NOTE: These weapons can be added to your Zoid, but either impact your speed, or remove a different weapon system. If you mount it on your Zoid, state so.
The following were designed and built by the Russians
CP-01 Beam Cannons: The CP-01 is of a pair of heavy beam cannons and a power pack for the Shield Liger. These powerful cannons greatly enhanced the Zoid's firepower. Mounted on the sides of the Zoid, they displaced the standard missile pods which were, in turn, moved onto the Zoid's back.
CP-02 Assault Unit: Often referred to as the Flight Pack, this unit consists of a flight unit, stabilizers and a missile launcher. Used by the Zaber Fang, this unit allowed the Zoid to jump higher. It increased the Zaber Fang's firepower by allowing it to fire various types of missiles at its enemies. Can also be used by the Command Wolf. Mounts to the Command Wolf/Zaber Fang's back. The back mounted weapons are moved on top of the Flight Pack.
CP-03 Beam Gatling: Based on the Hybrid Vulcan Cannon used by the Elephander and the Dark Horn, the CP-03 Beam Gatling Cannon is designed for use by the Dark Horn. While not as powerful as the older weapon, the Beam Gatling brought the Dark Horn's overall firepower close to the Elephander's level. Can also be used on the Zaber Fang and the Gun Sniper. On the Zaber Fang, it mounts in the middle of the back, and replaces the dual 30mm cannons and missile pod. Cannot be mounted with the Attack Unit or the Assault Unit. On the Dark Horn, it mounts on the same base as the default Hybrid Vulcan Cannon.
CP-04 Attack Unit: The CP-04 was created by the Russians to bolster the firepower of the Command Wolf as well as other Zoids. The unit consists of a pair of 80mm beam cannons, as well as a stabilizer unit and boosters to offset the weapon's considerable weight (about 20 tons). The gun itself is capable of rotating thirty degrees to either side and inclining up to twenty degrees. All but the Stealth Viper, and Cannon Tortoise receive a 20 km/h increase in speed, as those two are too low to the ground to equip said boosters. On the Command Wolf, it mounts to the back, and replaces the dual 50mm cannons. Incompatible with the Bomber Unit. On the Shadow Fox, it mounts to the back, and replaces the AZ 30mm Laser Vulcan Cannon. Incompatible with the Large Bore Beam Cannon and Bomber Unit. On the Stealth Viper, it mounts to the neck. Incompatible with the Large Bore Beam Cannon. On the Zaber Fang, it mounts to the back, replacing the default 50mm cannons. Cannot be used with the Assault Pack, Beam Gatling Cannon, or Shieldbusters. On the Cannon Tortoise, it mounts to the back, on top of the assault cannon. Cannot be used with the Large Bore Beam Cannon.
CP-05 Large Bore Beam Cannon: The CP-05 is an AZ 190mm heavy beam cannon designed to supplement the long-range firepower of some smaller Zoids. While the cannon provides a tremendous offensive punch, the great weight of the weapon impairs the mobility of the carrying Zoid. It also includes a long-range targeting system. On the Cannon Tortoise, it mounts atop the composite assault cannon. Incompatible with the Attack Unit. On the Stealth Viper, it mounts on the back. Incompatible with the Attack Unit. On the Shadow Fox, it mounts on the back, replacing the AZ30mm Laser Vulcan. Incompatible with any other back mounted part. On the Gojulas, it mounts on the shoulders.
CP-06 Bomber Unit: The CP-06 unit is composed of a quartet of all-purpose missile launchers designed for use on various Zoids. In addition, it includes its own targeting systems. On the Pteras, the rocket pods mount to the front of both legs and the missile launchers mount on top of both wings. On the Command Wolf, the missile launchers mount to the front shoulders. May not be mounted with the Missile Pods. On the Shadow Fox, the missile launchers mount to the side of the weapons base. Incompatible with the Large Bore Beam Cannon and Attack Unit. On the Stealth Viper, the rocket pods mount to the back. May not be mounted with the Missile Pods.
