Mirima woke early that morning stretching and moving to the mouth of the den. She smiled as she breathed in the fresh morning air that was still laced with the sent of water from the morning dew. She giggled softly before bonding inside and pouncing on Moema. "Moe!! Moe!! Moema!!" She exclaimed all ecited and cheerful.
"Come on today is the day you said you take me out show me around and make he can find something pretty for me to have." She said giggled softly wanting to get some decortive to show off since her looks where pretty plain she always felt she needed a little extra something something.
Moema was curled up in a sleepy ball, taking on a great friend like Miri was certainly like adopting a daughter. The love was there, the bouncyness, the never ending energy and more. Then came the giggles and her perfect sleep was broken, she sighed and yawned largely, then smiled huge. Indeed she had promised the young lioness to take her out and show her around, and to also gather some pretty things to brighten up her plain pelt. To Moema the girls pelt was gorgeous and she wouldn't want her any other way, but to each their own.
With a little bit of struggle, and another yawn Moema was up and following a rather giggly Miri to the outside of the den. The sun shone brightly, it seemed the Gods wanted to pause the non-stop storms they had rolling on for a brief time. This made Moema relax better, storms always put Miri on edge, thus making Moema feeling uneasy and to lose sleep. She wanted to be there if the lioness needed her, which wasn't very often, but she was prepared. "Okay, okay, calm down dear." She laughed with her words, happy to see such a happy soul about. "Lets get searching!" With that Moema lead the way away from the den, the day away had already been approved by Elam, so they didn't need to find him first.

Mirima smiled as she nodded softly her lips pressed tightly together so she wouldn't squeal as she tried to wait shifting her weight fom foot to foot before she bounded off beside Moema jumping circles around Moema before she settle into walking beside her happily. "Hee you think we can find something that's like the pretty flowers that are down at the waterhole around spring time?" She asked before looking around slighlty nervous since there was others about the pride watching them. She stayed closer to Moema not wanting to get lost.
The leaping and bounding brought about a new surge of energy to Moema, but being older and not nervous she channeled it into a more comfy zone of smiles and settling her paws properly. She was just as excited and happy. This lioness, a female basically like a daughetr to Moema made her the happiest leopardess alive. "We can try dear, I cannot promise we will find them. It's Summer and they might not live to the Summer." She was a Mother at heart, but a very blunt one who figured the best way to explai something was by being brutally honest. "But we shall see what we can do!" She giggled softly.

Mirima smiled as she giggled a bit more before nodding. "We can only hope then right?" She said before smirling and leaning her head to rest on Moema's shoulder as they walked. "Hey Moema...What do I do when Elam asks to be alone with me? I always get to nervous and start to trip over myself or I start to ramble about pointless things." She said looking to the other with innocent help me eyes. "then sometimes I say things I don't want to say things that are private..." she said her pace slowing a little. "I told him...that I wanted to know what it was like to have something of my own and I think...he might have thought I was talking about cubs." she said now getting extremely quite and the blush wouldn't fall from her cheeks and her ears seemed like they wanted to rest against her head but they weren't to sure they should wanting to listing to the sounds around her.
Moema felt a light pressure against her side and noted the slow in the female pace. Miri was basically at a stop now and Moema got to look her in the eye. She was talking about some pretty serous things, but she reacted calmly. "Well don't fret, every girl gets nervous around a male she's interested in." She smirked softly, remembering the days when she had first met Elam. "Even I was once a stuttering fool around the boys." A laugh sputtered from the female. "Just be yourself darling, and don't you think it'd be an honor if he wanted cubs? Besides.. by the look on your face, I think you meant it in that way whether you thought about it at that point or not." This statement was confidently stated. Moema had thought about this day a long while before Miri had brought it up, she was waiting for the day that Elam asked her to procreate and here it was. Even if it was indirect. "What do you think about expanding our family? She smiled as she spoke.

Mirima blushed softly before she hid her face against Moema's shoulder. "I'd...like to but-" She muttered softly before resting just her cheek against the female. "I don't know anything about cubs I wasn't raised by a mother atleast not one like you or me i was raised by a Hare." She said as she looked at her front paws. "My own mother chased me off after trying to eat me." She said with a slight fear in her eyes. "i'm not going to want to eat them am I?" She said in a sligh panic now as her fur stood up on end.
"Well dear, I wasn't raised by a Mother myself. But when it comes to Mothering you just know." She says this smoothly and quick, it was the answer she knew she would someday tell her own children, this was close enough. "Besides any Mother is a Mother, no matter the species." The note that her Mother had tried to eat her was bewildering. It almost shocked Moema to silence, but she quickly recovered and gave her a supportive grin. "The urge to eat your cubs usually isn't there, maybe your Mom had an emotional issue? I promise that won't happen to you." Moema gazed at the blushing Miri lovingly and licked her cheek softly with affection. "I'll protect you, don't worry to much okay?"

