As long as LPs are comment-free, I thought a general discussion thread about the LPs would be a welcome sight. Here is where you can leave comments, talk about yours and others' LPs, comment on current LPs, and just LPing in general. Whatever doesn't fit in any of the stickies you can say here.

Eee hee hee Nom. I'm glad you're happy. Admittedly I have some catching up to do with some of them, but I think that this will make things easier while still keeping the LP activity under wraps while we still need to. While here, have you fixed the sound on that FE8 LP? How far as that gone for you?
On a different note, here's a message to Hassan that I've wanted to say for a while regarding LPs.
Hassan, I just want to let you know that reading your DQIII LP always gets my spirits up. It's funny, enjoyable, and you say so many nice things about me and everything that I just take a peak at it whenever I need some uplifting. It's a fun romp through one of my favorite games in the series, as well as the game that got me started with DQ in the first place.I feel bad that I didn't acknowledge the comment at the end in time. It did make me smirk, and it was sweet of you.
Now I have to take a peak at your Sailor Moon LP. I never liked Sailor Moon admittedly. Like, at all. But I'm sure you can make it a ton of fun.

I did fix the sound problem. I just ended up using a different mic when recording. I finished that LP as well as my Megaman one.

*Stickied for official seal-ness*
Cool idea, I'm thrilled to see a thread like this!
@ Roto: I thought that was fun to base the characters on our IRL mod cast and I had a great amount of fun writing it, I'll be sure to do another one in that style whenever I manage to wander into a game with blank hero names! Though I did feel as though I may have rushed near the end, just to make the deadline (i.e: your birthday xD) I do hope the ending was just as good as anything else and I'm just being pessimistic. -_- For Sailor Moon, I try my best to take a statistical point of view to the game rather than endorse the love-love shoujo-y-ness to the game (heck, I tried my best to cut those parts out as I too am not a fan of such things), but nonetheless, I think I'm doing a good job at it, do look at it on your own time; I'm excited to hear what you think!
@ Nom: I'm very excited to see that you've taken up Video LPs, though my computer may be trashy, I simply must see the Megaman X one even if videos eat my computer alive, mainly due to my obsession with SNES games. FE8 sounds like a ton of fun as well. As Roto said, I'll catch up as well and definitely tell you what I think!
@ Sue: I know that you are busy and stuff, but I absolutely love your LP and am a bit saddened to see that you're almost finished (but alas, all good things must come to an end). Even if you update sparsely, I'll be watching and enjoying every one of your updates!
@ Roy: Your coverage of the dungeons were flawless (overlooking the misfortune in one of the later dungeons where you needed to borrow Youtube) and you had a spectacular sense of humour that always made me come back. It's like a perfect balance of both humour and informative- which is a rare quality I found as LP'ers usually go with either full humour, dropping some of the details, or go with full informative- with every detail, but no humour. I look forward to possible future works from you.

My apologies, everyone, for the delays that are coming with my LP. Tomorrow marks my last day of work though, so I'll have more time to possibly finish it just before school rolls around again.
Long story short, I felt kinda... taken advantage of at work so I'm not taking their crap anymore, and my family agreed with me. I'm leaving that place behind for the best.
That way I can get back to what I love, which is playing games and hanging out with you guys!
As to whether or not I screencap FF VI's ending...
You'll have to see! ~ heart

AS FOR MY LETS PLAY OF SUMMON NIGHT!...as some of you may or may not know, I am having problems with my laptop now. I am now working from the sanctity of my mom's desktop, so I have lost all data (for now...possibly ever) of Summon Night. BUT FEAR NOT! I will restart this LP sometime. But as of this moment, I am unfortunately discontinuing it because of the fact I have lost my progress and it is out of my hands right now. I may get back to it sometime in the month if I get myself a job. If not, then in September I will start recording videos of me playing Summon Night and will do it that way!

For those who haven't seen: YES! I'm back in the LP scene with a new chapter that's covering the Fanatics' Tower! I'm so excited to almost tackle Endgame, and I know that I'll be doing more LP's in the future as well!
FF VI has been quite a joy to LP, bringing back the memories of a happier time back when there wasn't much happiness to be had.. sniff... oh... I'm getting sentimental now!
-grins evilly- Well, me and my FF VI crew got an appointment with Kefka! This is no time for me to go soft! heart And you, my guildies will be here to see the results of said final battle.
I can hardly wait until this level grinding session is over. smile

So you guys are probably wondering when I'll get started on my latest LP Project. Well, while the title does say Minish Cap, I'm more or less struggling with the recording device, and I can't record for an extended period of time for some odd reason (I put 3 hours on Emerald during the recording and it didn't save sadly). I rather not have to stop every 10 minutes just to get results though...
So I may change the current project since it hasn't officially started, and instead go with another game boy game. I might go with Super Robot Wars: OG, as I have not played this game before and it should be interesting to see how it all turns out. But if anyone has a game boy game they wish to recommend me to make an LP for, I can take a look at it and give it a shot.

Sadly, I don't know much about recording, but I do hope you get that fixed. For your LP for the time being, I'd really like to see Super Robot Wars, I'm a kind of dude who likes seeing gameplay before playing the game, and watching you ought to be entertaining, enjoyable and inspire me to get started with this series myself.

Your most recent update was awesome, Maji! =D I actually laughed when you said "Ellis just likes being Princess Peach and getting captured whenever she can."
There were a few more highlights but that's the one I remembered the most because it's so true.
Oguma is awesome as always. heart
I can't wait to see more.

Thank you Sue, I got the next update up last night, as I was bored and didn't feel like studying, this chapter features one of my favourite recruitment scenes ever.
With university essentially over, you can expect me to update more often.

Holidays are over, so what do we do with the rest of our winter breaks, dear Maji? Update, of course! I'm already having fun with Advance Wars, but I heard this next map is gonna be trouble.
I'll consider seizing the enemy HQ, if I can! It might make things easier, it just might.
All the times I smashed all enemies were times I felt I couldn't just go up and capture HQ.
I feel I'm doing good so far though, I can't wait to play more and show ya guys my updates. heart
(That is, if my Christmas presents of FF Tactics Advance and the new DS AW don't distract me too much... sweatdrop )

Hassan, I'm starting to think that Chainey might not have much respect for our intelligence.
Incidently, I am enjoying your new Mystery of the Emblem LP (not to be confused with an LP of New Mystery of the Emblem).
Also, I didn't know you were posting these on SF. Cool.
Will catch up with Sue's LP today.
