.::How It Came To Be::.
When the secret of mythical creatures was brought to light, many of said creatures rioted. Breaking windows, trashing cars, stealing valueable objects from homes, stores, and even churches. Every creature imaginable went against the revelation of their kind. After some time, the riots ceased, but some of the creatures had done such sickening damage that a Paranormal Defense Bureau was created to lock away the mentally unfit, the scarred, and all of the criminals who did the worst of the crimes. At the Vetis Correctional Institution, Officers worked at fixing the problems that thier students harbored. Some were sent there unjustly. Some were freed. Some who had no hope to be fixed were locked away in white padded rooms... for good. In the Vetis Institution it's your choice of what will happen to you.
The correctional officers are not human. They are strong enough to keep down the students, however, the regular patrolling officers are human. The school's surrounded in an electric guard net, like a dome overtop, and even penetrated underground so no one could dig under it.
