Setting: The green and gray/black patched vixen wandered in the green grass and pink flowers on her ankle was something precious. It was a little bracelet. Not just any bracelet but a baby of her kind.
What was a lonely vixen doing out in the world by herself and a baby? That was easy to answer she was on her way to see her snake charmer and she stumbled a crossed this baby. She sat there and waited to see its parents showed up. But no one came and it seemed to be abandoned so she took him. Though the waiting had made her late for her meeting she was sure the Charmer wouldnt mind once he knew what had happen.

With a happy step to his walk, a odd looking male made his way down the shoreline. AIther checked his reflection in the water, after all, he wanted to look good for Lillie. He looked around, this location was lovely, but he preffed Lillie. He looked around for her. He was a little late, why? The poor boy got lost. Hopefully she would understand. As he spotted the lovely vixen he bounded up with a grin. "Sorry that I kept you waiting." He sheepishly smiled at her. "I got lost... Heh."

Lilie sat down and waited for Aither to get closer. The grass was medium hit which meant it hit her at right above her ankles hiding her new treasure. "You got lost?" she asked. " I didn't think this place was to hard to find. Are you sure you just didn't get side tracked?" she asked him teasingly.
Her eyes were filled with laughter before going on to say "No I haven't been waiting long. I thought that I had made you wait for me cause I ran into a problem on my way here. But I'm glad to know we timed this amazingly right,"

With a puff, Aither had a shcked look on his face. "Me? Side tracked? By what? Other snakes I assume?" He winked at her, sending the teasing right back. He chuckled a bit. "So, what was your problem... You aren't hurt are you?" He did a quick examination of her face, body, tail and all, but really couldn't see the part that the grass hide. His eyes narrowed with conceren, then he puffed up a little more. "If it was a bear.. or anything of the sort! I'll go back and get 'im!" With his bold words he puffed up more, nearly inflating to double his size from air.

"You know you will make your self pass out if you hold your breath like that for to long right?" she asked dismissing the other snakes comment. Because if he was smart he wouldn't be messing with other vixens. Her possessive? You can bet your next meal she was. "Do you want to see what happened?" She asked while slowly raising her paw to show of the baby that she had found.

Aither deflated, he was already feeling light headed. As she lifted up her paw he eyed the BCR. "You... had a kid?" He tilted his head and examined it more. He blinked at it a couple times. "..Or is it not yours?" Maybe thats why she was late... maybe someone asked her to watch it.

Lilie watched as Aither let out his breath. She giggled as she watched him sway a little. "Do you really think its my kid when I have no one?" she asked him and wondered how he would respond to that. "Well I was on my way to meet you. I had passed threw a pretty bare field when I noticed the sun hitting something shiny. So curiosity got me and I went to go see what was so shinny. There this little guy lay. No protection from predictors or anything. So there I sat waiting to see if the parents showed up wondering to myself if something had snuck it away from his parents or what the deal was. So I sat there and waited and waited and no one came. So I picked him up and brought him with me to come see you."she said with a little smile.

When Lilie said she didn't have anyone Aithers heart sank. Don't worry... you have me now. Such a kind soul Lilie had, taking in a BCR like that. A small sniffle escaped. "You are such a good fox, you know that?" Cute, sweet, funny... what more could a guy ask for? On a side note he eyed her. "So.. if I wanted your attention I could flash something shiny?" He chuckled a bit.

"I don't think so. If my mother would have found it she would have done the same and found appropriate parents to raise it like she has before." she said while gazing down kindly. Her thoughts drifting until his shiny comment. Her gazed snapped back to meet his and eyes narrowing as she took a step or two toward him "No it most certainly would not. It was cause it was so out of place that it caught my attention,'is grumbling at him.

Aither almost fell back on his tail, he didn't mean to offended her. "Well, I get distracted like that too. It's common." He scratched behind his ear in thougt. "Some foxes foxes obsess over shiny things, I know you aren't one of them. Your're too smart!" And it was true, the foxes he knew that had the sparkle/shine addiction where a little slow... and he wasn't talking speed wise. Aither lowered his head. "I'm sorry if I offended you though..." He looked up at her with his bright blue eyes gazing at her.
((Don't think you look are gonna get you out of this one Aither >.>))

Lilie watched Aither stumble back and watched him. "You get distracted like what hmm?" she asked stepping closer. "Are you saying all foxes that get distracted by shiny things are slow? I'll let you in on something, my friend isn't she is just as smart as me but she has no one not even family so she likes shiny things it gives her something to do to keep the loneliness at bay."as she finished going of she took a deep breath "Be careful with what you say or you could offend someone in more than one way,"With that said she turned on a dime almost and walked off and down toward the beach. Let him sit there and stew over what she said.

Yup, it was official. Aither was an idiot. He didn't mean to affend Lilie, perhaps he should learn to keep his mouth shut. When she started to leave he got up and followed her back down to the beach. Hoping that little mishap wouldn't ruin their date, he nudged her shoulder gentley. "Are you hungry? We could get something to eay if you'd like."

Lilie continued to trudged down the path toward the beach. She was in a huff about this. Why? She didn't really know it shouldn't have bugged her but it did and she wasn't happy. She made it down to the waters edge and stood there staring into the water. She let him nudge her and she sighed. "No I'm not hungry right now but you can get something if you want."

Aither sighed, did her really ruin the day? "No no. I will wait till you are ready." He sat down next to her. "You seem upset... I'm all ears if you want to let something out." She looked... off without a smile on her face. This didn't seem like her at all. He watched their reflection in the water, looking at Lilie's more than his.

Lilie felt Aither sit by her and she leaned against him. She felt comfortable there against him. Gazing out over the water was a sight she didn't get to often being from a desert tribe. "I shouldn't be here really. I have wandered to far away without permission and I'm wondering how much trouble I will be in when I get back. I'm not in a position to leave from home and go so far away,"she murmured softly.
