Sneaking in quitely like a shadow, her long whisps of fur trailed off into the wind so that she looked mearly like a pine tree blowing in the wind on a bad day. Blue had been nothing more then a lonely wanderer her entire life. Not to long ago she had resolved to join a pack and end her quest for Lera the wolf that saved her life, but then again she felt she owed her so much. Shaking her head it was probally a bad desion on her part to keep going. Her body had literatly shrunk to nothing but bones and brusies; had anything even remotly touched her she would have fallen over dead from the stress and lack of useable energy.
The blue wolf had wandered so much that she wasn't even aware that she was in somebody elses territory. Although even if that was the case she couldn't have done anything about it. Her paws and limbs were so sore and bloody from the walking that she litertatly just collapesed where she stood. Even with her shallow breaths and weak sent of life, had anyone passed her they would have mearly thought she was dead. Prehaps this was her fate? To suffer her entire life then become food for the vultures.

Gizmo's teeth met with the vulnerable rabbit's flesh as he lunged forwards, the taste of fur and dirt on his tongue as he snapped its neck and halted the squeal of terror. Ended it's pain and in doing so...its life. One might ask how a kindly soul could even think about killing one who was more vulnerable, but Gizmo was a realist. He knew that wolves could not grow up on nothing but grass, and as long as they respected the animals they hunted he knew there would be no problem.
He dropped the rabbit's body on the snow and turned to gaze in the direction his pup had been hiding. Rem see long-ears? He asked above the rattle of the wind.
The pup appeared, nodding fiercely as he trotted over to pick up the rabbit. Then side by side father and son walked, Remiel holding his head high so that only the rabbit's hinglegs dragged across the ground.
The adult male loved being a part of a family like this, but he had to admit that he did miss Haku and Lera. The two alphas had seemingly dissapeared once more, and the thought saddened him. He adored both of them and wished he could show them his pups.
It was at this time that a faint scent caught on the wind and he paused in step, the sound of something hitting the ground just behind the next line of trees. Rem wait here, dad go check out sound. Gizmo said softly, creeping forwards through the trees.
He was more than surprised when the strange scent belonged to a strange wolf who looked in a terrible state. He dashed forwards, nose reaching to brush against her shoulder. Wolf still 'wake? He asked gently, his voice a mere whisper.

Blues body gave a terrible shutter as the other seamed to connect with her. It was almost as if it had gone into shock from the terrible stress that she had literatly been putting herself threw. It was then she gave out a long reluctent sigh and fluttered her sore red eyes open. She hereself had not expected to see another wolf there but prehaps a bear or another preditor that would finish off her miseray and let her move on. But this was not the way her life was ment to be. She seamingly had no luck even though she wished for it daily. Blinking, her eyes tried to get a fix on whom the other was, it wasn't as if she would have known had she did see him, but her vision had become so blury with the lack of nutrition that she just wanted to be able to see more then just a colorful shape moving infront of her.
After a few more moments of shallow breaths she reconized something veguly fimilar about the new wolf. And old sent that she had been searching for since she was free, Lera.
"You smell of somebody I once knew...."
She mouthed out threw her blood-stained maw. Prehaps he would eat her? She mused to herself before speaking again.
"Do you by chance know...a Lera?"

Gizmo's ears perked up as he heard that name, the name of the female who had brought him up and cared for him. His heart soared and for a moment he didn't know what to say. I know this Lera, she adoptive mother. He smiled, wagging his tail, but no matter about this now, Gizmo need to get you safe.
He turned his head back to gaze in the direction of his pup and called out to him before moving to the wolf's side. Then with soft motions he licked her muzzle and face with his tongue, pink nose sniffling through her fur. What happened to pretty blue wolf to make her so weak? He questioned aloud, you safe here, Giz make sure of it.
It was at this point that Rem came trotting up, dragging the rabbit along the ground as it hung from his jaws. He paused alongside his father and peered at the female down his snout.
Rem give rabbit to wolf. She need food. Gizmo sat up, taking the rabbit from his son before laying it before the stranger's snout.

Hearing that the other knew Lera made her own heart jump. This wolf must have been a friend if that was the case. Lera was a great wolf, prehaps she could see her and thank her personaly if things went well. But then again as she thought more on it, what would Lera say about her current condition? Lera had wanted her to go out and be successful, to make something with her life. Instead she was laying there half dead because of her obession to find her; and then what? Blinking at Gizmo she put on a weak smile.
Thanks. It's very kind of you to offer me your pups food...but I feel so bad about taking it from him. He's young and needs his strength. I'm old and I've made my mistakes.
She pushed the smile back further and attempted not to take the food trying to be polite. In the process she agitated her own throught makeing her cough up a mixture of flem and blood. Something she tried to hold back, but couldn't do more then wreath in pain as it irrated her insides.

