______Guild Terms of Service
______Please read, acknowledge, and understand all of the rules and guidelines in this thread, and that you are bound by the following rules shown!

___Guild Creation Policy:
By being a member of The Official Naruto Roleplaying Guild you automatically agree that any idea you have submitted for the guild may be changed or altered in any way, or removed if any conflict involving the idea arises.

___General Guild Rules:
◎ Read ALL of the Rules.
◎ Follow the Gaia Terms of Service.
◎ Always avoid performing Roleplaying Cheating Actions.
◎ If you suspect that someone has performed a Roleplaying Cheating Action, report it to a guild moderator immediately.
◎ Once made a member of this guild, you are subject to the ‶Three Strikes, You're Out Rule″.
◎ If you do commit a Roleplaying Cheating Action, it will result in one (1) strike. Once three (3) strikes have been tallied, you will be immediately banned.
◎ Do not make any threads within villages, countries, or organizations without permission from guild moderators.
◎ Do not steal anything from this guild, or other related or friendly guilds, because you will be severely punished by guild and gaia moderators.

___Roleplaying Cheating Actions:
◎ God-Modding - This is unacceptable. Being overall stronger than your opponent(s) in any and every way is looked down upon.
◎ Auto-Hitting - Dealing damage to your opponent(s) with no time to counter.
◎ Auto-Killing - This is also unacceptable. Killing your opponent(s) in such a ridiculous and unfair way is looked down upon. (E.g. ‶I come up in front of you and stab you with the heart 10 times″)
◎ Instant Dodging - Escaping any and every attack without taking any form of specific damage; repeatedly performing this action disregarding your RPC's stamina.
◎ Instant Knowledge - Having instant knowledge when you are caught in a Genjutsu, having instant knowledge of something else going on which your RPC did not actually know of. Also, having instant knowledge of your opponent(s) abilities, strengths, weaknesses, etc.
◎ Auto-Approval - Killing your opponent(s) immediately without their approval. Also, walking into another village or organization's hideout automatically (disregard this rule unless you have approval by someone with authority).

___Roleplaying Rules:
◎ You may use a canon picture from a show/manga, but some members do not like the use of that so we do recommend to avoid using a canon picture from a show/manga.
◎ Unless notified otherwise, you are to only create human characters.
◎ You are not to use your character until it has been approved.
◎ Members cannot have more than two (2) characters alive and active at one time. Guild moderators cannot have more than three (3).
◎ Hybrid characters are not allowed in the guild (You cannot inherit both bloodlines from each parent).
◎ Weapons not related to the Naruto universe are not allowed (E.g. guns and related weapons).
◎ Acknowledge and adhere to your class restrictions.
◎ All characters start as Genin.

Genin
These are graduates of the Ninja Academy. The rank which everyone starts at. You can now start fresh, able and willing to begin your training to become a powerful ninja! You will also be sent on missions which helps your village's economy. Once a genin you will be placed in squad consisting of two other genin and a jōnin-level sensei in order to learn teamwork, and to experience the true life of a ninja under the supervision and protection of an elite shinobi.

• Once placed on a team you will receive a headband by your jōnin-level sensei. Also, you may have to report to your Village Leader's office for instructions to be placed on a team.

Training:

• Your Village Leader must allow you to train before you can begin.
(Technique scrolls can be obtained at libraries or academies placed in all of the villages.)
(Bloodline techniques can be learned without Kage permission.)
• Cannot learn techniques over B-rank unless physically taught by a rpc of higher rank who knows the technique.


Chūnin
So, you've passed the chūnin exams? That's fantastic! You now have the abilities to guide other ninja and lead missions. Remember that you still have a long road ahead of you, so keep on accomplishing your missions and keep on training to surpass the obstacles ahead.

• At this rank, you are more likely to be employed for missions (even harder ones, too)!
• You can become an examiner at the chūnin exams.

Training:

• Cannot learn techniques over A-rank unless physically taught by a rpc of higher rank who knows the technique.


Special Jōnin
So I see you have jōnin-level abilities in a specific area or skill. Well, then, congratulations on becoming a special jōnin! You will often be assigned as subordinates to regular jōnin when your services are needed. You can now privately teach other shinobi and become an examiner at the chūnin exams.


Jōnin
Were you selected to become a jōnin by the Village Leader? Did you succeed being chosen as one from the Jōnin Exams? Whichever way you were appointed, congratulations! You are now one of the village's elite ninja! You are a highly-experienced shinobi who is stealthy, strong, wise, and reliable. Once you become a jōnin you may be assigned a three-man genin team to supervise. It'll be your responsibility to guide and train these ninja for them to become great shinobi someday.

Divisions:

At this point, shinobi are able to train to enter into the ANBU Black Ops or become Tracker Ninja. You will be taking orders directly from the Kage performing special, high-level missions. Also, the Kage might appoint a Jōnin Commander. You will serve as a representative for the regular shinobi forces and hold a seat in the Kage's council. As a Jōnin Commander, you will be the highest-ranking normal shinobi in your village, but still probably be officially known as a Jōnin.


Sannin (S-Rank)
Are you really? Seriously? A Sannin? That's incredible! Your name might be known world-wide! You are are known for your power, wisdom, intelligence and speed. Thinking about you I think of a Master! Though you are incredibly powerful, you still may have ties to your village, and it is likely that you are still loyal to your Village Leader. Being called a Master or Legendary Ninja, you shouldn't forget your duties as a teacher!

Benefits:

You will most likely become a wanderer, and seeing that you won't be present in your village a lot it would be greatly appreciated if your village had your presence at times.


Kage
A Kage! A Village Leader! Known to be the best of the best shinobi! A Kage can be elected for their dedication, love to the village and everyone in it, showing their devotion by putting their life on the line for the people of their village.

Benefits:

You are the head of your village. Respected and adored by all in your village. You hold the final word within your village, and are ultimately responsible for the well-being of the village and your peoples.

Warning:

If a Kage is absent from their village for too long, worry will raise. It is very important you remain in your village whenever possible so that you may help your villagers.