She nodded softly before smiling as she nuzzeled Meoma's neck affectionately. "Your right Moema I shouldn't be worried I have you Elam and the others to help me." she said before giggling a little. "it would be nice to see what we make though wouldn't? I just...hope they take after him and not me." she said as she looked at her own pelt before looking away quickly with a bit of a huff. As she did so something shiny caught her eye she gasped and bounded over to it. It wasn't to far off from where they where so she was fine with the distance being put between her and Moema. She pawed at the ground a little befoore her eyes got large. "Moema...this its my old bracelet!" She gasped as she put it on giggled before she began to search about the area hoping for find her other items.
Dazzled by the innocence in the lioness she had only just recently met and taken under her wing she was even more startled by the affection. It was nice to be loved and needed, Miri provided her with both, the others in the family hadn't paid much heed to Moema, but this new face spent every waking minute with her basically. It was a nice releif from the drab times of cleaning the den alone, hunting alone and spending free time alone. "All of us will be there every step of the way, you better count on that!" A smile glowed on Moemas jaw then faded slightly. "You are beautiful Miri, I do hope you realize this with your time you spend iwth us." It was then that Moema began spotting bits of jewellery strewn across the area they had just come. It was then that she began wondering where Elam had found this fragile female, she was so sweet and innocent, much different from herself and she wondered what Elam had saw in Moema, the thought lingered a moment then faded. "Hey, there's more over here!" She beckoned Miri over, not sure what to make of what she was looking at.

Mirima followed before giggling softly. "oh...that not my necklace but it matches." she said looking around seeing no one was around. "Think its lost?" She said even though it was slighlty under the dirt and looked like it had been misplaced for some time. Mirima smiled a litle as she looked at the items on her legs. "I feel better now I have something pretty." She said before looking to Moema with a smile. "I don't like how I just have two colors Moema...everyone else has so many and here I am...plane as can be." she said shaking her head softly.
"Plain is a beauty in it's own, your personality glows beautifully causing your 'plain' beauty to shine and glisten. You are not close to plain my dear." She watched closely as the lioness 'shackled' herself with the jewelery. It was like watching a dog chain herself up, but Moema made no open arguement about the items besides the beauty and lack of need for them, it was indeed to each their own of course. "Well, we can see what Elam thinks of the jewelery, you might want to wash them up some though? Perhaps a quick swim could replenish us and clean the pieces you wear now?" It was an offer that Moema hoped was taken, her black pelt often caused her to have to stay indoors during some hours of the day. It was painful to have the sun beating on her, the dark color seemed to absorb it.

She nodded quickly smiling softly. "Yeah my head feels like its on fire." she said with a small giggle knwoing just how the other felt about the black fur she didn't have much but where she did have it it was unbearable. she didn't want to think how Moema felt being compeletly covered in it. Miri began to lead the way to the watering hole to the coul swim and wash the items. "Moema you've had cubs before right?" She asked before looking to the female still quite curious to learn all about the other. "Can you...really feel them...when they are inside I mean." she said as she bounded into the water and splashed about letting out a small humm when the water hit her pelt.
Moema let herself be led to the watering hole, admiring that Miri was getting used to the pride and where thing swere. "I have had cubs before, it was the best and worst experience of my life." She laughed fondly at the memories of the cubs that seemed to grow within days before her very eyes. "Yes." She paused briefly diving into the watering hole and rising to continue her sentence. She stopped a moment and sighed peacefully, loving the fresh and cool feeling as the water rushed around her calming muscles. "You can feel them, I felt all five of mine as if I were holding them against my stomach. They wriggle and stretch, and push for more room than they're given, thus why our stomachs expand." She smiled happily, she was most happy when talking about her family. "it's a nifty feeling to have."

Miri smiled a moment before she looked at her reflection in the water as she tried to picture herself with a swollen belly this only made her laugh as she shook her head. "It sounds so odd I hope there will be enough room" She said smiling softly before moving to Moema as she began to splash water onto her back before running her cheek against her to smooth out her pelt so it wouldn't lay funny.
The cleaning seemed to have finished, and Moema finally felt the chill of the water set in relaxing her aching muscles. "There will be more than enough room. Our bodies know what to do when we carry cubs, don't worry to much." She smiled softly. The day was close to ending now and Moema figured it would be best to get Miri home.
"Come along Miri, we'll go and show Elam the pretty things you've collected, he'll really like it." She says and begins taking herself from the water, assuming Miri was following and lead them both home to their den to see what Elam was up to.

She smiled brightly hearing Moema say they should go see Elam. She seemed rather excited now more so then before. She bounded off ahead of the other. "Hee I can't wait to show him Moema!" she said as she looked around hoping to catch a glimpse of the male before the got to the den. She soon grew rather tired and not seeing the male in the den made her a bit sad as she curled up in her place to sleep it was getting rather late now she'd just wait for tomorrow to show him. "Moema...I relaly hope he likes them." She muttered softly as she snuggled up.
The leaps from joy to decided sadness made Moema's heart strings pull. Elam should've been home by now, but perhaps he had gotten tied up, whatever the case Moema found herself yawning aswell. "Don't you fret one bit Miri-dear, Elam will love them to pieces. They are indeed very beautiful, just like you." Moema smiled proudly, showing her new other half she meant the compliments, but by that point Miri's eyes were closed and she began a slow purring snore, a recent comfort that Moema found before she slept.
"Sleep well dear, it seems big days are ahead of you.." With one last yawn Moema let her head rest on her paws and she too was out like a light.
