So MLG Anaheim! is in a week now, running from July 29th-31st, for a weekend packed full of Starcraft 2 fun and games! biggrin

If you've never heard of Major League Gaming, it's basically a league for professional e-sports and this is one of their many SC2 tournaments...

The 2011 StarCraft 2 Regular Season will be huge, featuring:
272 players
$14k in prize money, including $5k for 1st Place
The chance to take on top talent from across the globe

Personally, I'm actually going to MLG Anaheim to compete in the open bracket. I won't win, but I hope to have fun and meet some pros! smile I'll post my experience+pictures the week after in this thread.
How about you? Going to be tuning in to the live-stream or watching some VODs of the tournament after? wink

Sounds awesome. Good luck to you in the open brackets! If I was any good and/or lived anywhere near California, I would be totally down to do so as well.

Lol, no... Maybe next year when I move to Virginia I'll have a chance. I am utterly out of the loop in pro gaming.