Rem gave a small yip, moving orwards and nudging at the wolf's shoulder with his nose, you need food more than me Miss wolfie, my dada makes sure I fed well. He wagged his tail cheerfully, canting his head as he peered at her, my dada good long-ears 'unter so 'e just catch more.
With this said the little pup reclined onto the ground, looking back at Gizmo with wide-eyes. You ne'er tol' me 'bout this Lera. There was a look of curiosity in his eyes that made Gizmo smile. The large male gave his son a fond look, Gizmo tell Rem later. She good wolf, very good wolf. He wagged his tail happily and moved to lay alongside the other wolf, hopign that the warmth offered from his own body would help comfort her. Eat first, then Giz take you to rest in den. His voice was as soft as the light which trickled down through the trees. Or if wolf thirsty she can go to river also.
He indicated the stretch of frosty water with a tilt of his head and went back to licking the fur on her closest shoulder. She said she was old, but Gizmo saw a pup, saw someone who needed to be cared for until she reached her prime again. He wouldn't let her walk away when she so obviously needed a friend...a family.

Blue's eyes flicked peacfully as the others seamed to want to take care of her. This was a first for her, most just would have turned her away for her lifelong foolishness. But then again they still didn't know she was part dog, or for that matter rasied by humans to exterminate all of wolf-kind. It left for a big turning stone of pain in her head. What was she to do who was she to trust? It seamed like an everyday occurance that somebody would literatly take advantage of her just to benifit themselves. Although looking from Gizmo to Rem she really couldn't see that being the liklyhood. They really just wanted her to live.
Taking a longer sigh she made a half effort to nibble on the rabbits ear, but from her lack of energy and the fact her stomach had been shrinking all the time she hadn't been eatting; she really couldn't swallow much more then that without feeling deeply sick from inside.
Thank you for your kindness yet again...
She paused and for a moment thought she was going to vomit out what she had just consumed. But to her luck- or possibly dismay it managed to stay down in her stomach, nurishing her body with things she needed to live. Maybe a place to stay among friends would benifit her healing process, at least that was what she hoped deeply as she felt Gizmos warmth.

Gizmo smiled softly as she tried to eat the food and moved a little to tear at the meat himself, breakign it up so that maybe she'd manage to eat some more. He had no idea what had happened to her but thoughts of manipulating or hurting her never would enter his mind. He was too gentle for his own good sometimes, letting others pick on him...letting others kill his brother.
No need to thank Giz. He happy to help.
His golden eyes trailed to her once more as he lapped at his nose and pressed himself closer to her.
Winter is harsh but soon be gone. Gizmo know this. He smiled softly, nodding at his pup who padded away from them to leave them alone.
The wolf needed peace and quiet and the male was desperate to ask questions to how she had gotten in such a state.
Wolf have name? I Gizmo and pup you see is Remiel. He drew in a deep breath, Giz have other sons called Rand and Snitch and daughter Kaya. We not pack here, we family! He beat his tail against the ground cheerfully.

A feignt smile spread across Blues maw. She liked this wolf, he didn't in the least bit act like any of the others that she had met. He was sweet and caring; not at all ruthless and bloodthirsty, which was solomly hard to find in Telk these days. Blinking she attempted to eat what Gizmo had provided for her once again. Except this time her stomach didn't reject it and she was able to keep it down without trouble. Prehaps this was in part that she now felt safe and wasn't worried about being taken advantage of, or worse....killed. Parting her lips into an friendly smile she spoke out barely above a mutes tone.
I'm Blue.
She paused thinking that over abit, then restating herself just a decible louder.
I mean my name is Blue...

Nice to meet you Blue. He liked the name, it sounded calm and gentle much as she was. It suited her very much, especially due to the unusual and rather beautiful shade of fur that covered her.
Blue welcome to stay here as long as she wants. Pack small but friendly. His ears twitched forwards, perhaps Lera come visit soon, then you see her. He said, you ready to go to den? You can rest there then I tell Blue about Lera.
He got up onto his paws, brushing his snout against her neck affectionately. It looked like she was in some dire need of food and he realised that this time a simple rabbit or two wouldn't do. He'd have to step it up a little. He'd have to hunt the hard-hooves that dwelled in the meadow.
