of paper and a plate of food on the table in front of him, and a few more snacks on the table next to the door. It wasn't nearly as full as it had been at the last meeting. The same little sprite that had been shoving posters in people's faces laid on top of his head, looking quite comfortable messing up his hair. She seems to be the one that actually notices the people walking in, and waves happily as each person enters.

Xiu had been more than a little jittery when she heard that the music club results were out. Had she made it in? Despite her exchange with Roch over Groanspring, the little Baku found that she wasn't courageous enough to come and check on her own, so she decided to drag her friends along for the ride.
"Do you think we got in?" Her tail flicked nervously behind her as she looked up at Mitsu and Shun. There had been a lot of talent during the club auditions, and while she had faith in Mitsu's playing, she was a little concerned about her own. Were there limited spots? What should she do if she didn't get in?
She was fretting so much that she nearly passed the club room, having to stop and backtrack when she realized that she had walked past it. And pasted beside the door...could it be? Were those the results? Xiu eyed the sign from a distance for a while before she linked her arm with Mitsu's and slowly approached.
...The handwriting proved to be a little hard for the ghoul to read, but by her third attempt, she found that the question of whether or not she and Mitsu got in to be quite obvious. "We got in!" She beamed, grinning from ear to ear. She let go of Mitsu for a moment so that she could poke her head into the doorway of the room, spotting Roch sitting inside.
The first thing she said to him? "That's um, lovely handwriting you've got there, Roch."

When he heard that the results were posted up, Shun was sort of dragged along with Xiu and Mitsu to go check it out. He wasn't too sure why he was brought along, but he went along with it. In any case, he was curious of their status.
"I don't see why you wouldn't," he shrugged. The two girls were rather talented so he saw no reason as for why they would not make it into the club.
Spotting the slip of paper up ahead, the first thing he noticed was that there wasn't that much written on it. That didn't seem like a very good sign, however Xiu's exclamation quickly filled him in. Good. Because the handwritting made it even harder for him to read anything.
"Congrats," he said quietly to the two girls. Something like this would probably be good for Mitsu's confidence.. knowing that she made it into something and all.
The Reaper went on and glanced into the room. It looked pretty empty so far outside of the leads and Xiu now.

Mitsu had been rather nervous about her playing as well and was rather glad when Xiu had dragged her along to check out the results. With the reaper in tow since she couldn't leave him behind ( :'D ) Mitsu made her way with Xiu to the room where the results were posted.
"I..I really don't think you need to worry." Xiu had played beautifully. Mitsu had never heard a flute quite like hers before and it had such a mesmerizing sound. How could she not get in?
In their haste to get to the club room Mitsu nearly passed up the place as well. She was far too focused on where Xiu was going to realize her surroundings. When the baku had realized her folly, Mitsu ducked her head a little and followed the ghoul back to where they needed to be. What was that saying about people jumping off bridges?
Coming up to the posting Mitsu tilted her head this way and that trying to read the sign, finally reading it out loud for Shun's benefit, though she tried not to let that fact be known. It was just becoming a normal response to read out loud for the reaper. "We did get in!" Mitsu beamed behind her mask giving her friend a victory hug. Apparently everyone got in. Fancy that. Turning to Shun for moment the lycan seemed hesitant on something but finally gave a nod. "Thank you." She at least sounded excited.
Moving inside the club room Mitsu had a look around spotting Roch not far from the door with a mini on his head. Wasn't that the same creature that had been passing out papers? Xiu was the first one to initiate conversation so for the time the lycan stayed quiet.

"Yeah?" Roch asked, beaming at the compliment. "Bones always told me my writing was a complete pile of scareon... crap," he said, obviously filtering it for her. "I never did understand why he liked that sharp, creaky looking writing of his, though." But Bones's writing could be read, unlike Roch's. Nobody had gotten that into the boil's head, though.
"Shun, glad you came," he said. "You, too, Mitsu. Make yourselves comfortable and grab some snacks, I thought we'd do the whole 'getting to know one another' spiel and talk about some stuff that I've been wondering." His fingers plucked out a different, simple tune, then repeated it, adding more to it. It almost seemed unconsciously done.

Linking her arm with Mitsu's again, Xiu smiled wryly at Roch from the doorway. "W-well, it's...it's unique. A little bit hard to read, but it looks nice?" At least Roch's handwriting wasn't completely illegible. Despite her initial struggle, she had been able to read the poster on her...third try?
...That wasn't too bad, right?
"Stuff you've been wondering?" The Baku echoed, looking curious. She suddenly turned to blink up at Shun, head tilted. "Will you be staying here with us, Shun? That...that would be okay, wouldn't it, Roch?" Directing her attention back to the other boil, she looked at him hopefully. Shun wasn't really a member of the club so to speak--he didn't do an audition or anything, after all--but he could still hang out, right?
Realizing that they would be blocking any other members by standing in the doorway, Xiu motioned towards the seats. "Should we sit down, Mitsu? Shun?"

Looking back and forth between the girls briefly, Shun looked over towards Roch with a raised brow. He didn't really expect to stay after seeing the results but it seemed that Xiu wanted him to stick around.
"I don't have to say," he shrugged. It didn't really matter to him. After all, he hadn't auditioned or anything like that. He was just.. kind of along for the ride or so to speak. So, rather than entering just yet, he continued to linger by the doorway, motioning to Mitsu to go on in.
"Go ahead," he added quietly.