CP-07 Cannonner Unit: The CP-07 consists of a single 120 mm artillery cannon with a large blast. The weapon can be used for both direct and indirect fire and packs a considerable punch. This is the reason soldiers used to fear the Molga. This large, surprisingly light cannon was designed to provide artillery support against the biggest Zoids, and this is does well. Firing heavy shells making it almost AZ in nature, the Cannonry Unit is designed to smash and break any armor on impact. It does this in the way it fires - the shells themselves actually break on impact, scattering all of the kinetic energy to the spot which they hit. The end result is significant surface damage, though penetration is little. Whether we’re talking a Guysack or a Gojulas, it’ll have a nasty amount of surface damage around the impact site. its mount gives it almost no recoil, and it is capable of inclining up to 85 degrees, though it can’t rotate. Its maximum range is about five kilometers. On the Heldigunner, it mounts on the back, replacing the rifle cluster. On the Molga, it mounts on the back. The Molga may jettison the CP to regain use of its base weaponry.
CP-09 Booster Cannon: The CP-09 is a dual-purpose weapons system. It consists of a pair of 100 mm Beam Cannons, each with a small ion booster mounted on its back. This improves the Zoid's acceleration as well as its maximum speed. The weapon is considered to be standard issue to Redlers which otherwise lack ranged weapons. The CP-09 is used by the following Zoids:
-Command Wolf (Replaces back mounted turret, mounts only one Booster Cannon)
-Helcat (Replaces 20 mm Beam Cannons, mounts only one Booster Cannon)
-Godos (Replaces base weaponry mounted underneath each arm, Booster not functional)
CP-13 Wild Weasel Unit: The Wild Weasel unit was designed to enhance the firepower and capabilities of main infantry Zoids. The unit consists of a powerful radar unit, as well as two pods, each mounting heavy beam cannons, Quad AZ 60 mm Cannons and Quad AZ 80mm Cannons. When mounted on the Godos, the CP-13 overbalances the Zoid and substantially hampers its ability to walk. On the Gun Sniper, it mounts to the back, disables the Sniper Rifle; the missile pods and boosters are relocated on top of the WWU. On the Godos, it mounts on the back. On the Shadow Fox, it mounts to the back and replaces the AZ 30mm Laser Vulcan. Incompatible with the Attack Unit, Large Bore Beam Cannon, and Bomber Unit. All Zoids must be immobile to fire this weapon.
CP-14 Viking Lance: The Viking Lance consists of a heavy-duty, super-hardened alloy lance designed to pierce and impale enemy Zoids. Originally designed for use underwater, the lance is effective on land, though removes all back mounted weaponry. The CP-14 is used by the following Zoids:
-Zaber Fang
-Command Wolf
-Zabat (Reduces maneuverability but retains all weapons)
CP-15 Assault Gatling Unit: The Assault Gatling unit is a multi-purpose unit designed to increase a Zoid's tactical flexibility. The unit consists of a pair of weapons; a 16-shot multifunction missile launcher and a 6-barrelled 35 mm Beam Gatling Cannon. The two weapons are capable of independent elevation, as well as rotation when mounted on an Elephander. Additionally, the weapon is equipped with a laser targeting system to enhance its accuracy and allows CP-01 to be mounted as well, regardless of the Zoid. On the Sinker, a chaingun mounts under each wing, while the missile launcher cannot be mounted. On the Blade Liger, it mounts on the back, above the tail. Cannot be used with the Attack Booster Unit and disables the booster while mounted. On the Shield Liger, it mounts on the back, above the tail, restricting its back mounted weaponry. It is incompatible with other back mounted weapons. On the Elephander, it mounts on the back and replaces the standard back-mounted weaponry.
CP-18 Impact Cannon: The CP-18 system consists of a quartet of 108 mm Impact Cannons linked to a sophisticated long-range targeting system. The system is mounted on a rotating base, and all four cannons elevate independently. When used on a Godos, the Zoid is used as a fixed turret for base defense. On the Raynos, is replaces the 3D Radar, moving it to the underside of the Zoid. On the Shadow Fox, it mounts to the back, replacing the AZ30mm Laser Vulcan. It cannot be mounted with any other back-mounted weapons. On the Spinosnapper, it replaces the Chainsaw/Laser Excavator. On the Godos, it mounts one under each arm, replacing any other arm mounted weapon.
