Round Three - Horror
Extra: To be honest, the judges are not impressed with the work done by most of you contestants. So now there is an extra rule to this season overall. You have to have more than 13 items on your tekteks. This will not be hard for those who have already been doing such, but this rule is made to make sure that work is being put into these tekteks and have better assurance for your tektek to look better. So it's basically a favor to you the contestant, the judges, and our viewers.
If you think that this is impossible, let me wrong you with an example of a tektek that I made in the past and you cannot copy the look:

Anyways, make your tektek scary like horror movie scary. Blood, weapons, victims, bits of insanity, whatever translates to sending a chill down the back but still being appealing to a critic's eye.

~Judge Commentary~

1. BrokenJanders – I personally think you fulfilled the theme all the way around. I’d be screaming at it if I saw that in real life, the colors flow well, the tektek is appealing (in it’s own way xD) used the price limit to near full potential, and did 6 more items than necessary. Going above and beyond earns my respect; well done. 3nodding
2. Kiria Night – This went along with the theme nicely. Good ol’ pins and needles, a bloody knife, blood, craziness, and even had the young (and probably was once) a pretty girl. You could have added a red belt to the outfit and that knife has some gold on it (I know that it’s a small detail, but I pay attention to all I see xD). Still, this was a great job~
3. Jesusgirl115 – You impressed me this time. ^^ This tektek does have horror to it and you did the colors nicely. It wasn’t quite enough to give me a chill and my only suggestion would be to have had a bit more red on the lower half of the tektek and maybe to have added a bit more in the middish area from the torso to thighs. When looking at the tektek, it is noticeably simpler there. Besides that, good job.
4. Huka-Boo – This tektek does have a slight chill factor to it, but I wish that it didn’t blend in the backround so much. If it had a different backround to it, I think it would have made a lot more of a difference. Still, I liked the look of it. 3nodding
5. Sakura Nashimara – Now, I admit that this did actually send me a chill the first time I saw it, but it’s still not going all the way there. It needed a bit more blood, more gruesomeness to it quite frankly. Besides the blade, It could look like paint was dotted on a creepy looking doll. So basically, it was a close but not quite for me.
6. Crazy_Cassidy15 – Well, I was a bit mixed feelings when I saw this. I totally got the idea when I saw it and that part is great. It didn’t give me enough creepiness though and the victim doesn’t quite match up with your tektek. Then again, it is a random patient and would make enough sense to. You were also 3 items under the amount needed so it made me a bit disappointed in that area.
7. iiShexii_Mamiixs – I think what mainly threw me off on this was the sparkles. Horror doesn’t sparkle! xD What was put on the feet also don’t quite look right. I would say that this was, as said to Sakura, a close but not quite.
8. Commonsense of BlindEyes – I wasn’t scared when I saw it. The creature is creepier than the tektek. I could see though that you were trying to make the tektek look like the monster, but it didn’t work for me. The monster is actually a very dark blue color, not black. I also didn’t get why you used the spider web stockings for your concept.

This entry fitted my idea of horror perfectly. Good job on using enough items and staying below the price limit. The face is absolutely wonderful (in a fear striking way) and matches very well with the rising dead and the machete.

Looks quite scary! I think it's good how you added a background and such for this theme. The only reason I can give you for not being placed higher is that somehow I'm not too fond of the head part. Perhaps there should have been some more black...
3. Huka-Boo
Best entry by you so far and I think it's the best entry for this round, BUT you do not have enough items on it... You've executed the theme in an absolutely awesome way! I would have loved it even more if you could have added some orange of the eyes throughout the rest of the avi, but other than that: great job!
4. iiShexii_Mamiixs
I think the idea is real good and the chainsaw and nightmare fuel definitely give it a horror vibe. The only items I don't really like on this tektek are the secret sparkles (they give me more of a happy feeling..) and the imperial guardian (because the red and purple don't match with the other colours on the tektek).
5. Kiria Night
This doll is really giving me the creeps! Good job on that! I'm not really liking the nightmare fuel, though, and in my opinion her outfit could use some more red... But the horror feeling is definitely there!

I love the idea and the look in her eyes is murderously good! However, you do not have enough items on your tektek. Perhaps you could have used some more items to even out the black throughout your entry?
7. Sakura Nashimara
I agree that dolls can be quite scary, but I think that this doll is not scary enough. It might be because of the pink dress and shoes... I would have liked to see some more red near her feet and some more items in general. You do a great job of adding the basics to a tektek and especialle themewise, but I hope to see you add some more details through accessoiries in your next entries.
8. Commonsense of BlindEyes
Unfortunately this tektek does not really appeal to me. I can see a certain element of horror in it, but it's not as good as the other entries in my opinion. I would have liked to see some more green accents to match the eyes and another tie, because the red of her current tie doesn't match with the other reds on the tektek.
streets of nowhere
1. Kiria Night - I love this one. It's creepy, it's dark and so fits the theme great. But it also works well as a tektek, it's matched and complex without being messy.
2. BrokenJanders - This one was (as always) a well matched good looking tektek. And its scary too.
3. Sakura Nashimara - I like that this looks like you made a creepy doll and then made it kill someone. Double horror. But it did lack some creativity (using the sweet lace dress + shoes) whilst making a match covered your tektek with this set.
4. Huka-Boo - It fits the theme well and genuinely looks rotten but the repeated use of a couple of items just seems a bit uninspired.
5. jesusgirl115 - It's definitely scary and well put to the theme. And your colour matching has definitely improved but the flow of the tektek seems slightly broken up and the purple background doesn't add anything except a slight cluttering.
6. iiShexii_Mamiixs - It's a good looking tektek with some nice colour we haven't seen much of this round but it doesn't strike me as particularly horrifying. It's just not that scary.
7. Crazy_Cassidy15 - I like that you tried to use white instead of sinking into the black and red themes (though the black and red was still present) but the black is poorly distributed. The victim adds to the story a little but doesn't really add to the look of the tektek at all. I'd also point out that your tektek did not contain more than 13 items (though it was getting there)
8. Commonsense of BlindEyes - This was another tektek I just didn't find that scary. I like that the head of the person matched the head of the dinosaur but the bottom half of the tektek just doesn't look complete or well thought out/put together. There are also a few mismatched colours in there which disrupt the flow.
Delicate Justice
1. jesusgirl115 - Your tektek really gave me the shivers! Great work! Good choice of items. Your colours flow very well.
2. Huka-Boo - Your tektek is terrifyingly good! I like the colours you have chosen. All your items fit well together without being too mitchy-matchy.
3. BrokenJanders - I think I might get nightmares tonight! A very good choice of background. Well done on the layering.
4. Sakura Nashimara - Your tektek may look simple but it's effective in stirring horror and fear. I really like the paradox. A sweet doll out of a bloody rampage. Though I must say that maybe you could add one or two more items to give it more complexity.
5. Crazy_Cassidy15 - The blood red eye stares. It has instilled fear in me. Well done, your tektek looks good. It would have been nice if Gaia made a Patient version of the Drained Victim.
6. Kiria Night - Your tektek is in accordance with the theme and price limit. Good job creating a nasty elf! It's meant to be an elf, right??
7. Commonsense of BlindEyes - You've fulfilled the all the criteria for this challenge. Well done. Work more on the scare factor and I would have ranked you higher. Keep trying. I'm sure you're capable of really great tekteks!
8. iiShexii_Mamiixs - I wish I didn't have to place you last because I do like the look of your tektek! The colours flow well. Most of the items you chose went well together. However, I felt that your tektek did not match with the theme of this challenge enough. The sparkles really killed the horror factor. It only made me think of magical and fancy werewolves.
