He isn't the chairmen he is just going to be the voice of the company on screen, and I doubt they are going to change from PG. What would they even go to? They couldn't do another attitude era 'cause most people in the company don't have the charisma, they couldn't go back to the 80s era epics. The only thing they could do is try something new, but I don't know what they would try, though they are bringing in some ROH guys so maybe a more wrestling based era. Personally I would love for them to go back to the Spike Era where they had so many people with talent and used them all.

I think there's going to be some changes. They'll be gradual and not overnight, but eventually I think WWE is gonna take a serious look at indy feds like ROH and utilize wrestlers from that brand the way they're using Punk and Daniel Bryan right now. I've heard that there's interest in bringing Samoa Joe to WWE once his contract is up, and if they push him that would definitely be a sign that there's a "change of the guards" in terms of what the product is going to look like in the future. HHH has a more modern way of thinking than Vince does, and having him make most of the company's decisions will benefit WWE in the long run. Vince can still stick around as keep an eye on things, maybe give some advice.
That's how I see it going.

Vince still has the last say as he owns the company so who knows if things will change. However I have read that they are looking at bringing in some ROH guys and some more guys from Mexico so hopefully they can utilize them if they do and make some excitement. The company needs Vince still for the business side of things, so I don't see him going anywhere,.