CP-20 Assault Shotgun: The CP-20 is a pair of close-range Assault Shotguns, capable of ripping light armor to shreds. Orignially designed for the Redler, the CP-20 has been used recently by the EU and the OA on their standard infantry Zoids. Of all the Light Infantry Zoids, only the Molga can mount the CP-20 with absolutely zero negative side-effects. on the Redler, mounts under each wing. (Incompatable with Isenbeck model). On the Godos, on under each arm, replacing any underarm weapon. On the Rev Raptor, replaces the arm cannons. On the Molga, mounts on either side of the base weaponry
CP-21 Supernova IR A2A Missile: The Supernova A2A Missile homes in on the IR signature of its target. The Missile is a rapid-fire, highly maneuverable, ultra-high-speed missile in a revolver launcher for speed of fire. Communicating with each other, the missiles swarm their target until a hit is made. All six missiles are required for best results. The CP-21 is quite large and relies on Magnessor Technology for mounting and firing. As such, a Zoid can carry only one on each wing. The empty revolver launcher can be jettisoned. Only the Zabat can use this weapon. (It replaces all missiles and bombs, leaving only the forward facing cannons.)
CP-22 Flamethrower: Designed by the Russians, the CP-22 is a short range, liquid fire flamethrower capable of melting the armor on Zoids after brief exposure. Based upon the Napalm design of the M2 Flamethrower from Vietnam, the CP-22 requires massive heat sinks to prevent explosions from overheating, though a direct hit will cause it to explode anyway. As such, smaller Zoids equipped with the CP-22 tend to remove all ranged weapons. Zoids than can use the CP-22:
-Rev Raptor (Replaces all ranged weapons)
-Godos (replaces all ranged weapons)
-Molga (Replaces all ranged weapons)
-Guysak (Replaces tail rifle)
-Sinker (Reduces speed)
-Gordos (Replaces the two 30mm machine guns)
-Liger Zero (replaces Tail Gun)
-Cannon Tortoise (Replaces the AA cannons)
-Iron Kong
CP-23 95mm Mortar: While not as big or powerful as the DiBisons mortars, this lightened version can still pack a punch. It can take out massed lighter zoids with a few rounds and can cause massive damage to heavy armored zoids. It has the ability to fire different types of ammo: incendiaries, flares, and regular high explosive shells. It's only major drawback, lighter zoids will have to lay down to fire this weapon, because of its weight and heavy recoil, which could potentially cause structural damage. Can be used by:
-Command Wolf (Removes back mounted weapon. Reduces speed and agility. Must lie down to fire.)
-Shadow Fox (Removes back mounted weapons. Reduces speed and agility. Must lie down to fire.)
-Gordos (Removes main cannons and 3D Radar Jammer)
CP-25 Riot Shield: At the end of each arm is a small shield emitter, which projects an energy shield around 6 meters tall and 4 wide. The shield can go wherever the arms can reach so that it's just like holding a real shield. To keep the weight low, the power source, which supplies the shields with strength equivalent to 3/4's of a Shield Liger's shield, is extremely small, preventing the shield from withstanding multiple hits or more than one very powerful hit. This CP mounts on the underside of the forearm of the Gun Sniper, Godos, and Spino Sapper. When equipped with the CP-25, the Godos has only one weapon on the underside of the forearm without the shield.
CP-29 30mm Machine Guns: Pair of 30mm machine guns. Essentially a useful upgrade while using the CP-28 for light assaults and night operations, though equipping such a upgrade will slightly lower the speed of lighter Zoids.
-Sinker (Swaps out Torpedoes)
-Isenbeck Redler (Swaps out Hornet Missile Pods.)
-Guysak (Swaps out Smoke Discharger. Prohibits burrowing.)
-Cannon Tortoise (Switches out AA-cannons. Cannot be used with CP-22)
CP-28 NGB Launcher: Custom part which attaches to beam weapons. A pilot can switch between the Nerve Gas Bomb Launcher and the beam weapon they attached it to while In combat. The CP-28 is useful for night missions and operations as it can stun the pilot of other Zoids and guards on duty for up to an hour. Switch between requires at least a five second wait for adequate configuration. Ineffective against Zoids designed to burrow, dive, or fly, due to airtight cockpits.
-Guysak (Attaches to AZ 30mm Beam Rifle)
-Heldigunner (Attaches to 72 mm AA Cannon Turret Emplacement)
-Rev Raptor (Replaces the counter-scythes.)
-Pteras (Replaces all GBUs. Fire Control cannot compensate for both at once.)
CP-A1: Unlike other CPs which are specific weapons systems or equipment, CP-A1 is designed to allow the connection of different CPs to Zoids other than the ones they were designed for. The CP-A1 can be used with the following Zoids and CPs:
-With CP-01 to mount it on the Command Wolf and Cannon Tortoise
-With CP-03 to mount it on the Iron Kong and Zaber Fang
Conflict: Zoids
After WWIII, three remaining factions fight each other for global supremacy using giant mechanical combat creatures known as Zoids.