With the conversation about the guitarists writing out of the way, Mitsu seemed to direct more of her attention toward the reaper. The lupine was also curious about what Roch was seeking as far as information. What could he be wondering about?
Her arm linked with Xiu's, Mitsu looked back toward Shun when Xiu asked if he would be staying. He had stayed with them during auditions so it shouldn't be a problem, right? Fingers reaching out she took hold of the edge of his sleeve before she started to wander in herself to have a seat with Xiu.
"Do you want a snack?" She asked quietly. The lycan would have to remember snacks, they seemed very important. Always snacks apparently.

Damien had noticed the mass of flyers that practically screamed "results up, get your butt to the club room to find out." and well, it was worth checking out. He did feel rather embarrassed about his performance still, it wasn't exactly something that you could jam out on with a band or anything.
But he still owed it to himself to continue into the room and face up to the...... rather crudely written note. He walked right up to the paper and squinted at it, hoping the characters written would be easier to decipher. "Our's Ale in?" he muttered out loud to the boil that was strumming away on his instrument, he didn't take the guitarist for a drinker, or even one that hit the bottle so early in the day. The hound would have to admit that it would explain his horrible Constrict penmanship.
Either way, it didn't stop him from waving at Shun, Mitsu and Xiu after noticing their pretense. "Hi guys, how's it been?"

"Hey Demi!" Roch called, waving at the other boil. "We're just waiting for the others to show up, so grab a plate and a beanbag or a chair or something," he added, grabbing a piece of meat from his plate and offering it up to the sprite on his head. "If you drop any of it in my hair again you're going back in the closet," he told her as she took it happily.
"And if anyone has any questions for me, now's the time to ask them," he added to the people already in the room. "Depending on the question I might or might not tell the truth, though."

"EVERYONE got in? Psssh"
Bul trickled into the room like the bugs he so loved to eat, standing straight behind Demi with a wicked grin. "Hey even you made it-" he teased, fully expecting a punch or two in revenge. There were Mitsu Shun and Xiu, two of which Bul had yet to even see separate from one another. And where was that other sticks kid?
He'd brought his bass just in case there was to be any practice but wasn't really a plethora of useful questions. Perhaps he wanted to know the same things he'd ask of Blue, like if there would be any public presentations to the rest of the school- or if they were expected to form miniature bands and battle it out in the club. He could only assume this would happen in music club and not the classroom but knowing was only half the battle.
"So strings-" he began, addressing Roch in the same nickname-y manner he had to Demi. "What all are we planning on doing, I mean I know we're gonna practice, duh but like.. is the school sponsoring any sort of performance perhaps?"

While he was planning on walking away, it seemed that Mitsu had other plans as he was kinda pulled into the room with her. He raised an eyebrow, then shot a glance over towards Roch but it seemed that the other Reaper didn't really care. Shaking his head to himself, he went ahead and sat down before looking up to see Damien and Bul come on in.
He nodded to them both in acknowledgement, then glanced back to the President of the club when he asked for any questions. The Reaper didn't have anything in mind personally, but he was more or less just sitting in anyway it seemed.
The one that Bul asked was a pretty good question though, he supposed.

"Hey fretmaster!" he called back, forgetting about the boil's horrible scareonscratches on the paper. before trying to think of anything he had to ask the boil. "Did you already ravage the snack section?" Even he knew the obvious answer to that. he didn't really react much to Bul's playful banter other than a roll of his eyes and jabbing him in the ribs with the tip of his Snare sticks that were wrapped up in Black and orange tape in a criss cross pattern, they were once black and green, but after the tryout, and feeling confident that Roch would never let him get away from the club, he went through the process of re-taping up his sticks in the academy's colors.
"Really Bul, I'm surprised they let you back in after you played that out of tune Bass of yours." he joked back halfheartedly before plopping down in a beanbag next to the others.
The question of how his talents in percussion would play out in this club did plague his mind, it wasn't often that someone with marching and classical experience was accepted into something that wasn't in that particular genre of style. It would take the meaning of the phrase "Drum Solo" to new heights, that's for sure. Not mention performances would be very unorthodox.
Then again, Roch and Danny were in charge of the club, unorthodox was practically in the name of the club.

"You really think we're ready for a school sponsored performance?" Roch asked bluntly. "We just formed. We've got a mix of different styles, some which I think I can merge, others which, well, are just a lot of fun to listen to. Right now we're looking at the bare bones of something that could be really awesome with a lot of practice and some thought.
"No, we're gonna start somewhere a lot smaller and work from there. Besides, have you met the music professor? He's a kook. He spent half the class throwing out random instruments to people, the other staring at a ghost boil."
He snorted, the tune he was playing changing slightly, but still quiet enough that everyone was heard over it easily. "I've talked once or twice with the Host Club. They run parties. What I was thinking is we could provide the music and the theme and they could do the whole running of it part, but hell, we're not even to that point yet." He glanced up as tiny heels started bouncing against his forehead and silently handed up another tiny piece of meat.

Bul neglected to respond to the hellhound's rebuttle and shot Roch a raised brow. Of course he hadn't meant right away but still questioned the overall goals of the club itself. "Yes, and I happen to LIKE that kook.." Bul had Blue for two sessions now and even though they hadn't... gotten ANYWHERE, the demon had at least granted him a more than decent instrument.
"Host club?" The ******** was that? Running parties was vague to the knob but it still meant that they'd be playing for other ghouls and boils and in a round about way sorta answered his original question.
"Alright well if you're certain, capeetan. I am along for the ride after all."
