The small black cub made his way around teh borders of the lands, he did so quite regulary making sure that his family didn't come and find him. He always made sure he was in a perfect direction so that he could turn and run straight to the den, after all he wasn't a stupid lion.
He let himself sit down as everything looked ok today, it was rare everything was safe but today he couldn't see a single lion but then he was tired and couldn't really see anything too clearly!

She wandered around, thinking about what mischief she could do that day. It had really boring, and she hadn't found anyone to play with, talk with, or just in general, anyone at all as far as she could tell. This sucks, she thought to herself, pouting.
As she continued walking, she noticed that she was just entering the borders of a different land. I guess I really wandered far this time, she thought, looking around. It was then she spotted the black colored cub, with red squiggly lines all over him. Huh? was her oh so intelligent thought.

Harabu looked at the cub that was coming towards him and a snarl entered his throat. he had nothing wrong with most lions, as long as they were lions and not lionesses. He had been beaten by them and ruled by them and now there was no Asi to tell him that they wouldn't attack him now.
He jumped up facing her, his small body moving into a shape that looked as if he was angry, which he was, scared, which he also was and hoping to defend himself from the worst speices on earth - females.

She giggled when she saw him, hissing and glaring at her, with a touch of fright. Males were so weird! "Hi!" she greeted, thinking that being friendly would calm him down. "I'm Kisikusiku! You can call me Kisi, though, since my name's so long. I'm just wandering around, so if this is your land, sorry! I'm a bit lost, is all."
She sat down and cocked her head, eyeing the black male. What was up with him? She had only approached him, and lucky for him, she hadn't pounced and played around with him. She tended to do that a lot, but of course, only when she was bored, and now this cub in front of her had caught her interest. He looked a little older than her, though.

He may be small, as he was, he was smaller then the average cub, well he had been he had grown quite a bit as he was close to becoming a juvinille. He didn't move from his position, the hair on his neck and shoulders stood on end, he wasn't a happy boy, that was for sure.

She frowned when he didn't reply. "Fine, then, don't give me your name. I was just trying to be polite! Sheesh." Pouting, she turned tail, moving at a decided pace. Since this cub was being picky, she was going to play with him. Eyes glinting, she grinned to herself. This should be fun...
Pretending to move away, she maneuvered (sp?) around him and made it so that she was going to walk past him, and did so, moving until she was at a good pouncing distance. It had to be the perfect pounce: after all, the male cub wouldn't snap out of it unless she did something. He looked like a tree--unmoving, and oh so boring!!

He snarled and as she pounced so did he, however his eyes were blazing, his claws out like talons and his teeth looking for something to cling to. She may hae been playing but to him she was attacking and he didn't want to go back, never ever.

Amani chased a butterfly around, jumping up and swatting at it every so often. It was the best game ever! And the pretty blue and black insect made a fun playmate, until, that is, it flew up too high and she couldn't see it anymore. "Aw, that's no fun..." she muttered and pouted a little bit. Then her sharp ears picked up the sound of another cub and she crept close to the sound and smells. There was two, or at least she thought, and she suddenly got shy. She hunkered down into the grass and listened to them.

"Eeek!" Kisi cried, seeing how serious he was. Squealing, she used her momentum to tumble to the side, panting. "Are you crazy!? I wasn't trying to attack you, you... you... you... crazy lion!!!" She cried, scared. "I was only playing! What kind of cub are you!?"
Panting because of her sudden adrenaline rush, Kisi lurched to her paws and backed away, fur standing on end, now that she knew this cub was seriously trying to hurt her. "Weirdo!" she called. "What kind of male attacks a female, anyway!?" She prepared herself, hoping against hope he wouldn't attack her again.

He didn't move, "dats you. 'alking bout yaself!" He snarled a little letting the few words leave his mouth. It was then he noticed the other female, " 'eave me a'one I get Ashi I will..." It was a feeble threat as neither of the lionesses would know who "ashi" was especially as he was actually called Asi.

Amani's head shot up above the grasses she was hiding in the the girl cried out. her ears were swiveled towards the sound and she blinked. She saw both of them facing each other, fur on end and neither looked like they were playing. "Uh... Hey... 'S not nice ta hurt others..." she half-stuttered out. She blinked at the boy. "Why you wanna be left 'lone? I was jus' curious," she added and blinked again.

She snarled back. "Talking about myself!? I did not! I just introduced myself, crazy lion!" She blinked as she heard him mention another female, and turned to see a pretty white feline with blue markings all over her.
Calming herself down a little, she agreed with the female. "Why do you wanna be left alone? 'Snot fun bein' alone! I'd know, since I'm all by myself." Nodding like a professional, Kisi grinned. That was interesting! But he still scared me doing that...

"Hey," a growl emitted from the back of the older, white male's throat. He didn't know what exactly was going on, but hearing cries of distress and snarling was something he couldn't just ignore. It had been a slow day anyway, so he was pretty surprised to find the three cubs, especially around the land's borders. 'What are you all up to?" he glanced from the black male cub to the two females. Something was telling him that not everything was all fine and dandy.

She looked up when she heard the other voice and saw the bigger lion. She shrank down slightly and stepped back a bit. "Jus' wanted ta know what all the noise was about..." she muttered, looking up at him. When she noticed that his eyes were different, she blinked and lost a bit of her shyness to be replced by curiousity. "Why d'you have two different eyes?" she asked, her voice only a little louder than before.

Harabu recognised the male and ran behind him, "Dey after me.. Ashi not 'ere ta 'elp." The small male was still half snarling behind Tafari and though he didn't know the male he had seen him before. The youngster just watched the females half shaking. His fear of females was huge.
